篇章、语篇、信息——系统功能语言学视角

"篇章"和"语篇"指的是同一种事物,只是看问题的角度不同。语篇分析就是把篇章跟语言的系统联系起来。作者认为,语篇有各种变体,语码变体跟语域、语类无关。文学语言的特殊性源于语法隐喻。从事语篇分析的学者都是从自己特定的角度出发的,如,批评话语分析、积极话语分析。很多意义是不能量化的,我们不仅要重视概念意义,也要重视人际意义。作者还论证了计算机对语篇分析、机器翻译的作用。     

发展适用于活体细胞中RNA分析和成像的新型分子信标

很多研究采用分子信标技术来作为活体细胞中RNA表达研究的成像手段。然而,越来越多的证据表明,由于该技术易产生假阳性信号使得RNA的检测灵敏度显著降低。本文就如何克服这些缺陷,实现活体细胞中RNA的高灵敏检测来构建分子信标进行了阐述。     

The emergence of thanatology and current practice in death education

Thanatology is a recent field that contemplates death studies and employs an interdisciplinary approach to practice. This science emerged in a historical context marked by intense social, economic, and political changes that contributed to the concept of death being excluded from social life. This literature review aims to outline the history and evolution ofthanatology in Western society, delineating the contextual circumstances that led to its origin and drawing special attention to current works on death education. In our post-modern society, the call for studies in the field of thanatology appears to be increasing. However, although there have been significant contributions and promising research is underway, there are still many questions to be answered.

本文探讨了文学与文化的关系问题,强调文化的整体性和有机性以及文化传统的历史影响,主张文学与文学史的研究必须在相应的文化传统的框架里进行。作者以欧洲文学和文学史研究为例,指出缺乏欧洲文化传统整体意识的文学研究往往容易使研究成果沦为地理与时间的碎片。     

Community-based addiction treatment staff attitudes about the usefulness of evidence-based addiction treatment and CBO organizational linkages to research institutions

This national study of community-based addiction-treatment organizations' (CBOs) implementation of evidence-based practices explored CBO Program Directors' (n=296) and clinical staff (n=518) attitudes about the usefulness of science-based addiction treatment. Through multivariable regression modeling, the study identified that identical factors were associated with directors, and staff attitudes about the usefulness of science-based addiction treatment. For both directors and staff working in an organization that was affiliated with a research institution, working in an organization with better internet technology (measured through TCU-ORC scores) and having higher levels of education were all significantly associated with having more positive attitudes regarding science-based addiction treatment. Implications: government policy that promotes the hiring of addiction treatment clinical staff with professional degrees and encourages the development of linkages between addiction treatment researchers and treatment staff may positively impact attitudes and use of evidence-based addiction treatment practices (EBPs) in CBOs.     

Acquisition of cross-ethnic friends by recent immigrants in Canada: a longitudinal approach

This paper examines the development of inter-ethnic friendships between immigrants and Canadians. It uses longitudinal data from three waves of the Canadian LSIC survey, in which newly arrived immigrants were followed during the first 4 years of settlement. It is found that pre-migration characteristics play an important role in the development of inter-ethnic friendships: immigrants who arrive at a younger age and for economic reasons, as well as those who are highly educated and have a cross-ethnic partner at the moment of arrival, establish more inter-ethnic friendships over time. In addition, post-migration characteristics affect the formation of inter-ethnic friendships. Such friendships are more common among immigrants who embrace Canadian traditions and acquire the host-country language, as well as among those who work in international settings and inhabit ethnically mixed neighborhoods. The effects of pre-migration characteristics are partially mediated by post-migration characteristics. Our findings point out that economic, cultural, and spatial integration are all conducive to inter-ethnic friendships.

社会风险对我国禽肉类产品消费影响的实证研究——以2013年H7N9风险对水禽产业消费的影响为例

文章利用Logit模型,针对2013年H7N9风险对我国消费者禽肉类产品消费的影响进行了实证研究,表明:82%消费者受到影响,平均影响深度为35%,平均影响期限约为3个月;影响的存在性与消费者的学历、家庭人数、风险的认知及心态有关;影响的深度与消费者年龄、学历、职业、家庭人数、风险认知、消费者质量安全满意程度、政府监管的满意程度有关;影响的期限与消费者居住地、职业、家庭收入、消费者质量安全满意程度、政府监管的满意程度及风险的心态有关。据此,文章在政府行为、消费群体细分、市场营销策略、禽类养殖创新、社会媒体行为规范等方面提出了相关建议。
