对外开放度与经济增长的实证研究——基于河北省数据的协整分析

本文运用协整检验、误差修正模型和格兰杰检验对河北省对外开放程度与经济增长之间的关系进行了实证研究。结果表明,长期来看,河北省经济增长与对外开放度存在长期稳定的协整关系,短期内对外开放对河北省经济增长的影响较小。对外开放和实际GDP增长之间具有互相的因果关系,但对外开放对经济增长的影响大于经济增长对对外开放的影响。     

积极老龄化理念下的老年教育课程建设策略

发展老年教育是实施积极老龄化战略的重要举措,课程建设是教育目标得以实现的基本保证.结合当前老年教育课程建设的不足,本文提出,老年教育课程建设应以健康、参与和保障三大支柱作为服务目标,着力从课程目标取向、课程内容建构、课程实施形式以及课程师资组成等方面回应和落实积极老龄化理念的要求.     

A probabilistic approach to Wallis’ formula

We present an alternative proof of Wallis’ formula from the probabilistic point of view. Based on the classical central limit theorem, some discrete distributions with additive property, such as binomial, negative binomial, Poisson and multinomial distributions, are considered to derive π/2.     

QUALITY DIFFERENCES,THIRD‐DEGREE PRICE DISCRIMINATION,AND WELFARE

We propose a model with two markets to analyze the welfare implications of price discrimination with quality differences. In each market a local firm that operates in that market only competes against a global firm that operates in both markets. Local firms produce higher‐quality goods than the global firm. If the quality levels of the local firms' products are the same, price discrimination is never welfare‐decreasing. If they differ, discrimination is welfare‐increasing if quantity increases. Because of a positive allocation effect of price discrimination, there are parameter values such that welfare increases while total output decreases with price discrimination. (JEL D43, D60)

针对传统民居色彩进行专项研究,试图通过一新的层面,即以民居色彩为一个整体效应来分析其形成因素和特征.依托四季色彩理论、色彩学、色彩地理学等相关学科,提出了色彩群理念,辨析了色彩群的内涵以及外延;并以不同的观察状态分析不同地域传统民居色彩群的特质.     

徐特立的教育中国化思想探析

针对全盘西化欧美的教育制度和照搬苏联的教育模式这样两种错误的倾向和做法,人民教育家徐特立在其光荣的革命和教育生涯中,从思想到实践始终较为自觉地进行抵制和引导。他坚持以马克思主义作为中国近现代教育事业发展的指导思想,提倡教育与劳动、理论与实践、学校与社会紧密结合,反对教条主义和经验主义,强调要建立民族化基础上的、科学的、大众的文化教育事业。     

俄语引语现象思辨——Л·Петрушевская短篇小说中的引语研究

对Л.Петрушевская短篇小说中新出现的引语现象,运用已有的俄语引语研究成果无力做出解释。中俄学界与欧美学界在引语研究领域有一些概念上的不同认识和理解,通过对其进行必要的分析,并借鉴欧美及国内英语学界在该领域及相关领域的研究成果,可以在一定程度上解决这些新问题。而在此基础上所提出的俄语引语的新体系：直接式引语和间接式引语;语境型引语和功能型引语,能够较为全面地解释Л.Петрушевская及俄罗斯其他后现代作家作品中出现的新的引语现象。     

Assessment of a hybrid reform path: Social and labour policies in Uruguay, 1985–2005

Since Uruguay's return to democracy in 1985, a shift in economic and social policy has radically changed the country. The outcomes have been shaped by adjustment to international circumstances “by default”, stop‐go market reforms and the inconsistent pace and content of reforms. Unlike other countries in the region, Uruguay has not followed a resolutely neo‐liberal course, but rather a hybrid one. The end result has been a liberal labour regime coupled with a three‐dimensional social policy balancing the market, the old corporatist welfare State and the new welfare state targeting specific beneficiaries.     

Access to Land,Rural Development and Public Action: The When and the How

After being marginalised in the 1980s, land‐reform policies came back to national and international development agendas during the 1990s, resulting in a revival of academic research on the subject. This article reviews the empirical literature on access to land, rural development and public action for evidence on when and how the state should intervene in the allocation of rural land. The review suggests that positive impacts are obtained if, and only if, public actions on the allocation of land are carried out under certain conditions and in a certain way. The article ends by highlighting the need to elaborate empirical models that take into consideration opportunity costs and interactions, and that integrate individual responses with aggregate effects.
