中国优秀传统文化价值观:构建和谐社会的重要资源

中国传统价值观中包含着许多有助于构建当代中国和谐社会的积极思想和观念.倡导天人合一、为政以德、和而不同、知行相须,实现人与自然、人与社会、人与人、身与心的和谐,在构建和谐社会中具有资源上的重要意义.     

房地产价格区域间联动与泡沫的空间扩散 ——基于2000－2005年中国35个大中城市面板数据的实证检验

 利用中国35个大中城市2000－2005年间的面板数据，本文首先对房地产价格中的泡沫成分进行测度；然后构建泡沫自回归模型，并对其残差进行CSD检验，结果显示不同城市间房地产泡沫的演化过程相互影响。与前人研究不同，以房地产泡沫为研究对象，不仅可以确认中国不同城市间房地产价格存在联动性，而且可以证明消费者的适应性预期是其中重要的传导机制之一。     

多方发挥物理实验教学的职能作用

当前我国医学教育中物理实验教学存在弱点:对物理教育不重视,实验条件差,仪器、设备陈旧,实验选项过时,实验课时少.针对存在的问题及现状,在现有的条件之内,我们提出了物理实验课的改进措施:认真做好实验准备,发挥教师的主导作用,督查学生亲自动手,利用现有仪器设备,不断改善实验条件,重视教学情况的反馈信息.     

公民社会与社会工作

社会工作在中国发展的前景问题，每一个负责任的社会工作者都必须予以认真的思考。就“社会建构论”的视角来说，社会工作与公民社会、社会工作与整个转型期的中国社会都是一个互相建构的过程。改革以来，一个“政府(国家)——市场——社会”功能分化的新的社会结构形态正在呈现，用公民社会理论的分析架构(理想类型)剖析转型期的中国社会，已经具备了有利于公民社会发育的主要环境因素，由此逐渐构筑了中国社会工作发展的平台。     

A joint modelling approach for clustered recurrent events and death events

In dental implant research studies, events such as implant complications including pain or infection may be observed recurrently before failure events, i.e. the death of implants. It is natural to assume that recurrent events and failure events are correlated to each other, since they happen on the same implant (subject) and complication times have strong effects on the implant survival time. On the other hand, each patient may have more than one implant. Therefore these recurrent events or failure events are clustered since implant complication times or failure times within the same patient (cluster) are likely to be correlated. The overall implant survival times and recurrent complication times are both interesting to us. In this paper, a joint modelling approach is proposed for modelling complication events and dental implant survival times simultaneously. The proposed method uses a frailty process to model the correlation within cluster and the correlation within subjects. We use Bayesian methods to obtain estimates of the parameters. Performance of the joint models are shown via simulation studies and data analysis.     

Women in Upper Echelons of Management,Tenure and Legal Risk

Integrating risk, gender diversity and upper echelons literatures, we examine whether the presence of women in upper management (top management team (TMT) and board of directors (BOD)) and the tenure of TMTs and BODs are associated with the risk of lawsuits. An analysis of data from firms in the US retail industry shows that the presence of women in TMTs and BODs and the tenure of TMTs and BODs are negatively associated with legal risk, but longer tenured BODs with more women had a positive impact on lawsuits. Implications and suggestions for future research are offered.     

怒俅殖边:近代云南一次意义深远的边疆开发

民国初期 ,云南地方政府在滇西北怒江少数民族地区的设治经营 ,是云南边疆民族地区发展历史上的一个重大事件 ,它对怒江地区的社会发展和各民族的进步产生了极其重大而深远的影响。本文阐述了“怒俅殖边”这一历史进程 ,认为它使怒江地区的民族关系得到明显的调整与改善 ;使怒江经济社会发展进入一个新时期 ;遏制了英国侵略势头 ,对巩固滇西北边防产生了重要和深远的影响     

Influence diagnostics for the Weibull-Negative-Binomial regression model with cure rate under latent failure causes

In this paper, we propose a flexible cure rate survival model by assuming that the number of competing causes of the event of interest follows the Negative Binomial distribution and the time to event follows a Weibull distribution. Indeed, we introduce the Weibull-Negative-Binomial (WNB) distribution, which can be used in order to model survival data when the hazard rate function is increasing, decreasing and some non-monotonous shaped. Another advantage of the proposed model is that it has some distributions commonly used in lifetime analysis as particular cases. Moreover, the proposed model includes as special cases some of the well-know cure rate models discussed in the literature. We consider a frequentist analysis for parameter estimation of a WNB model with cure rate. Then, we derive the appropriate matrices for assessing local influence on the parameter estimates under different perturbation schemes and present some ways to perform global influence analysis. Finally, the methodology is illustrated on a medical data.     

关于城乡建设用地指标抵押流转之构想

重庆农村土地交易所成立,推行“地票制度”,是农村土地制度的创新。在“地票制度”的基础之上,提出城乡建设用地指标抵押流转的设想,以此释放农村富余的宅基地资源,实现农村土地资源的节约、集约利用,更重要的是,为实现经济欠发达农村地区提供合适的融资路径,促进城乡经济的一体化发展。     

西方人类学电影史述评

在人类学理论史和纪录电影史背景下,本文对西方人类学电影的历史作了梳理。着重评价自活动摄影机诞生以来出现的人类学电影主要潮流及其代表性人物和作品,并且对摄影机技术的发展对影片制作和作品风格的影响给予关注。
