《资本论》的生态价值与当代意义

随着中国特色社会主义步入新时代，我国社会主要矛盾和生态发展实情都产生了历史性的变化。基于《资本论》中的生态视角，可以看出资本逻辑的本性是生态环境问题产生的根源，它不仅导致了人类社会与自然界之间的物质循环断层，而且在资本主义社会制度之下资本逻辑与生态逻辑的矛盾无法得到真正调和：从资本兴起带来资本主义国家内部的生态环境问题，到资本扩张导致国际殖民及全球性生态问题，再至资本霸权催生当代生态帝国主义。结合中国特色社会主义新时代的特色，《资本论》在新时代的生态意义就是：为了迎来美丽的当代生态环境，要加强国家对生态的监管与保护，建立健全体制机制；要形成绿色发展方式，让人与自然和谐共生；要构建环境正义的空间维度体系，共享美丽生态。     

Testing for error cross-sectional uncorrelatedness in a two-way error components panel data model

This paper proposes a new test for the error cross-sectional uncorrelatedness in a two-way error components panel data model based on large panel data sets. By virtue of an existing statistic under the raw data circumstance, an analogous test statistic using the within residuals of the model is constructed. We show that the resulting statistic needs bias correction to make valid inference, and then propose a method to implement feasible correction. Simulation shows that the test based on the feasible bias-corrected statistic performs well. Additionally, we employ a real data set to illustrate the use of the new test.

渎职侵权犯罪侦查权的配置与完善——从法律监督权角度出发

渎职侵权犯罪侦查权是法律监督权的重要内容和运行保障。目前检察机关的侦查职权存在严重不足,无法适应对渎职侵权犯罪的侦查要求。因此,针对渎职侵权犯罪,应当扩充检察机关侦查职权,赋予其技术侦查手段和特别调查权,增加强制措施执行权,尤其是拘留和逮捕的执行权。侦查权的配置可以通过刑事诉讼法的修改来实现,并可以考虑单独立法,构建以检察机关为主导的积极、主动的反腐败体系。     

A new upper bound for the online square packing problem in a strip

In this paper we consider the online problem of packing a list of squares into one strip of width 1 and infinite length without overlap so as to minimize the required height of the packing. We derive an upper bound 5 on the competitive ratio for this problem.     

运用结构化的数据分析方法做严谨的质性研究——中国企业管理案例与质性研究论坛(2019)综述

本文聚焦于质性研究的数据分析方法,主要是基于本届论坛的两个主旨报告,重点阐述结构化的数据分析方法,包括其数据结构的科学哲学假设、本质特征和优势,以及具体应用过程。本文通过对一篇范文的深度分析说明,这个方法强调系统性呈现证据,便于新见解的涌现和理论构建,可在原始数据和结论间形成牢固的证据链,而且相对容易学习借鉴,可显著提升质性研究的质量。此外,本文也对近年来案例论文中常见的3个缺陷进行了剖析,包括与文献对话不足、过度概念化,以及单案例的不当抽样问题。     

SIMEX method for censored quantile regression with measurement error

Censored quantile regression serves as an important supplement to the Cox proportional hazards model in survival analysis. In addition to being exposed to censoring, some covariates may subject to measurement error. This leads to substantially biased estimate without taking this error into account. The SIMulation-EXtrapolation (SIMEX) method is an effective tool to handle the measurement error issue. We extend the SIMEX approach to the censored quantile regression with covariate measurement error. The algorithm is assessed via extensive simulations. A lung cancer study is analyzed to verify the validation of the proposed method.     

自然风景资源管理机构法人化研究

目前我国自然风景资源行政管理体制呈现出“两线多级”的特点。自然风景资源管理机构作为政府主管部门的派出机构,不具有独立的法人地位,无法行使自然风景资源的所有权。为了摆脱现有困境,必须实现自然风景资源管理机构的法人化,明确自然风景资源的权利主体和责任主体,提高管理效率,以更好地实现对自然风景资源的利用和保护。基于对域外国家公园的考察,对公益性法人制度以及我国事业单位改革经验的借鉴,具体的制度构建应该以确立法人财产权为基础,以完善法人治理规则为支撑,以专门立法为保障,从而最终推动我国自然风景资源管理机构法人化的改革。     

Presenteeism and health over time among Chinese employees: The moderating role of self-efficacy

The aim of this study was two-fold: first, to examine both the immediate and the lasting effects of presenteeism on health; second, to explore the moderating effect of self-efficacy on the presenteeism-health relationship in a Chinese context. We employed a two-wave study design in which presenteeism, health (i.e. physical health, mental health and exhaustion), and self-efficacy were assessed at Time 1; health was measured again at Time 2 three months later. We surveyed a diverse sample of 345 full-time Chinese employees working in Taiwan and mainland China. Hierarchical regression analyses showed that presenteeism over the previous six months was negatively related to employees' physical health, mental health and exhaustion at Time 1. However, we found no association between presenteeism and health at Time 2, after controlling for the baseline level of health, indicating that presenteeism may not have a lasting effect. Self-efficacy was found to moderate the relationships between presenteeism and all three aspects of health at Time 2, suggesting that for some individuals presenteeism may not on balance be a bad thing. The study sheds light on the association between presenteeism and health. The findings on self-efficacy also extend the literature to incorporate individual characteristics in the presenteeism context.
