美国对阿拉伯能源战略一直是其对外能源战略的重中之重,从一战到伊战曾经历多次重大调整.中国在经济全球化形势下与阿拉伯国家开展能源合作时可借鉴这一能源战略,做到扬长避短,通过实行多元化的能源战略、建立战略石油储备体系、建立能源对话合作机制以及扩大阿拉伯产油国对中国贸易与投资的份额使中阿能源合作得以顺利进行,并得到进一步发展.     

中国国际进口博览会市场化运作设计及其保障机制

目前,进博会主要采用政府主导的包办模式,这对于确保运行稳定性和提升效率具有重要意义,但较高程度的行政化办会也面临一定的挑战.推动进博会向市场化运作的方向发展,有助于消除西方国家和企业的疑虑,充分调动国内外各方资源,也有利于实现展会的可持续运营,减轻财政压力.鉴于进博会重要的战略意义,同时兼顾市场化发展的重要导向,其运营方式可从政府包办向政府主办转变,重点加强进博会的市场价值挖掘,提升进博会的市场化运作水平.     

基于“重要性-影响力”框架的非首都功能疏解路径研究——以北京市动物园服装批发市场搬迁为例

利益相关者分析法是分析复杂管理问题的重要方法,广泛应用于企业管理、项目管理及公共政策领域。随着北京市非首都核心功能的疏解思路的提出,作为低端产业代表的动物园批发市场的外迁势在必行。运用重要性-影响力利益相关者分析框架,对动批搬迁政策中涉及的利益相关者进行界定,分别分析其利益诉求并进行合理划分,依据各利益相关者对政策的重要性程度和影响力大小以及各相关者之间的利益冲突分别制定解决对策,同时将各种外部阻力纳入考虑范围,为北京市动物园批发市场搬迁提出可行路径,以期为其他类似公共政策制定问题提供参考。     

就近就地城镇化问题研究

农村剩余劳动力的转移模式存在异地转移和就地转移两种。农村人口空心化、"大城市病"以及二元户籍制度下农民工的城市融入难题是我国城镇化进程中面临的突出问题。就近就地城镇化以人文本,以经济发展为前提,以有效就业为基础,以城乡基础设施一体化和公共服务均等化为目标,达到人、产、城三者的融合,实现社会经济的可持续发展。     

Using naturalistic driving films as a design tool for investigating driver requirements in HMI design for ADAS

In recent years, there are many naturalistic driving projects have been conducted, such as the 100-Car Project (Naturalistic Driving study in United State), EuroFOT(European Large-Scale Field Operational Tests on Vehicle Systems), SeMi- FOT(Sweden Michigan Naturalistic Field Operational Test and etc. However, those valuable naturalistic driving data hasn't been applied into Human-machine Interaction (HMI) design for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), a good HMI design for ADAS requires a deep understanding of drive environment and the interactions between the driving car and other road users in different situations. The results demonstrated the benefits of using naturalistic driving films as a mean for enhancing focus group discussion for better understanding driver's needs and traffic environment constraints. It provided an efficient tool for designers to have inside knowledge about drive and the needs for information presentation; The recommendations for how to apply this method is discussed in the paper.     

The Association Between the New Rural Cooperative Medical System and Health Care Seeking Behavior Among Middle-Aged and Older Chinese

The new rural cooperative medical system (NCMS) is the primary form of social insurance in rural China. This study aims to explore how the NCMS influences the health care seeking behaviors of middle-aged and older Chinese, considering the family and community contexts. A series of multi-level (three-level) models using data from the first wave of the China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study (CHARLS) are used. We find that the presence of NCMS coverage has a statistically significant association with seeking inpatient and outpatient care but not physical checkups among middle-aged and older rural Chinese: Rural residents insured by NCMS were more likely to seek inpatient and outpatient care than people who were not insured. Other factors at the individual level (such as self-perceived health and number of doctor-diagnosed chronic diseases), the family level (such as living arrangements and household expenditures), and the community level (such as the presence of township hospitals within the community) are also significant predictors of health care seeking behaviors.     

Sexual objectification decreases women’s experiential consumption (but not material consumption)

The current investigation examined our prediction that sexual objectification decreases women’s experiential consumption but not material consumption. Three experiments provided converging support for this prediction. In particular, female participants reported lower tendency to engage in experiential consumption after recalling a past experience of objectification (Studies 1 and 3) and chose a material product over an experiential one after receiving objectifying comments (Study 2). Furthermore, Study 3 found that sexual objectification reduced purchase inclination of experiential products, and this effect did not emerge for material products. These findings contribute to the literature on sexual objectification by showing the impact of sexual objectification on women’s economic decisions and behaviors.

国家综合配套改革试验区的本质是制度创新,但制度创新并不是设立国家综合配套改革试验区的主要目的.设立国家综合配套改革试验区的主要目的应该是通过"先行先试",进行制度创新,并探索制度创新向周边区域的空间扩散机制,以实现区域协调发展.     

Education Assistance to Africa: We Can Do More and Better

Based on the problems of Global Education Assistance to Africa (GEAA), and combined with China’s rationale and practice of Education Assistance to Africa, this paper proposes a vision and assumption to improve the GEAA, that is, using the assistance rationale of ‘Africa-based’, ‘equal-relationship’, and ‘mutual-benefits’, through ‘multi-stakeholders cooperation’, ‘multi-modes operation’, and ‘multi-goals achievement’ to build one ‘harmonious world’.
