关于现代大学特色文化建设的思考——以淄博师专为例

随着我国高等教育大众化时代和消费时代的来临,为了提高一所大学的核心竞争力,作为一所大学的管理者最起码要像经营经济效益一样经营学校的特色文化,以争取最大的文化效益。经营现代大学的特色文化,不仅必要而且可行。文化不仅是积淀下来的,更是经营出来的。经营现代大学的特色文化是千秋之功业,是不朽之盛事。

We have one report this issue which is, not surprisingly, on the topic of electronic serials. This institute, which reached full capacity, covered both theoretical and practical considerations for dealing with the influx of electronic serials. Many of us are barely coping with the need to plan and implement access to the vast amount of electronic information publishers have now mounted. We are faced with many new decisions about cataloging, vendor selection, license agreements, and consortial arrangements. The institute was planned as a basic course on electronic serials and addressed many of these topics froma wide range of viewpoints. Due to the popularity and success of this institute it will be repeated in April, 1998, in St. Louis.     

Social Competence with Peers in Third Grade: Associations with Earlier Peer Experiences in Childcare1

The early developmental antecedents of individual differences in children's social functioning with peers in third grade were examined using longitudinal data from the large‐scale National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD) study of early child care. In a sample of 1,364 children, with family and child factors controlled, the frequency of positive and negative peer interactions in childcare between 24 and 54 months and the number of hours spent in childcare peer groups of different sizes (alone, dyad, small, medium, large) predicted third graders' peer competence at three levels of analysis: individual social skills, dyadic friendships, and peer‐group acceptance. Children who had more positive experiences with peers in childcare had better social and communicative skills with peers in third grade, were more sociable and co‐operative and less aggressive, had more close friends, and were more accepted and popular. Children with more frequent negative experiences with peers in childcare were more aggressive in third grade, had lower social and communicative skills, and reported having fewer friends. When children spent more time in small‐sized peer groups in childcare (four or fewer children at 24 months of age up to seven or fewer at 54 months), they were more sociable and co‐operative in third grade, but their teachers rated them as more aggressive, suggesting that such children may be more socially outgoing and active both positively and negatively. Like those who spent more time in small peer groups, children who spent more hours in medium‐sized groups received higher ratings for peer aggression by their third‐grade teachers. Children who spent more time with one other child in childcare or in small peer groups had fewer classroom friends in third grade as reported by the teacher but not according to maternal report or self‐report. There were no significant associations between the amount of time children spent in large childcare‐based peer groups and third‐grade peer social competence.     

Web 2.0, Library 2.0, and the Hyperlinked Library

Discussions surrounding the concepts of Web 2.0/Library 2.0 are increasing among the library community. This column outlines key principles behind Web 2.0 and provides a brief explanation of social tools, such as blogs, RSS feeds, podcasting, and wikis. The author also provides specific uses and applications of these tools within the library environment to illustrate the Library 2.0 concept. An open framework for library communication or hyperlinked library can result if Library 2.0 philosophies are fully utilized.     

立普妥对老年充血性心力衰竭MS患者血清CRP和LDL-C的影响

目的探讨CRP水平和充血性心力衰竭（CHF）、代谢综合征（MS）程度之间的关系,以及应用立普妥对CHF代谢综合征预后的影响。方法观察120例CHF代谢综合征患者在常规应用心衰治疗药物的基础上,给予立普妥干预前后血清CRP和LDL-C的变化。另选30例无心衰MS患者为对照组。结果心衰代谢综合征患者CRP、LDL-C水平均明显高于无心衰代谢综合征患者（P〈0.05）相关分析显示CHF患者的CRP水平和心衰程度呈正相关（r=0.14,0.21,0.32,0.39,P〈0.05）。CHF患者的LDL-C水平和心衰程度亦呈正相关（r=0.21,0.33,0.46,0.50,P〈0.05）。药物干预组立普妥治疗前与治疗后比较,LDL-C水平有明显降低（P〈0.05）。常规治疗组治疗前与治疗后比较,LDL-C水平无明显变化（P〉0.05）。药物干预组患者给予立普妥干预治疗4,8周后比较CRP水平均有显著降低（P〈0.01）,且与应用时间的长短呈正相关（r=0.11,0.34,P〈0.05）;常规治疗组患者治疗前、后比较,CRP水平无明显变化（P〉0.05）。结论CRP可以作为CHF代谢综合征患者预后评估的重要指标之一。     

Celebrating Twenty Years of a Serials Column

A co-editor of “The Balance Point” column looks back at its twenty-year history, its current function and its future in serving the serials professional and scholarly community. The author examines how the column emerged as an idea by then Serials Review editor Cindy Hepfer in 1988 to be a forum on important serials issues for practitioners who might not otherwise write formally on these topics. The column has continued though the 1990s and 2000s to provide that function, as well as serve as an important place where authors are invited to explore serial issues much in need of a balanced approach. The author shares comments from past “Balance Point” column editors, John Riddick, Mary Beth Clack, Ellen Finnie Duranceau, Karen Cargille, Markel Tumlin, and Kay Johnson on how they regarded the column, the rewards and challenges they faced, and how they see the future of this format in an evolving electronic communication milieu.     

Local to Global: The Importance of State-Level Journals to Library Literature

While the publishing needs of many state library associations are comfortably served by newsletters and Web sites, a number of state library associations produce major library journals that serve readers beyond their state membership. The author interviewed the editors of five state association journals: Alki: The Washington Library Association Journal, Colorado Libraries, North Carolina Libraries, Texas Library Journal, and Virginia Libraries. The editors were asked to comment on the role, challenges, and future of state-level library journals.

编撰经济法典包括经济法律法规按照归属于经济法部门所进行的编纂和基本经济法的撰写创制;创制中华人民共和国经济法,是编撰经济法典的题中应有之义和浓墨重彩。我国宪法规定:国家的根本任务是,沿着中国特色社会主义道路,进行社会主义现代化建设;国家实行社会主义市场经济;中华人民共和国实行依法治国,建设社会主义法治国家。现在,我们已开始实行要使市场对资源配置起决定性作用和更好发挥政府作用的改革,以完全彻底地实行社会主义市场经济,而经济法也早已列入中国特色社会主义法律体系,创制基本经济法的基本条件已经具备。创制中华人民共和国经济法,就是要创制"既是规范企业等微观经济主体的微观经济的经营、竞争行为,又是规范政府等宏观经济主体的宏观经济的经营、竞争行为,以及保障人们的消费利益,在微观经济和宏观经济领域,统一确认、设定和保护主体的劳动力权"的基本经济法。
