“做实做小”个人账户对个人养老金水平的影响

 本文引入养老保险金记账利率和工资增长率，测算了在不同初始缴费工资和缴费年限条件下实施“做实做小”个人账户政策对参保人养老金水平的影响。通过分析得出：1.政策调整后，养老金给付结构较调整前更能体现缴费积累与养老金水平的内在经济联系； 2.政策调整后个人养老金水平普遍不如政策调整前的水平，政策调整后养老金水平高于政策调整前均出现在缴费年限较长以及初始缴费工资较高的情况下；3.政策调整对不同的参保人影响不同。政策调整加大了低初始缴费工资人群的生活压力；拉大了男、女职工退休养老金的差距，不利于当前社会男女平等和贫富分化问题的解决。

本文论述了能量摄取、膳食构成、体育锻炼与体脂的关系以及在减肥中的作用，并通过对湖北省某高校男、女大学生超重率的调查，发现普通系无论是男生还是女生其超重率一般并不比体育系男女生高（Ｐ＞０．０５）．提出不宜以超重作为评定个体肥胖的标准。

声乐课程在高师音乐教育中占有举足轻重的地位,学生声乐素质的高低是衡量高师音乐教育质量好坏的一个重要方面。长期以来高师音乐教育理论对声乐课程师范性、专业性认识模糊不清。本文试图在思考中提出对声乐专业素质培养目标的构想与实践的思考。     

From philosophy of history to political philosophy: an ideological investigation of globalization

Many have argued that one of the reasons for the irresistible trend of liberal democracy is the irreversible process of globalization. The logic assumes that globalization is not only an inseparable prerequisite for promoting economic development but also the dynamic to transform political structures into liberalism in less democratic countries, because economic development within countries creates new middle classes around the world, with their natural demands for more participation in decision and political pluralism. In other words, all societies will evolve to a point where they will adopt liberal democratic institutions. In turn, the resulting new world order will be characterized by international cooperation through market economies and liberal democracy. This paper investigates the ideological origin of globalization by inspecting Fukuyama's theory of the ‘end of history’. It argues that this belief is a continuance of modernization theory and reminiscent of functionalist concepts by Western scholars concerning the development of less developed countries. The difference is that globalizers cleverly cover their ethnocentrism with Hegel's philosophy, as it implies that the Western system is some perfect theory that all people will eventually accept as their cultures and societies evolve into a Western superior state.

This article conceptualizes the case of Jessica Chang from a cross-cultural perspective. The article also suggests additional readings in cross-cultural counseling, and specifically focuses on cross-cultural career counseling The case is examined from the viewpoint of Jessica Chang, her supervisor, and the that of her organization as a whole. Practical implications for each participant are discussed.

提出了一种基于客户服务水平的集成化供应链绩效评价的区间数线性规划方法。通过引入系数a,将区间数线性规划问题转化为参数线性规划问题,使评价方法能够反映实现客户服务承诺效用的大小,其评价过程更具柔性,并通过实例分析了该方法的应用效果。研究结果表明,多客户服务是企业所在的供应链之间竞争的焦点,处于集成化供应链响应市场需求的关键环节,而基于客户服务水平的集成化供应链绩效评价能较准确地反映供应链整体绩效,具有重要的参考价值。
