体育场馆融资模式选择框架研究

我国传统的体育场馆建设融资模式存在建设资金有限、赛后经营困难、管理效率低等问题，已不能适应体育场馆的建设需要，迫切需要引入新的融资模式。BOT(Built-Operation-Transfer)、PPP(Public-Private-Partnership)等融资模式在国外体育场馆融资中得到了广泛应用，对我国体育场馆融资模式的更新和多样化有积极的意义。从融资难度、风险分配等方面比较各种融资模式的特点，分析了体育场馆准公共产品特点对融资模式选择的影响，提出了基于场馆类型、场馆重要程度、融资和经营难度与期望目标四维的体育场馆融资模式选择框架模型。     

中缅边贸、产业联动与边贸产品加工

历史上云南省德宏、保山是古“南方丝绸之路”的重要通道,这为今天发展边境贸易提供了良好的基础条件。中缅两国边民跨境而居,通婚互市,和睦相处,有着传统的贸易习惯。另一方面,通过双边贸易可以实现经济优势互补、互通有无。中缅边贸的发展走向取决于我国边境地区是否能建立起强大完善的工业及边贸产品加工体系。笔者认为,只有充分重视边贸内在的联动作用,适时进行产业结构的调整,才能壮大边境地方的经济实力,促进边贸的可持续发展。     

基于复杂适应系统的作战理论哲学反思

传统的作战理论与方法已经不能适应像现代信息化战争系统这类充满“活”的个体和变化因素的复杂系统，需要进行理论创新。而复杂适应系统理论是当代系统科学的一个新发展。有望成为创新作战理论的突破口。本文在分析比较作战系统的基础上，认为作战系统实质是复杂的适应系统，作战系统内的作战双方都力图以增强自身的适应性和复杂性，削弱对方的适应性和复杂性取得作战的胜利。

本文通过对4×100米接力跑的技术特点的分析,指出了合理选拔队员组成接力队,并运用合理的训 练方法,使运动员熟练掌握传接棒技术,提高每个队员的单跑能力,进而提高4×100米接力跑的成绩。     

“在人际关系中创造性转换的自我”何以可能？——评杜维明对儒家“哲学人类学”的“创造性阐释”

杜维明以哲学人类学的视角对儒学作出“创造性阐释”，把儒家哲学阐释为一种哲学的人类学。认为儒家的人性自我的实现除了需要内在主体在自我修养中不断深化外，还需要在外在人际关系的层层拓展与交互作用中进行创造性转换。但这种“创造性阐释”方法仅仅是观念的诠释，既不符合儒家思想的本意，也缺乏历史条件的支撑，更不可能在现代社会中实现创造性的转换。     

流媒体及其应用

论述了流媒体的定义及技术原理，对三种不同的流媒体软件进行了比较和流媒体在Internet网上的应用。     

Kurtosis modelling by means of the J-transformation

Summary: The H–family of distributions or H–distributions, introduced by Tukey (1960; 1977), are generated by a single transformation of the standard normal distribution and allow for leptokurtosis represented by the parameter h. Alternatively, Haynes et al. (1997) generated leptokurtic distributions by applying the K–transformation to the normal distribution. In this study we propose a third transformation, the so–called J–transformation, and derive some properties of this transformation. Moreover, so-called elongation generating functions (EGFs) are introduced. By means of EGFs we are able to visualize the strength of tail elongation and to construct new transformations. Finally, we compare the three transformations towards their goodness–of–fit in the context of financial return data.     

Monitoring the parameter changes in general ARIMA time series models

We propose methods for monitoring the residuals of a fitted ARIMA or an autoregressive fractionally integrated moving average (ARFIMA) model in order to detect changes of the parameters in that model. We extend the procedures of Box & Ramirez (1992) and Ramirez (1992) and allow the differencing parameter, d to be fractional or integer. Test statistics are approximated by Wiener processes. We carry out simulations and also apply our method to several real time series. The results show that our method is effective for monitoring all parameters in ARFIMA models.     

Unequal at the Starting Line: Creating Participatory Inequalities across Generations and among Groups

We investigate how inequalities in political participation are shaped across generations by considering the influence of family background--in particular, parents' education and political involvement--on political participation. We pursue this issue, first, for individuals, investigating the effects of parental characteristics on the participatory profile of their offspring. Then, we use what we have learned to understand how group differences in political participation--between women and men and among Latinos, African Americans, and Anglo Whites--are rooted in the legacy of class and political background and in experiences throughout the life cycle.
