上海青年创业建设的研究

自20世纪80年代彼得·德鲁克提出“创业型经济”以来．创业开始引起各方的高度关注,上海的创业潮也日益高涨,上海青年在这股创业风潮中也扮演着非常重要的角色。本文立足于前人的研究基础,探析上海的创业现状,发现基于GEM下的创业环境优越,但少数纬度还未达到国际标准;探索上海青年的创业实际．发现创业信息平台建设滞后等问题;根据现状和问题,本文旨在提出“加快上海创业建设”等建议,以期为建设上海青年创业系统工程提供参考。

A novel regularization method for estimation and variable selection in multi-index models

Multi-index models have attracted much attention recently as an approach to circumvent the curse of dimensionality when modeling high-dimensional data. This paper proposes a novel regularization method, called MAVE-glasso, for simultaneous parameter estimation and variable selection in multi-index models. The advantages of the proposed method include transformation invariance, automatic variable selection, automatic removal of noninformative observations, and row-wise shrinkage. An efficient row-wise coordinate descent algorithm is proposed to calculate the estimates. Simulation and real examples are used to demonstrate the excellent performance of MAVE-glasso.     

The Key to Precise Poverty Alleviation Rests in the Precise Indentification of Impoverished Populations—An Analysis of the Targeting Effectiveness of China’s Rural Dibao Program

The success of the poverty elimination program, as an important element in the strategy of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects by 2020, depends on the accurate identification of the population living in poverty. An analysis of 2013 data from the China Household Income Project (CHIP 2013) shows that in terms of the income-based poverty line, the targeting of the current rural minimum living standard guarantee or subsistence allowance program (dibao) program is very imprecise; it improves with the use of multidimensional poverty criteria, but coverage remains poor. In order to unify the criteria for the rural poverty alleviation (fupin) criteria and the dibao criteria, a uniform set of national criteria should be established. This should shift from income as the sole criterion to multidimensional criteria, so that a uniform scheme can be developed to identify those in need. At the same time, the coverage of the dibao program should be extended and the transfer amounts increased, so that the scheme genuinely covers all of the target population in rural China.     

中国第一批统计图的创制

关于统计图的创始者,有人认为是德国的克儒姆(1753——1833)。他在1785年出版的《欧洲国家的领土和人口》一书中,利用统计图比较详细地描绘了欧洲各国的领土和人口情况。也有人认为是英国的普莱费尔(1759——1823),他在1786年出版的《商业和政治地图集》中,曾利用曲线图、直方图和圆形图等来描述社会经济现象。根据我的考证,中国南宋学者杨甲在公元1145年创制了35幅统计图,这是现存的中国第一批统计图。     

城市少数民族流动人口现状调查——以长株潭两型社会试验区为例

随着现代社会城市化进程的加快,城市少数民族流动人口在不断增加,即给城市发展带来了活力,有助于构建多元城市文化和实现民族团结与共同繁荣,同时,也为城市管理带来了困难,如何管理城市少数民族流动人口已成为城市民族工作面临的新课题。本次调查以长株潭地区少数民族流动人口作为研究个案,采取定性分析和定量分析的方法,对区域内少数民族流动人口的基本状况和所产生的影响进行了深入分析,指出了城市少数民族流动人口服务管理工作中存在的困难和问题,最后提出了完善城市少数民族流动人口服务管理工作的对策与建议。     

论全球化与反全球化进程中的国家

全球化与反全球化是当今时代的两大潮流,它们既相互矛盾又相互统一,共同作用于时代发展的全过程。发达国家是全球化的主导者和最大受益者,决定着未来全球化的发展趋势和方向;发展中国家是全球化进程中的弱势国家,在全球化的发展过程中始终处于从属地位。发达国家应重新审视其全球化的发展战略,从反全球化运动中汲取有益的思想和养料,尽量减少或避免全球化带来的负面效应;发展中国家既要有原则的坚定性,又要有策略的灵活性,要利用全球化有利的一面不断发展本国经济,又要利用反全球化运动维护经济安全和经济主权。     

不确定需求下考虑大数据投资决策的供应链鲁棒优化及协调模型

针对由数据公司、制造商和零售商组成的三级供应链系统,在仅知需求均值和方差信息下,建立了集中和分散两种决策情况下的供应链鲁棒优化模型。集中决策下,全体供应链成员共同决定产品零售价和产品生产数量;分散决策下,数据公司作为主方,决定需求信息零售价,制造商和零售商作为从方,分别决定产品批发价和产品订货数量。针对两种决策下的供应链鲁棒优化模型,给出了相应的最优决策,分析了大数据投资成本、消费者异质性需求满足程度等系统参数对供应链决策的影响。进一步,设计了能实现三级供应链完美协调的利润共享契约。最后,通过数值算例验证了所建模型和契约协调的有效性。研究表明,在集中和分散决策下,大数据投资成本只有在满足一定条件下,投资大数据才有利于供应链成员及系统利润的改善。特别地,与无协调时的情况相比,虽然协调机制下相关系统参数对供应链成员决策及利润绩效的作用机制存在差异,但文中提出的利润共享契约在一定条件下能够显著改进供应链成员利润且实现供应链完美协调。     

Optimal weighted two-sample t-test with partially paired data in a unified framework

In this paper, we provide a unified framework for two-sample t-test with partially paired data. We show that many existing two-sample t-tests with partially paired data can be viewed as special members in our unified framework. Some shortcomings of these t-tests are discussed. We also propose the asymptotically optimal weighted linear combination of the test statistics comparing all four paired and unpaired data sets. Simulation studies are used to illustrate the performance of our proposed asymptotically optimal weighted combinations of test statistics and compare with some existing methods. It is found that our proposed test statistic is generally more powerful. Three real data sets about CD4 count, DNA extraction concentrations, and the quality of sleep are also analyzed by using our newly introduced test statistic.     

体育法学的研究现状及法律院校的研究工作

随着当代社会法律功能不断增强,法学与其他学科不可避免,多元的或综合的研究,已经成为一个法学研究体系成熟的标志,这才能真正推进中国法学的发展。法律院校,法学研究底蕴丰厚,应该立即启动对体育法学这项边缘学科的研究工程,紧跟国家法制建设的时代潮流,从法律的角度审视体育活动的各种关系,发挥政法院校在该研究领域应有的影响力。
