镓铟砷磷 磷化铟掩埋新月形激光器

本文研究了一种新型的1.3μm InGaAsP/InP掩埋新月形(BC)激光器。采用两次液相外延(LPE)技术形成掩埋双異质结构(BH),p-n-p-n电流阻挡结构和窄有源区。该器件在室温连续工作条件下的阀值电流低达15mA、基横模、单面输出功率大于12mW。

二十世纪六十年代以降,生态危机推动伦理学的重心从社会移向自然,新教传统承受着人类中心主义的批评.本文介绍了部分新教思想家和以霍尔姆斯·罗尔斯顿Ⅲ为代表的环境伦理学家对新教思想内自然价值论的可能性所作的讨论和探索.

本文从啮合原理的角度出发,以任意角度ξ为危险截面,准确地导出了内齿轮齿形系数的数学表达式,解决了内齿轮弯曲强度中的齿形系数计算问题。     

Statistical inference for a single-index varying-coefficient model

We investigate the estimators of parameters of interest for a single-index varying-coefficient model. To estimate the unknown parameter efficiently, we first estimate the nonparametric component using local linear smoothing, then construct an estimator of parametric component by using estimating equations. Our estimator for the parametric component is asymptotically efficient, and the estimator of nonparametric component has asymptotic normality and optimal uniform convergence rate. Our results provide ways to construct confidence regions for the involved unknown parameters. The finite-sample behavior of the new estimators is evaluated through simulation studies, and applications to two real data are illustrated.     

无线人体局域网基带发射模型研究

随着无所不在的医疗保健时代的来临,人体局域网(BAN)受到了国内外研究人员的广泛关注。为了促进人体局域网技术的发展,IEEE 802.15-TG6小组拟定了BAN技术规范草案,该技术规范草案中定义了三个物理层:窄频带、超宽带、人体通信。本文将对BAN窄带物理层发射模型进行研究。BAN基带发射模型包括信道编码、扩频、交织、扰码、调制。根据草案提出的规范,搭建BAN基带发射浮点数模型,并对搭建的模型进行仿真验证。结果表明,在适当的信噪比情况下,搭建的基带发射浮点数模型得到了较理想的误码率,满足了BAN通信技术的要求,为后续BAN物理层研究打下了基础,同时也有利于整个BAN物理层基带的完善。     

BAN网络节点低功耗MAC协议的设计

本文针对IEEE802.15.6标准中的MAC层协议采用固定保护时间弥补时钟漂移而造成能量浪费这一问题研究并实现一种低功耗的适宜BAN网络的MAC协议。该协议依据超帧结构的模式构建了一种新的MAC帧结构模型,并结合时间补偿算法对帧结构中的保护时间进行自适应调整,最后使用OPNET14.5仿真两种MAC协议。结果表明,本文研究的基于自适应时间补偿帧结构的MAC协议相对于固定的保护时间IEEE802.15.6的MAC协议而言,降低了终端节点能耗以及延长了网络的生存周期。

SC2053在川西化杀杂种小麦组合筛选中的应用初报

报道了我所利用SC2 0 53在杂种小麦研究中的应用情况。研究认为 :①多数小麦品种在剂量为 0 .6kg/hm2 ,雌雄蕊原基形成期至药隔期喷施 ,杀雄率能达 95%以上。药隔期为喷施临界期。品种、喷药剂量与喷药时期存在互作。②气候条件的改变对不同小麦品种生育进程的影响有差异。在杂交小麦制种中应对此加强研究 ,以利于花期调节。③在配制组合时 ,应特别注意抗性材料的选用。④超标优势明显的化杀杂种小麦 ,其优势主要表现在穗部性状上 ,尤其是穗粒数优势     

Covariate handling approaches in combination with dynamic borrowing for hybrid control studies

Borrowing data from external control has been an appealing strategy for evidence synthesis when conducting randomized controlled trials (RCTs). Often named hybrid control trials, they leverage existing control data from clinical trials or potentially real-world data (RWD), enable trial designs to allocate more patients to the novel intervention arm, and improve the efficiency or lower the cost of the primary RCT. Several methods have been established and developed to borrow external control data, among which the propensity score methods and Bayesian dynamic borrowing framework play essential roles. Noticing the unique strengths of propensity score methods and Bayesian hierarchical models, we utilize both methods in a complementary manner to analyze hybrid control studies. In this article, we review methods including covariate adjustments, propensity score matching and weighting in combination with dynamic borrowing and compare the performance of these methods through comprehensive simulations. Different degrees of covariate imbalance and confounding are examined. Our findings suggested that the conventional covariate adjustment in combination with the Bayesian commensurate prior model provides the highest power with good type I error control under the investigated settings. It has desired performance especially under scenarios of different degrees of confounding. To estimate efficacy signals in the exploratory setting, the covariate adjustment method in combination with the Bayesian commensurate prior is recommended.
