公共图书馆事业与公民文化权利论略

文化权利是公民在社会中生存与发展的自然权利,公共图书馆是是民主政府为保障公民的文化权利而作出的制度安排,在保障与实现公民的文化权利方面具有其它机构所无法替代的重要作用。目前,我国公共图书馆事业发展的实然现状,远远不能够满足人们日益增长的文化需求。为此,政府应该积极履行所承担的公共文化职能,重视建设公共图书馆服务体系,努力促进公民文化权益的保障与实现。     

中西方婚姻观中女性地位的不同及成因分析

爱情和婚姻是人类生活的重要方面,而婚姻观是人类文化的重要组成部分。中西方婚姻观不同,反映在女性身上比较明显。从家庭、社会、政治方面对比中西方婚姻观中女性地位的不同,并从其地理位置、传统文化和价值观方面探究成因,便于中国女性摈弃一些封闭落后思想,适当吸取西方婚姻观中的精华和合理部分,对未婚及已婚女性树立正确、科学的婚姻观都具有一定的现实指导作用。     

基于SBM-Malmquist-Tobit模型的纺织业上市公司融资效率研究

纺织业是我国重要的经济支柱产业之一,在国民经济发展、促进社会安定与繁荣中起着重要的作用。融资活动会影响上市公司产、供、销各个环节,对于企业持续经营和长远发展起着战略指导作用。契合纺织业“十三五”规划、“一带一路”倡议及“中国制造2025”对纺织业上市公司持续经营和长远发展的更高要求,以我国纺织业上市公司为研究对象,选取2012—2016年的财务数据,通过构建SBM-Malmquist指数模型从静态及动态两个角度对融资效率进行测算,构建指标体系,提出五个假设,构建受限面板Tobit回归模型对影响融资效率的因素进行验证,得出针对提升纺织业上市公司融资效率的实证结论。     

Correspondence Analysis and Its Application in Oncology

To explore the application value of correspondence analysis in oncology, we adopted correspondence analysis method to analyze the relationship between the amount of food eaten in some cities in China and the male gastric carcinoma mortality. According to scatter plots of row and column points, there are regional differences among the male gastric carcinoma mortality in different cities of China. Southern male citizens ate more rice and salt, less wheaten food, and fewer light vegetables than northern ones. There may be some carcinogenic factors in some food.     

技能溢价源于技术进步偏向性吗？

 内生经济增长理论向来关注技术进步对经济增长的贡献,但现代研究却普遍忽视技术进步对异质性要素发展可能产生的偏向性影响,特别是技术进步能否呈现技能偏向性并引致不同类型劳动者报酬分化问题。本文利用双层嵌套型CES生产函数和非线性似不相关方法估计中国技能溢价水平,研究发现我国资本和劳动替代弹性小于1而技能和非技能劳动替代弹性大于1,技术进步偏向性及技能和非技能劳动的替代效应明显,利用技术进步偏向性模型模拟的数据与真实值无明显差异,印证技能溢价源于偏向型技术进步且偏向性效应不断强化。同时,回归方法检验结果也发现,技术进步偏向性对技能溢价正向效应显著,验证出我国技能溢价现象主要是源于技术进步偏向性作用的结果。     

中国省域国民健康生产效率差异与影响因素研究

基于2002-2011年中国31个省份的面板数据,应用随机前沿模型分析了国民健康生产效率及其影响因素。研究发现:省域间国民健康生产效率存在较大差异,且总体上偏低;服务可达水平对国民健康生产效率产生正效应,教育水平、政府投入能力和城市化水平则相反,个人投入能力不能发挥明显作用。在这些影响因素作用下,理论前沿技术不能充分发挥,使得实际国民健康生产效率呈现下降趋势,同时弱化了省域效率间的趋同态势。     

A Note on the Likelihood Ratio Test for Equality of k Normal Populations

The authors derive the analytic expressions for the mean and variance of the log-likelihood ratio for testing equality of k (k ≥ 2) normal populations, and suggest a chi-square approximation and a gamma approximation to the exact null distribution. Numerical comparisons show that the two approximations and the original beta approximation of Neyman and Pearson (1931 Neyman , J. , Pearson , E. S. ( 1931 ). On the problem of k samples . Small sample study on estimators of life distributions and of mean survival times using randomly censored data

Whereas large-sample properties of the estimators of survival distributions using censored data have been studied by many authors, exact results for small samples have been difficult to obtain. In this paper we obtain the exact expression for the ath moment (a > 0) of the Bayes estimator of survival distribution using the censored data under proportional hazard model. Using the exact expression we compute the exact mean, variance and MSE of the Bayes estimator. Also two estimators ofthe mean survival time based on the Kaplan-Meier estimator and the Bayes estimator are compared for small samples under proportional hazards.     

区块链技术与企业绩效:公司治理结构的调节作用

当前,我国正在全面迈进数字经济新时代.区块链技术作为数字经济最为重要的基础技术设施之一,正在加速推动新一轮产业变革和数字创新,被越来越多的企业接受和应用.区块链技术对企业绩效的作用机制是什么?针对以上问题,本研究通过倾向得分匹配方法(PSM)选取2014-2019年中国沪深A股上市公司为研究样本,以当年是否引入区块链技术作为公司治理手段为哑变量,通过计量分析研究了区块链技术应用与企业绩效之间的关系,并进一步探索了公司治理结构在区块链技术应用与企业绩效关系间的调节作用.研究发现,区块链技术应用对企业绩效有促进作用;当公司治理结构呈现较高独董比例和较高股权集中度时,区块链技术应用对企业绩效的促进作用得到加强.
