人才的网络测评与实证系统研究

在互联网逐渐普及的今天,人们越来越多地利用网络这个成本低、效率高的平台进行人才测评活动.文章以此为背景,分析了传统人才测评基础理论,介绍了网络人才测评现状,并研发了一套人才测评系统进行实证研究和应用,最后总结了目前网络人才测评存在的问题和未来发展趋势.

Tests for Coefficients in High‐dimensional Additive Hazard Models

We consider hypothesis testing problems for low‐dimensional coefficients in a high dimensional additive hazard model. A variance reduced partial profiling estimator (VRPPE) is proposed and its asymptotic normality is established, which enables us to test the significance of each single coefficient when the data dimension is much larger than the sample size. Based on the p‐values obtained from the proposed test statistics, we then apply a multiple testing procedure to identify significant coefficients and show that the false discovery rate can be controlled at the desired level. The proposed method is also extended to testing a low‐dimensional sub‐vector of coefficients. The finite sample performance of the proposed testing procedure is evaluated by simulation studies. We also apply it to two real data sets, with one focusing on testing low‐dimensional coefficients and the other focusing on identifying significant coefficients through the proposed multiple testing procedure.

基于中小型制造业的 ＭＣＲ控制、 实施与考核研究 ———以美国卡莱轮胎公司为例

不合理的生产计划安排可能导致企业生产客户不需要的产品而产生大量库存,或者订单充足而计划安排不妥造成拖欠订单等问题,进而导致生产计划和生产现场之间的信息脱节。针对传统生产计划安排中存在的问题,提出了用MCR控制表对生产计划进行控制。实践证明,将此控制工具应用到卡莱轮胎公司中,成功地降低了企业库存,加速了企业资金流动,充分表明了该控制工具在企业中具有良好的应用性。

Why Has China’s Final Consumption Rate Declined Since 1978? Causes and Implications

Along with the rapid economic growth since 1978, there has been a remarkable trend in China, i.e. the steady decline of the share of final consumption expenditure in GDP that has made China one of economies with a low consumption rate in the world for a long time period. This phenomenon is concerned by economists since it is important for economic policies given the key role of consumption in the economic growth. This paper is to explore causes about decline in China’s final consumption rate since the economic reform. Evidence implies four causes: decrease of consumption propensity, adjustment of national income distribution structure, reform of urban housing system and slow growth of rural income.

在老龄化进程加快、劳动力不足、人均寿命增长的趋势下,我国养老金收支不平衡的问题越来越严重,延迟退休是必然选择.退休制度关系国计民生,加上我国现行退休制度还不完善,因此我国在借鉴日本退休制度改革的经验时,要从国情出发,实事求是地完善退休法律制度,制定配套的政策措施,逐步推迟退休年龄,充分发挥老年人在社会中的作用,缓解老龄化的冲击,保持经济和社会的稳健发展.     

鹿筋的电泳鉴别研究

利用ＳＤＳ——聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳（ＳＤＳ—ＰＡＧＥ） 对梅花鹿筋、新西兰鹿筋、黄犭京筋、羊筋、牛筋等五种动物筋进行了电泳分析．结果表明,鹿筋与其他四种动物筋间存在着显著的电泳图谱差异和明显的鉴别区带,可为动物类中药的鉴别提供一项可靠的检测和鉴别方法
