网上CAI

用好现代先进技术,开展网络建设,是教育信息化的第一步。本文基于这一思想,介绍了网上CAI的设计思路,描述了该系统的功能,以及实现系统所采用的技术措施。

推荐村委会候选人是村级党组织有效参与和领导村委会选举的重要方式和途径,村级党组织依法享有和行使提名权,不仅不会损害村委会选举的民主性,而且还有利于村委会选举沿着正确的方向顺利进行,实现党的领导和发扬民主的统一.应当使村级党组织与村民共享村委会候选人的提名权.     

轮对蛇行波长对铁路钢板梁桥横向振动的影响

针对我国铁路货车提速过程中出现的铁路上承钢板梁横向振幅严重超限现象，以轮对随机人工蛇行波为激励，就不同的蛇行波长对铁路钢板梁桥横向振动的影响进行了探讨。结果表明，在同一速度下，桥梁发生的横向振动位移与轮对的蛇行波波长有关，当轮对的蛇形波波长在7～10m范围内并且激振频率（即行车速度与蛇行波长的比值）与桥梁横向有载自振频率接近时．桥梁横向位移达到最大。     

东北农业大学生物技术专业建设历史与发展成效

生物技术是21世纪一门高新技术改造、整合提升的交叉性、综合性很强的新兴学科。我校是开设生物技术专业较早的农业院校之一。20年来,该专业在"理农结合、学科交叉、加强基础、重视创新"的办学理念的指导下不断壮大,为国家培养了大批优秀人才。文章总结了我校生物技术专业的建设历史与发展成果,为发展品牌专业建设提供了思路和范例。     

阿富汗重建的特点及其面临的问题分析

阿富汗重建具有如下特点:涉及多方面的广泛内容和不同层次;是在国际社会的大力参与下展开的,尤其受到了美国和其他西方国家的影响;重建是阿富汗现代化发展的新阶段,强烈体现出当代的西方价值观和加快阿"发展"的意图;重建是阿富汗民族国家构建的重要发展阶段.重建的主要问题:过分依赖国际社会的援助;安全问题始终无法解决;经济重建仍存在各种问题.因此,阿富汗问题在一个较长的时期内仍无法获得根本解决.     

《左传》战争叙事与齐地尚勇风气

《左传》是先秦时期传记文学,以写战争名垂文学史,其中有很多笔墨是描写齐地勇士的。《左传》中与齐国相关的战争描写,刻画了殖绰等一大批勇士,体现了齐地尚勇的风气。     

大学英语交际教学法新思考

自20世纪70年代以来，交际教学法已成为国内外语言教学颇受青睐的教学方法。交际教学法主张以具体的交际功能项目为线索来安排教学内容，而不是以语言形式来安排内容，激发学生的学习兴趣，提高了语言运用能力。然而，交际教学法的教材增加了语法学习的困难，为此，同一功能表达形式多样对测试的不利及对教师专业培训要求更高等问题，足以引起英语一线教学同仁们的新思考。     

我国东北工业发展60年:回顾与展望

东北地区工业经历了60年大规模的建设、改造和振兴,积累了许多可资借鉴的经验.从一定意义上说,没有东北老工业基地的贡献,就不会有共和国的快速发展和改革开放的成就.目前东北工业发展仍然面临着诸多的问题和困难,但总体上看,有利条件多于不利因素,特别是国家实施老工业基地振兴战略以来,东北地区经济实力和综合能力增强;国家扩大内需的政策和十大产业振兴规划,与东北工业结构吻合度高,从而必将给东北地区带来新的发展机会,并产生强劲的推动力.     

Evaluating Item Discrimination Power of WHOQOL-BREF from an Item Response Model Perspectives

Quality of life (QOL) has become an important component of health. By using the methodology of psychometric theory, we examine the item properties of the WHOQOL-BRIEF. Samejima’s graded response model with natural metrics of the logistic response function was fitted. The results showed items with negative natures were less discriminating. Items written in a specific way were more suitable to assess certain subgroups. The national items showed variation in discriminatory power. Questions measuring objective and specific issues performed worse than items assessing general aspects of the QOL.     

Model based labeling for mixture models

Label switching is one of the fundamental problems for Bayesian mixture model analysis. Due to the permutation invariance of the mixture posterior, we can consider that the posterior of a m-component mixture model is a mixture distribution with m! symmetric components and therefore the object of labeling is to recover one of the components. In order to do labeling, we propose to first fit a symmetric m!-component mixture model to the Markov chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) samples and then choose the label for each sample by maximizing the corresponding classification probabilities, which are the probabilities of all possible labels for each sample. Both parametric and semi-parametric ways are proposed to fit the symmetric mixture model for the posterior. Compared to the existing labeling methods, our proposed method aims to approximate the posterior directly and provides the labeling probabilities for all possible labels and thus has a model explanation and theoretical support. In addition, we introduce a situation in which the “ideally” labeled samples are available and thus can be used to compare different labeling methods. We demonstrate the success of our new method in dealing with the label switching problem using two examples.
