欠发达地区新型农村合作医疗筹资问题研究——以甘肃为例

在调研和梳理国内文献的基础上,对目前甘肃省新农舍筹资出现的问题进行分析,研究结论：制度设计上存在中央、地方政府和农民在筹资过程中博弈关系,导致筹资机制的可操作性低,存在地方财政压力大、农民工游离在新型农村合作医疗制度之外、筹资成本太高和农民对合作医疗制度的公平性缺乏信心等现实性问题。提出筹资标准合理化、筹资模式高效化和以立法形式来保障筹资,提高新农合筹资的能力。     

Effects of apologies and crisis responsibility on corporate and spokesperson reputation

This study is aimed at the effects of making apologies in a crisis situation and attributed crisis responsibility on corporate- and spokesperson reputation. In a 2 × 2 scenario experiment (spokesperson making apologies versus no apologies; and accidental versus preventable crisis), 84 respondents judged corporate and spokesperson reputation. We found that the crisis has more impact on corporate reputation than on the spokesperson's reputation. This indicates that the crisis is seen as a collective responsibility of the organization, rather than the personal responsibility of the spokesperson.

在道家看来,"道"是相对性事物运动的"自然"法则,"道"及其支配下的万物都是"有"的.道家在肯定"道"的同时没有否定事物的客观性,提倡"齐物"的同时也没有否定事物的相对性存在.在禅宗看来,道家在承认其道本体及其显现之物的客观性基础上,要到达真正的"清净"、"无为"是困难的.禅宗的自然、无为说不离"因缘"法内涵,禅门以因缘说代替自然说而揭示事物的本质,事物的本质是"清净"、"性空"的.所以禅门的体、用、心、物等都只有"假有"的客观性,是缘生法.禅门在因缘空性的存在理解中获得清净而敞开的生存境域,敞开了广阔的人性,开辟了广泛的世间生活.

徐訏小说中对女性具有独特的写作视角和人文关怀,徐訏作品中的女性意识有"圣女"意识、"侠女"意识和"厌女"现象。他笔下的圣女脱俗而痴情,侠女智勇双全。徐訏对女性的态度是崇拜与仇恨并存,他眼中的女人具有纯粹和诗性的特质。徐訏用大量作品去爱女性、恨女性,他通过写女性所得出的哲学命题具有人类文化本体论意义。和曹雪芹相似,徐訏对女性的观照来自于他本人对女性的特殊的情结,徐訏的美学思想影响了他对女性的态度,形成了他思想中独有的女性美的标准。     

大学生社会主义核心价值观培育的互联网途径研究

大学生的社会主义核心价值观培育,不论是通过传统的社会实践、文化建设、理论灌输,还是采用互联网途径,培养核心都是教育工作者应该成为社会主义核心价值观的领军人物。网络思想政治工作要起到实效,前提是我们必须真正建立起"互联网思维",就是平等、草根、群众、接地气,以民主引领民主,以法治健全法治,以平等培育平等,以文明营造文明。     

Attitudes and Saving in Individual Development Accounts: Latent Class Analysis

This exploratory study focuses on classifying attitudes toward institutional features of Individual Development Accounts (IDAs). The study also examines the extent to which attitudes change and how they are associated with saving in IDAs. While attitudes toward IDAs were generally positive, latent class analysis (LCA) found three groups at Wave 3: highly positive, moderately positive, and mixed opinion. The study found dynamic changes in attitudes at 18 months and 48 months after the baseline interview. While 63% of participants showed no changes in attitudes, 22% changed their attitudes negatively and 15% positively. Participants with highly positive attitudes at both 18 months and 48 months had significantly more savings than participants without highly positive attitudes, suggesting that attitudes may influence saving outcomes in IDAs.

The growing gap between facts and discourse on immigrant integration in the Netherlands

The Netherlands’ recent history of dealing with immigrant integration provides an excellent example of the dangers of thinking in terms of fixed ‘national’ integration models. When first confronted with large-scale immigration, the Netherlands embarked on a policy of multiculturalism. Its current approach is one of the most assimilationist in Western Europe: several in-between forms have also been tried out. This article describes the evolution of Dutch thinking and Dutch policy-making on immigrant integration over the past few decades, and it analyses why the country has switched so frequently from one model to another. The harsher approach of this moment can be explained neither by major shifts that might have occurred in public opinion, nor by the actual course of the immigrant integration process, which has been advancing steadily. The root causes of the growing gap between facts and discourse lie in popular anxiety provoked by profound changes in Dutch society.     

Personal and Professional Knowledge of and Experience With Suicide and Suicide Prevention Among Stakeholders in Clinical and Community Practice

Community-dwelling veterans at risk for suicide may be in contact with a variety of providers in agency-based settings that offer health and human services. The study aim is to describe the perspective of agency-based clinical and community providers who may come into contact with veterans in need of suicide prevention services and to examine the nature of their personal and professional relationships to individuals at risk for suicide among this sample.

This study reports on qualitative data from a sample of Veterans’ Affairs (VA) and community providers serving veterans and military families in one Midwestern state (N = 70). Providers completed a survey assessing exposure to suicide, including contact with and relationship to someone suicidal, and organizational characteristics of the providers’ employing agencies. Semi-structured interview questions probed for the nature of how they would react with suicidal individuals. Most providers (94%) had some prior contact with someone who was suicidal, and nearly three quarters (77%) knew someone who had died by suicide. Providers reported powerful emotional responses of sadness and remorse to suicidal experiences. While these providers interact with veterans and military families as part of their jobs, they may have their own history of being exposed to suicide, both professionally and personally.     

基于工作任务的高职财务管理课程设计探析

当前高职课程改革的主要思路是根据实际工作任务进行课程设计,以使高职教育的教学活动更加贴近实际工作,进而培养符合社会实际需求的技能型人才。高职财务管理课程是一门实践性与技能性较强的财会类专业课程,对其进行基于工作任务的设计,就是以企业财务管理实际工作任务为起点,梳理财务管理工作技能,将财务管理工作任务加工成学习性工作任务,构建高职财务管理课程内容,设计＂学做一体＂的课程学习情境,最终使课程设计完成由工作领域向学习领域和学习情境的转化。
