青少年事务社区综合服务平台建设模式

本文在对武汉市七个城区青少年的社会环境与行为一需求特征,以及青少年社区服务现状与服务满意度评估的实证调查之上,基于青少年需求与社会服务整合的角度,从理论基础、目标与性质、工作运作及社会工作介入方面,提出了武汉市青少年事务社区综合服务平台建设模式的路径。     

Functional Upgrading and Value Capture of Multinational Subsidiaries

This paper investigates the relationship between the value capture of multinational subsidiaries and functional upgrading, which is defined as a diversification of employment from primary business functions to higher value adding activities such as ICT, R&D, marketing or logistics. By combining survey-based business function indicators with longitudinal accounting data for a representative sample of multinational subsidiaries located in six Central and Eastern European countries (CEECs), we assess the impact of functional upgrading on foreign subsidiaries' value capture. The results provide robust evidence that the breadth as well as the scope of functional upgrading induces an upward shift of subsidiaries' value added. The effect of functional upgrading is stronger in the earlier phases after entry of the foreign investor, while the long-term growth trend remains unaffected.     

Is Tattooing a Risk Factor for Adolescents’ Criminal Behavior? Empirical Evidence from an Administrative Data Set of Juvenile Detainees in Taiwan

Juvenile crime affects not only the victims of the crime but also the delinquents’ future. How to prevent adolescent criminal behavior has become an important public policy issue. This study contributes to this interesting issue by examining the relationship between tattooing and adolescents’ criminal behavior. In particular, this study investigates whether or not having a tattoo/tattoos is connected to the incidence of various criminal activities, including: larceny, robbery, fraud, assault, drug use, and homicide. A unique sample of 973 juvenile detainees drawn from the administrative profiles in Taiwan and the coarsened exact matching method were utilized. Results show that compared to their nontattooed counterparts, tattooed juvenile detainees were significantly more likely to commit fraud, assault, drug abuse, and homicide by 3%, 13%, 9%, and 9%, respectively. In contrast, tattooing was not significantly associated with larceny or robbery. From a policy perspective, given the significant link between tattooing and criminal behavior, the presence of a tattoo in adolescents may serve as a valuable indicator regarding adolescents’ high probability of committing crimes.

转型加速时期西部少数民族地区结构性贫困研究述论

文章认为西部少数民族地区在社会转型加快时期的贫困问题基本上是结构性贫困,并对这种结构性贫困问题的具体特征及其产生的社会危害进行纬度结构分析,最后系统地从建构现代国家治理体系和治理现代化的背景下提出了治理路径。     

西北四省农村居民信息意识现状分析

提高农村居民信息意识是农业现代化和农业信息化的具体要求,也是实现农业现代化和农业信息化的重要途径。本文通过对西北四省（陕西、甘肃、宁夏、青海）1 561位农村居民的调研,从农村居民对信息的信任度、关注度、认可度三个维度分析了该区域农民的信息意识现状。研究重点对比了农民信息意识在不同个体特征要素（性别、年龄、文化程度、务农经验）和信息传播系统要素（邻里系统、大众媒介系统）之间表现出的差异性,并在此基础上提出了提升农村居民信息意识的相关建议。     

试论列宁关于避免执政危险的思想

政党执掌政权只有避免执政危险,才能长久地确保执政地位。十月革命胜利之后,列宁就已经开始思考如何避免执政危险的问题,他深刻地认识到俄共（布）执政面临着急躁冒进的危险、脱离群众的危险、能力不足的危险以及被俄国旧文化所征服的危险。列宁对如何避免这些执政危险进行了初步的思考和探索,并采取了一系列措施,巩固了俄共（布）的执政地位。     

农民合作社信用合作满意度实证研究——基于内部社会资本分析视角

基于对3个省的3个县市区253家合作社的调查数据,运用因子分析法和二元Logistic分析法实证研究合作社社员满意度的影响因素。因子分析结果表明:内部社会资本由内部信任、内部规范和社会网络等3个因子构成。Logistic回归分析结果显示:内部信任、内部规范这两个测量变量与社员满意度存在显著的正相关性,而社会规范与社员满意度之间呈显著的负向相关关系。组织认同能够提高社员对合作社的满意度,且加入合作社时间越短的社员对合作社的满意度越高。此外,还通过剔除不显著变量和增加变量的方法对社员满意度进行回归分析,结果证明研究结论具有高度的稳健性。据此提出建立健全信用合作管理制度、加强合作社的社会整合功能、发挥合作社示范作用的政策建议。

国际安全困境存在多元结构性维度:非均势化、宗教主义和民族主义极端化、恐怖主义化。国际社会必须标本兼治,才能捍卫世界和平。     

美国高校学生管理体系

在学生发展理论的指导下,美国高校学生管理形成了比较成熟、现代的思想体系,在管理模式、管理理念、管理机构、管理职能、管理队伍、管理经费、管理制度、管理内容、管理方式、管理环境等方面贯穿着"为学生发展服务"的宗旨。美国高校学生管理的实践,对促进我国高校学生工作的改革和发展具有重要的借鉴意义。
