Privileged policies versus lack of care and engagement: the lives of retired veteran cadres in a residential community of Jinan Municipal Party Committee,China

Abstract

The Retirement System for Veteran Cadres (Lixiu) is one part of China’s dual-track retirement system. According to some official policies, retired veteran cadres should enjoy a number of privileges in terms of pension, health care, use of government vehicle, housing and peculiar political rights. Based on participant observation and semi-structured interview, the study looks into the life of the population in a residential community of Jinan Municipal Party Committee, Shandong Province. By incorporating Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory, the study finds that in China, services for retired cadres still fall short of the expectations of policy. Establishment of ‘big communities’ with the idea of ageing-in-place is suggested.     

高等院校提升招生宣传策略时效性的实证研究

论文通过对成都学院(成都大学)2011-2013年连续三年的入学新生进行网络问卷调查,关注和研究考生对高校招生宣传工作方面的反馈,通过汇总考生对学校招生宣传形式、宣传内容、宣传渠道、宣传手段等方面提供的意见及建议,综合分析各项数据,对学校招生宣传工作的开展、招生队伍的建设、宣传内容的更新、宣传渠道及手段的多样化等招生策略的制定提供了有效的参考依据,也给其他高校提升招生宣传策略时效性提供有价值的参考。     

认知交互CPI模型视角下新生就业压力及干预

面对严峻的就业形势,刚踏入高校校门尚且处于适应转换期的"95后"新生,俨然感受到了更大就业压力,压力认知交互作用理论认为压力对人是否产生影响,关键在于个体对压力的认知评价,认知评价影响到其采取的应对方式和应对结果,而应对结果反过来也影响压力的感知.根据压力认知-现象学-交互作用CPT模型,对高校"95后"新生就业压力进行分析,并寻求干预策略,为高校引导新生对就业压力的正确认知和积极应对提供借鉴.     

石天河新时期诗歌创作的文学史意义

石天河新时期归来后的诗作有着特定的情感内涵和艺术形式,既为特殊年代的诗歌创作提供了新的样态,也显示了诗人以诗的方式对于生活和自己的新的超越。纵观石天河新时期以来的诗歌创作,其在情感内涵和艺术形式方面突出表现为诗与真的统一、个人身世之感与国家命运之思的统一,以及情感的直说与曲写的统一。     

Not Ethnic Enough: The Cultural Identity Imperative in International Adoptions from China to Canada

Based on a qualitative research of adoptions from China to Canada, this article analyses changing attitudes and approaches to racial and ethnic differences in adoptive kinship in the last few decades. I argue that culture celebration labour over children adopted from China is shaped by the contemporary Canadian culturalist ethos, the Orientalist imagination, and the Asian model minority stereotype. The cultural identity imperative, a core component of multicultural governmentality, perceives culture as an object, demands non‐white Canadian subjects with rooted belongings, and operates in ways that sanctions and incorporates, as it depoliticises and subordinates.     

深井水平井水平段水力延伸能力评价与分析

对影响水平井水平段延伸能力的因素进行了分析,然后根据钻井液流体力学理论,建立了水平井循环压耗计算模型,分别对水平井总循环压耗和水平段环空压耗进行计算,进而求出了水平井水平段极限延伸长度值;对钻井液密度、钻井泵额定压力、岩屑床高度和钻井液排量对水平段水力延伸能力的影响进行了分析。研究表明,水平段水力延伸能力受钻井液密度、钻井泵额定压力、岩屑床高度和钻井液排量等多个因素共同影响。为了提高深井水平井的延伸能力,应使用较低密度的钻井液;尽量保持较低的岩屑床高度;钻井液排量应尽量小。同时还认识到,深井水平井水力延伸能力主要受到钻井泵额定压力的制约。研发高额定压力的钻井泵,是提高深井水平井水力延伸能力的主要措施。     

多孔介质内流体相态特征超声波探测研究进展

目前有关烃类流体相态的研究已较为成熟,能为油气田的高效开发提供相应的理论指导和技术支持。但研究成果大多忽略多孔介质对流体相态的影响。为此,在充分考虑流体与多孔介质相互作用的基础上,开展多孔介质内流体相态特征的研究十分必要。随着研究的不断深入,超声波探测技术不受压力温度限制、不改变流体成分、检测成本低、对人体无害等优点逐渐得到重视,并在多孔介质内相态研究领域逐渐得到了应用。在参考国内外相关文献资料的基础上,简述了超声波的探测机理,重点综述了超声波探测在多孔介质内天然气水合物、凝析油气相态特征研究的应用进展,并指出了目前存在的主要问题及今后的研究重点。     

Complete consistency for the estimator of nonparametric regression models based on extended negatively dependent errors

In this paper, we provide some exponential inequalities for extended negatively dependent (END) random variables. By using these exponential inequalities and the truncated method, we investigate the complete consistency for the estimator of nonparametric regression model based on END errors. As an application, the complete consistency for the nearest neighbour estimator is obtained.
