消费活动伦理意蕴探析

消费不仅是一种经济行为,它还具有伦理意义。消费活动与社会道德状况密切相关。消费心理总是一定的人生观、价值观和幸福观的体现,反映一个阶级或时代的道德风貌;消费行为总是对社会产生一定的道德后果;消费方式总是影响着一定阶级或时代的道德风尚。因而,我们应提高精神文化消费,养成科学、文明、健康的合理消费方式和艰苦创业的良好精神风貌,不断弘扬倡俭崇实的良好社会风尚。     

Joint impact of multiple observations on a subset of variables in multiple linear regression

In multiple linear regression analysis, each observation affects the fitted regression equation differently and has varying influences on the regression coefficients of the different variables. Chatterjee & Hadi (1988) have proposed some measures such as DSSE_ij (Impact on Residual Sum of Squares of simultaneously omitting the ith observation and the jth variable), F_j (Partial F-test for the jth variable) and F_j(i) (Partial F-test for the jth variable omitting the ith observation) to show the joint impact and the interrelationship that exists among a variable and an observation. In this paper we have proposed more extended form of those measures DSSE_IJ, F_J and F_J(I) to deal with the interrelationships that exist among the multiple observations and a subset of variables by monitoring the effects of the simultaneous omission of multiple variables and multiple observations.     

Institutional Voids,Economic Adversity and Inter‐firm Cooperation in an Emerging Market: The Mediating Role of Government R&D Support

This paper examines the mediating mechanism of the relationship between institutional voids (IVs) and inter‐firm cooperation and the moderating role of economic adversity in the context of small and medium‐sized enterprises (SMEs) based in emerging markets. The hypotheses are tested using time‐lagged survey data from 214 SMEs in Ghana. The findings provide support for the hypotheses by showing that: (1) IVs positively influence the use of government research and development (R&D) support; (2) the use of government R&D support mediates the relationship between IVs and inter‐firm cooperation; and (3) economic adversity positively moderates the relationship between IVs and the use of government R&D support. The findings contribute to understanding the role of IVs in inter‐firm cooperation. The wider implications for theory and practice are examined.     

基于提前期的多阶通用件库存模型

针对单个企业内部应用通用件的环境,在假定一个多阶生产系统的基础上,对应用通用件的库存量水平及其成本进行了分析,建立了多阶通用件库存模型,提出通过对采用通用件和不采用通用件的成本差异的比较,来决策多阶生产系统中在哪一阶工序采用通用件,并求解出每一阶工序优化的基本库存水平。     

The Role of Shocks in Employee Turnover*

This paper reports the findings from a recent study of nurse leavers at eight large hospitals in the National Health Service (NHS) of England and Wales. The study develops and extends an influential theory of employee turnover by describing how for some leavers a single, jarring event or shock triggers the decision to quit. By elaborating on the nature of shocks for this sample of 352 nurse leavers, the paper allows for improved understanding of nursing turnover and thus offers an example of relevant management research. The analysis of shock illustrates how conventional research methodologies can lead to a distorted picture of turnover. This has wider implications, both for any organization wishing to manage turnover effectively and for future research. The paper adds to the limited body of empirical analysis on actual leavers, thereby contributing to an ongoing methodological debate concerning the use of proxy variables. By highlighting flaws in the dominant methodology used to study turnover, the paper offers an example of management research that is also rigorous, and thus ‘pragmatic’.     

王国维和米海里司共同影响郭沫若的中国古史研究

郭沫若承认自己在翻译米海里司著作中受到影响,还明言在研究中国古史上受益于王国维。王国维“二重证据法”是中国本土金石学的遗产。郭沫若受自米海里司的影响主要是观念性的,而来自王国维的影响则是具体的甲骨金石释文和技术方法。王国维和米海里司共同影响郭沫若的中国古史研究,或者说郭沫若研究中国古史的路数是中西学术共同影响的结果。     

微型断路壳上料控制系统设计

针对微型断路器装配过程中存在生产效率低、一致性差等缺点,提出了基于PLC控制器的微型断路壳上料控制系统。课题组设计了上料控制系统的机械结构,介绍了上料机构的组成和连接方式;采用伺服电机实现上料机构的精确控制;设计了上料控制系统的硬件组成以及工作原理;采用以太网的通信方式提高数据的传输速率;设计了控制系统的上位机显示界面。控制系统运行结果表明,断路壳上料机运行稳定、结构简单、成本低,有效提高了整个装配生产线的装配效率。     

先进小型核反应堆发展前景及其所面临的问题

采用标准化和模块化设计的小型核反应堆在安全性和经济性方面的优势,将扩大核能在新兴工业国家和发展中国家的市场,有望成为我国核电设备出口的重要组成部分。文章描述了小型核反应堆的发展现状,分析了小型核反应堆的优势、应用前景及推广应用可能面临的问题,提出了在我国开展小型反应堆研究和应用的建议和策略。     

住房抵押贷款证券化的法规监管分析

针对住房抵押贷款证券化的法律监督问题,应抽取现行立法中有利的规定进行整合;审查现行立法中阻碍证券化发展的规定,合理的调整和突破;对现行立法中没有规定而又为发展证券化所必需的制度加以确立;并建议要重点解决确立可证券化资产的范围,确立SPV的法律地位,明确住房抵押贷款证券的“证券”性质等五个方面进行了探讨。     

论弱势群体的社会法保护

弱势群体的大量存在引发一系列的社会问题,成为构建和谐社会的一大障碍。社会法作为兼具公法与私法双重属性的第三法域,可以为弱势群体提供最佳的保护。我国保护弱势群体的法律制度还不健全,对弱势群体的保护仍存在不足,应进一步完善社会法,向弱势群体倾斜,保障和促进弱势群体享有劳动权、社会保障权、结社权等各项基本人权。
