A gold key to initiate a new situation in family planning work]

Because of the popularization of a responsible agricultural production system, the livilihood of peasants has been improving greatly, while the demands and needs of the general public are also increasing at the same time. Still under the influence of the traditional belief of carrying on one's family line and emphasis on having male children, married people prefer to have more childre, and the birth rate is now rising again. In order to solve this new problem, we need to teach the peasants national policies on population, land utilization, and food supply. In order to initiate a new situation in family planning work, we need to control this "gold key" of ideological education and propaganda. The emphasis should be placed on ideological education for cadres at all levels as well as the general public in order that they may understand the Party's strategy. Education on the national strategy should be combined with material interests of the peasants, and reward and punishment in production should also be linked up with that of family planning. Social measures are needed to reduce economic burdens of the peasants, offer better treatment for single-child households, and provide adequate care for old and retired people. Family planning projects should be consolidated and improved. Scientific management, facilities and techniques for birth control, compensation for working personnel in family planning, and other practical problems deserve immediate attention and solution.     

论领导权结构、企业避税与会计信息可靠性的关系

以我国2013—2015年沪深两市A股类上市公司为样本,运用相关性分析和回归分析,以消除应计利润影响后的会计—税收差异作为衡量企业避税指标,用盈余激进度衡量会计信息可靠性,分析企业避税程度与会计信息可靠性的关系,并进行了稳健性检验。结果表明,企业避税程度对会计信息可靠性起负面作用。在此基础上,进一步梳理了领导权结构、企业避税与会计信息可靠性的关系,研究发现,相比两职合一的公司,企业避税程度对会计信息可靠性的负面作用主要体现在两职分离的公司。这对于深入研究企业避税与会计信息可靠性的关系具有一定的借鉴意义,可为完善公司治理机制、提高会计信息可靠性提供一定的思路借鉴和决策参考。

试论西方人类学仪式研究范式的现代性转换

西方人类学对于"仪式"的研究,从早期的"神话—仪式"学派,到后来的功能主义学派、结构主义学派,再到象征主义学派,将仪式研究从原来视野相对狭窄的宗教神话领域逐步扩展到更为宏阔的社会生活领域。在此过程中,西方人类学仪式研究形成了一套较为完整的人类学仪式研究的知识谱系,完成了西方人类学仪式研究范式的现代性转换。     

国际核恐怖主义的行为特征分析——国外学者视野中的国际核恐怖主义威胁与防范

国际核恐怖主义是当今乃至以后国际社会面临的一项严重的非传统安全威胁.国外学者一般认为,防范国际核恐怖主义需要阻止核武器与可用的辐射材料被潜在的核恐怖主义组织和恐怖分子掌握.据此,又提出了威慑范式、“三无原则”以及加强国际合作和情报共享等防范国际核恐怖主义的具体措施和建议.本文认为,防范核恐怖主义要根除恐怖主义产生的土壤,标本兼治、综合治理、多元预防.     

Social Forces in Canon Formation in Literary Field

1.Introduction Since 1980s criticism around canon formation has been characterized with two different controversies.Critics like Harold Bloom hold that cannon formation is defined by aesthetic quality of literary works,epitomizing the willpower and aesthetic standards while others like John Guillory believe that canon formation is a constructive process,determined by an assortment of sociocultural factors.The former is concerned with "canonicity" of literary works,underscoring the necessity and irreplaceability,i.e.,aesthetic quality of literary works.     

三江源搬迁牧民的后续生计和就业类型--基于格尔木昆仑民族文化村的调查

自2004年开始的青海三江源地区的生态移民受到国内外关注，而其后续生计或后续产业发展问题尤其得到学术界和政府部门的持续关注和研究。笔者以位于格尔木市南郊的昆仑民族文化村为例，详细分析搬迁牧民的就业类型变化与迁出地即老家的经济联系，牧民收入和支出结构及特征。本文作者及其研究团队先后对昆仑民族文化村进行过4次调查，我们主要根据课题组2007年9月对该村86户牧民家庭的抽样调查和2008年该村168户家庭331人的劳务输出的统计分析，2012年7月对该村就业情况的补充调查资料，主要采用定量研究配合定性分析，探讨三江源生态移民搬迁牧民的就业类型和家庭收入差距。     

A dynamic product quality evaluation based pricing model for perishable food supply chains

Waste stemmed from inappropriate quality control and excessive inventories is a major challenge for perishable food management in grocery retail chains. Improvement of visibility and traceability in food supply chains facilitated by tracking and tracing technologies has great potential to improve operations efficiency. This research aims to reduce food spoilage waste and maximise food retailer's profit through a pricing approach based on dynamically identified food shelf life. The proposed model is evaluated through different pricing policies to exploit the benefits from utilising accurate product shelf life information captured through innovated tracking and monitoring technologies. Numerical analysis is conducted in an illustrative case study.

当前在我国经济社会发展不平衡的背景下,社会治理已经并将长期面临新的形势和新的挑战。在这些挑战和问题面前,我们如何通过对我国社会治理状况的深入分析,深化对社会管理规律和特点的认识,不断地进行理论创新,找到建设中国特色社会治理体系应遵循的基本原则,探索适合我国国情的社会治理体制机制,提高社会治理的能力和水平。本文从一个经济学的概念——"隧道效应"出发,将其引入到社会治理的研究中来,分析"隧道效应"发生背后的文化逻辑,并从社会的角度来分析这种正的隧道效应是否可以持续及其政策建议。

本文介绍了岩石可钻性能全法在油田现场实脸研究的成果:确定其可钻性指标凡对地层的适用范围，证明K指标比其他可钻性指标能更容易、史好地反映出井下实际地层可钻性变化情无，用K指标预浏钻速与实际钻速接近.
