人权观念的确立,促进了人类文明发展。人权就是人人平等,反对特权,人人的基本权利受到尊重和保护,不受损害。由于人权观念的确立,人类社会就会从以内斗为主转向以生产和创新为主,人类发展的轨迹就会起根本变化,生产力发展,科技进步,社会财富快速增加。中国改革开放二十多年来的发展就是明证。

竞争情报系统是建立企业管理信息系统的重要内容，是竞争情报工作的组织保障和物质基础，是企业获取内外环境信息的核心。本文从企业建立管理信息系统的角度，介绍了竞争情报系统的概念及建立竞争情报系统的重要性，重点论述了竞争情报系统的主要内容。     

Convergent and Discriminant Validity of the WHOQOL-BREF Using a Multitrait-Multimethod Approach

The WHOQOL-BREF is a commonly used questionnaire in quality of life research. Previous research has shown that the four domains of the WHOQOL-BREF (physical health, psychological health, social relationships, and environmental health) are highly related. Whether these high correlations reflected the true relations across the domains or the influence of common method effect; however, is still unknown. This study examines the convergent and discriminant validity of the four domains of the WHOQOL-BREF by using the multitrait-multimethod (MTMM) approach to control the method effect. Two different samples, with a total of 186 and 201 adults, respectively, were used in the present study. Each participant filled out the WHOQOL-BREF questionnaires using four different scaling methods (Likert-type scale, visual analogue scale, pie scale, and partner rating). The covariance matrix of the MTMM result was analyzed with confirmatory factor analysis modeling. Two models were applied, including the correlated traits-correlated uniqueness (CTCU) model and the uncorrelated traits-correlated uniqueness (UTCU) model. Results showed that the CTCU model fit the data better than did the UTCU model, suggesting that the variables tapping the four domains of the WHOQOL-BREF have excellent convergent validity; the four domains have moderate correlations, indicating that the four domains are related but not identical.

因对"Economy"词义的混淆而引起的对"Economies of Scale"及相关的其他术语的误译、误用,并造成学术涵义不清的例子,在我国经济学论著中广泛存在。本文以"Economies of Scale"为例,探讨其经济学意义上的正确的翻译(汉语表达)。同时本文进一步讨论"Economy"词义的界定、确立与正确选取,中西文翻译的困难,对新帕尔格雷夫经济学大辞典中的词条名"Economies and Diseconomies of Scale"的汉译:"规模经济与不经济"进行商榷。     

改革开放以来经济哲学在中国的兴起、历程及意义

经济哲学作为一门新兴学科,在改革开放以后的中国逐渐兴起。中国社会的深刻转型和市场经济的深度推进是经济哲学兴起的深刻现实根据,而"哲学贫困"和"经济学贫困"并存情状是经济哲学兴起的重要学术背景。经济哲学的发展大体上经历了初始起步、蓬勃发展和丰富深化三个阶段。深化经济哲学研究对于重建马克思主义经济哲学传统、实现哲学和经济学的"脱贫"以及推动当代中国实现科学发展具有重要意义。     

创业能力情景模拟训练测评方法及系统研究

随着创业能力学习论逐渐被大家接受,创业者的创业能力如何训练提高和评价成为人们关注的焦点.通过资料综述确定成功创业者拥有的创业能力特征因子,即动机、品质、自我认知、价值观和深层次创业知识经验与技能,根据5种因子特征,在E-prime测评软件平台上分别采用内隐联想测试（IAT）、镶嵌图形测试和斯特鲁普效应测试（Stroop）,可以建立一种创业能力情景模拟综合测评方法,设计其测评系统程序.两组被试测评结果相关分析表明：创业动机不同的两组被试IAT测评分在置信度95％区间存在显著差异;创业能力不同的两组被试总测评分也存在显著差异.     

Education Assistance to Africa: We Can Do More and Better

Based on the problems of Global Education Assistance to Africa (GEAA), and combined with China’s rationale and practice of Education Assistance to Africa, this paper proposes a vision and assumption to improve the GEAA, that is, using the assistance rationale of ‘Africa-based’, ‘equal-relationship’, and ‘mutual-benefits’, through ‘multi-stakeholders cooperation’, ‘multi-modes operation’, and ‘multi-goals achievement’ to build one ‘harmonious world’.     

The maximum loading and the optimum number of vehicles in a double-loop of an interbay material handling system

In this paper, the loading analysis of an automated double-loop interbay material handling system (AMHS) in a wafer fabrication was analysed, considering the effects of the vehicle numbers in the inner and outer loops. Discrete-event simulation models were developed in e-M Plant to study this AMHS system with a zone control scheme to avoid any vehicle collision. The layout of an interbay system is a combination configuration in which the hallway contains double loops and the vehicles have double capacity. The combination of the shortest distance with nearest vehicle (SD–NV) and the first-encounter-first-served (FEFS) dispatching rule was used in this study. The maximum loading of this interbay system can be determined by the simulation approach. We also found that the number of vehicles in the inner and outer loops can significantly affect the interbay performance. Furthermore, the optimum combination of the vehicle numbers in the inner and outer loops can be obtained by response surface methodology.     

试论“性贿赂”行为犯罪化

我国现行《刑法》将贿赂犯罪的内容仅限定为财物。但在近年来的司法实践中查处的贿赂案件出现了财产性利益与非财产性利益相互交织的新情况,尤其是“性贿赂”这一概念逐渐进入公众和学术视野,由此也引发了对“性贿赂”行为犯罪化的争论。本文从“性贿赂”这一概念的法律界定入手,阐述“性贿赂”行为犯罪化的必要性,借鉴国外立法和司法经验,提出我国对“性贿赂”行为犯罪化的立法模式,以期对此问题的研究和立法司法实践有所裨益。
