关于“高斯定理”的疑问

本文旨在澄清有关电磁学中“高斯定理”的诸多疑问,并指出它与高等数学中的“高斯定理”的区别。     

A gold key to initiate a new situation in family planning work]

Because of the popularization of a responsible agricultural production system, the livilihood of peasants has been improving greatly, while the demands and needs of the general public are also increasing at the same time. Still under the influence of the traditional belief of carrying on one's family line and emphasis on having male children, married people prefer to have more childre, and the birth rate is now rising again. In order to solve this new problem, we need to teach the peasants national policies on population, land utilization, and food supply. In order to initiate a new situation in family planning work, we need to control this "gold key" of ideological education and propaganda. The emphasis should be placed on ideological education for cadres at all levels as well as the general public in order that they may understand the Party's strategy. Education on the national strategy should be combined with material interests of the peasants, and reward and punishment in production should also be linked up with that of family planning. Social measures are needed to reduce economic burdens of the peasants, offer better treatment for single-child households, and provide adequate care for old and retired people. Family planning projects should be consolidated and improved. Scientific management, facilities and techniques for birth control, compensation for working personnel in family planning, and other practical problems deserve immediate attention and solution.     

基于网络的企业营销活动实证分析

网络的应用对企业传统的营销方式产生了冲击。本文利用对近百家企业问卷调查获得的数据,运用实证的方法,证明了我国企业由于使用网络改善了其营销活动并有利于提高了营销绩效,并进一步分析了客户关系管理与信息管理在网络环境下职能的变化。     

由现收现付制向基金制转轨的经济学分析

文章讨论了有关养老保险体系转轨的几个基本的经济学问题。首先从宏观经济运行的角度出发探讨了以下两个问题 :为什么要从现收现付制向基金制转轨 ?对于现阶段的中国来说马上向基金制转轨是否是最优的选择 ?文章还阐释了基金制下的收益率的决定因素并对基金制与现收现付制的风险因素进行了比较 ,最后对养老保险体系的改革提出了几点建议     

基于医疗质量的公立医院绩效体系构建研究

目的：运用德尔菲法构建一套科学、可操作的公立医院绩效评价体系。方法：采用文献法研究国内外绩效评价理论,结合问卷结果形成初始量表。通过德尔菲法对指标进行两轮筛选及优化。结果：初步形成由“社会效益”、“质量安全”、“运行效益与效率”为基本结构的指标体系,包括3个一级指标、13个二级指标和72个三级指标。结论：该指标体系重点关注医院公益性及内涵质量,对公立医院绩效评价具有一定参考意义。     

双向FDI与经济增长的实证研究

从双向FDI的角度分析OFDI和IFDI与经济增长的关系。选取双向FDI对经济增长的3个主要影响因素,分别对双向FDI与GDP、投资、净出口和产业结构的关系进行实证分析。研究发现:双向FDI对于GDP和投资都具有拉动作用;IFDI对投资的影响滞后4期才能产生,对净出口的增长起到正向促进作用;OFDI的扩大不利于净出口的增长;双向FDI与三次产业都存在较强的灰色关联度。据此,提出改善对内对外投资环境、发挥双向FDI对固定资产投资和净出口的促进作用、强化双向FDI对产业结构的调整作用等建议。     

论认知视角下诗歌建构中的象似性和隐喻性——以李商隐《夜雨寄北》为例

诗歌作为一种用言语表达的艺术形式,其语言文字只是表层现象。从认知视角来看,具有共同认知机制的象似性和隐喻性不可避免地存在诗歌之中,并影响着诗歌中文字、意象、概念等的构建。基于Peirce的象似性理论及Lakoff等人的概念隐喻理论,分析了认知视角下象似性和隐喻性在建构李商隐《夜雨寄北》一诗中的运作机制和功能。     

正本清源：重审游戏精神

“游戏精神”是游戏的灵魂,然而也是一个歧义诸多、意义模糊的概念。由于对这一概念理解上的不明晰,导致当今关于“如何以游戏精神启发实践”的诸多探讨缺乏共同前提,从而阻碍“游戏精神”在教育实践中建构独立的自我生长空间、焕发其自给自足的生命力。在此意义上,作者从游戏精神与游戏的关系、游戏精神的意蕴重审两方面重新审视游戏精神的应然状态,试图为游戏精神“正本清源”。     

书写、场域与认同： 我国近二十年文化记忆研究综述

记忆研究以其独特的时空属性、文化张力和社会关怀,成为21世纪国际人文社科多个领域的关注要点。文学、历史学、社会学、人类学、传播学和人文地理等学科对记忆问题的关注和研究,推动了文化记忆理论的深化与应用实践。但我国对这一理念的具体讨论、应用及反思仍然呈现出相对宽泛、离散的状态。现有研究表明,在记忆生成的意义空间中,文化记忆或作为本质性问题出现在回溯原点,或作为建构性力量作用于过程,或以具象符号凝聚于终点,关于文化记忆的研究是一个意义凝聚、生成并解构的循环阐释过程。我国文化记忆研究总体呈现出跨学科互动的研究态势,并随着新的时代现象和社会问题的产生逐渐扩大其研究领域。未来可以在研究议题、研究对象和研究方法等方面继续拓展,并逐步实现本土文化传统记忆理论的深化。     

Computation of an efficient and robust estimator in a semiparametric mixture model

In this article, we propose an efficient and robust estimation for the semiparametric mixture model that is a mixture of unknown location-shifted symmetric distributions. Our estimation is derived by minimizing the profile Hellinger distance (MPHD) between the model and a nonparametric density estimate. We propose a simple and efficient algorithm to find the proposed MPHD estimation. Monte Carlo simulation study is conducted to examine the finite sample performance of the proposed procedure and to compare it with other existing methods. Based on our empirical studies, the newly proposed procedure works very competitively compared to the existing methods for normal component cases and much better for non-normal component cases. More importantly, the proposed procedure is robust when the data are contaminated with outlying observations. A real data application is also provided to illustrate the proposed estimation procedure.
