城乡统筹生育保险制度的构建——以天津市为例

在“十二五”时期国家加快推进覆盖城乡的社会保障体系建设,并探索建立城乡一体化社会保障体系和管理体系的背景下,本文通过对天津市生育保险制度存在问题的分析,提出构建天津市城乡统筹生育保险制度的框架及相关对策建议,从而实现天津市生育保险从职工到居民全覆盖,有利于进一步保障和改善民生、完善城乡居民的社会保障体系.     

新中国初期文化史述略

近几年,新中国初期文化史在史料整理和研究方面取得不少成绩。但不可否认,新中国初期文化史研究尚有较大的深入空间。当前,新中国初期文化史研究呈现出宏观、中观和微观相结合以及专题性突出的特点,可文化史书写要有"史"的韵味,则必须回归文化本身,以具体时期为切入点做更为严谨的实证性研究。     

传统中国美学:“天人合一”的大美学

西方美学是一种更重视概念和逻辑体系的比较狭窄的"小美学",其作为知识论的极端形态则是"见科学不见人"的一套概念的或知识的"体系"。而传统中国美学则是生存论意义的美学,是相对诗化的、象征的和具有"人与天齐"的大口径、大边界、大尺度的"大美学",是真正的"以人为本"的美学本身,是更地道更正宗的美学。从"人天齐一"的人类追求自由、超越的本性来看,传统中国美学更接近"美学"的本质。因此,世界美学家族中的正庶秩序需要重新调整,或者至少应该做到中西方美学"二美并尊"和"平等交辉",美学无疑应该走出"欧洲中心论"的狭隘观念。     

“新医科”背景下创新创业教育提升医学生创造力的路径探析

文章聚焦“新医科”背景下医学生创造力提升问题,探究创新创业教育提升医学生创造力的路径。基于1 135名在校本科生调查数据,采用多元线性回归分析,发现理论性和实践性创新创业教育对于提升医学生创造力具有显著促进作用,且理论性创新创业教育更为重要。创业激情的三个维度,即发明激情、创建激情和发展激情在创新创业教育和创造力之间发挥了重要的中介作用,且理论性创新创业教育通过激发医学生的发明激情进而提升创造力的路径效果最优。     

效忠主管与员工工作绩效的关系:反馈寻求行为和权力距离的影响

效忠主管一直是华人组织经久不衰的议题,尽管已有文献认为员工效忠主管有助于提升其工作绩效,然而关于效忠主管通过怎样的具体机制来影响员工工作绩效却并未得到系统的阐释。本文以14家企业的360名员工为样本,探讨了效忠主管对工作绩效的影响机制,尤其是研究员工反馈寻求行为在其中的中介作用及员工权力距离的调节作用。分析结果表明,效忠主管对员工工作绩效、反馈寻求行为都有显著的正向影响;反馈寻求行为在效忠主管与工作绩效关系中起完全中介作用。另外,员工的权力距离负向调节了效忠主管与反馈寻求行为的正相关关系,即员工的权力距离越低,两者的正向相关关系越强。     

中国社区银行发展的理论研究

随着我国金融体制改革的逐步深入,金融机构正在逐渐调整以求适应改革的进程.在这个背景下,为中小企业融资服务的社区银行破土而出.但世界各国社区银行的发展情况不一,也无统一的模式可循.因此如何立足于我国自身的国情发展社区银行,建构有中国特色的社区银行发展模式,具有重要的理论意义和现实意义.本文在分析归纳国内外社区银行研究文献的基础上,探讨了社区银行发展的理论基础.从银行多重规模经济区间理论、信贷约束与信贷需求层次理论、金融共生理论、竞争优势理论四个方面,论证了为什么在大银行林立的竞争性银行业市场上,规模小、受区域限制的社区银行仍然有着生产与发展的空间.     

Nonlabor Income and Age at Marriage: Evidence From China’s Heating Policy

We exploit China’s heating policy to investigate how nonlabor income affects marriage. From the mid-1950s, the policy gave substantial subsidies to urban residents north of the Huai River. Applying geographic regression discontinuity, we find that with the policy, urban men in the north married 15 months earlier than men in the south. The difference is substantial given that the average age at first marriage is 24.9 years for urban men in the south. The effect is larger for later birth cohorts, which is consistent with the progressive implementation of the policy. The effect is smaller among women, consistent with women having less power in the household than men. There is no effect among rural residents, who did not benefit from the heating policy.     

Estimation of 2D jump location curve and 3D jump location surface in nonparametric regression

A new procedure is proposed to estimate the jump location curve and surface in the two-dimensional (2D) and three-dimensional (3D) nonparametric jump regression models, respectively. In each of the 2D and 3D cases, our estimation procedure is motivated by the fact that, under some regularity conditions, the ridge location of the rotational difference kernel estimate (RDKE; Qiu in Sankhyā Ser. A 59, 268–294, 1997, and J. Comput. Graph. Stat. 11, 799–822, 2002; Garlipp and Müller in Sankhyā Ser. A 69, 55–86, 2007) obtained from the noisy image is asymptotically close to the jump location of the true image. Accordingly, a computational procedure based on the kernel smoothing method is designed to find the ridge location of RDKE, and the result is taken as the jump location estimate. The sequence relationship among the points comprising our jump location estimate is obtained. Our jump location estimate is produced without the knowledge of the range or shape of jump region. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed estimation procedure can detect the jump location very well, and thus it is a useful alternative for estimating the jump location in each of the 2D and 3D cases.     

The process of coping with domestic violence in adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse

Research suggests that the use of disengaged or avoidant strategies to cope with interpersonal violence contributes to the development of depressive symptoms and other psychological difficulties. Survivors of childhood sexual abuse (CSA) who are exposed to subsequent episodes of abuse may be more likely to rely on disengaged coping strategies, placing them at elevated risk of psychological symptomatology. In this study, we explored the interrelationships between coping, depression, and self-esteem in an ethnically diverse sample of domestic violence survivors (N = 219) with and without a history of CSA. As predicted, CSA survivors (n = 86) reported significantly greater use of disengaged coping strategies (wishful thinking, self-criticism, and social withdrawal) than non-CSA survivors (n = 133). As hypothesized, both a CSA history and the use of disengaged coping significantly predicted higher levels of depression and lower self- esteem. Clinical implications of the findings are discussed.
