对具体语境下"诗缘情"的解读——细读陆机《文赋》

本文在分析《文赋》的基础上,通过对《诗经》的以及后世文体发展的探讨,阐述了对“诗缘情”一说的理解,并试图对陆机相对于传统儒家文论的突破(而不是反叛)作出自己的解释。     

关于我国权力机关行政法制监督的思考

行政法制监督作为一种法律制度,是依法行政和行政法制化的重要内容。权力机关作为国家行政法制监督的主体,其对行政的监督是行政法制监督的重要方面。我国的权力机关是指全国人民代表大会和地方各级人民代表大会。它在我国现行的行政法制监督中发挥着巨大作用,但随着社会主义民主法制的运行和市场经济的发展,权力机关的行政法制监督也呈现出不足和弊端。     

廉政文化必须在继承中创新与发展

中共中央颁布的《建立健全教育、制度、监督并重的惩治和预防腐败体系实施纲要》,明确提出要“大力加强廉政文化建设”,它是新时期加强党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争的一个重大举措。在中华民族优秀传统文化中包含着廉政文化的丰富资源,加强廉政文化建设,必须在批判地继承传统文化基础上加以创新与发展。     

新型农村合作医疗在桓仁

“小病拖,大病挨,重病才往医院抬”“,有病及时查,住院不用怕‘,新农合’能保驾”。这是流传在本溪市桓仁县的两段顺口溜,内容截然相反,分界线划在2004年,这是该县实行新型农村合作医疗制度前后,农民就医情况的真实写照。“农民们把新型农村合作医疗制度称作为‘新农合’,这是简称,也可以算作昵称,因为它让农民‘实实在在地尝到了甜头’。”桓仁县新型农村合作医疗办公室主任曲爱家在繁忙的工作中,抽着空档儿向记者介绍。曲主任负责这里的日常管理和服务,农民转院治疗的医药费,须经他审批“,这里每天要支付出万元左右,最多时达3万余元”。记…     

幼儿冒险游戏水平与抗挫折能力的关系：自我效能感的中介作用

为考察幼儿冒险游戏水平与抗挫折能力的关系,及考察自我效能感在两者关系中的中介作用,本研究随机选取浙江省杭州市148名幼儿为被试,通过任务测评法评定幼儿的冒险游戏水平和自我效能感,通过教师问卷评定报告幼儿的抗挫折能力。结果表明：幼儿冒险游戏水平、自我效能感、抗挫折能力发展良好;冒险游戏水平直接正向预测抗挫折能力,并通过自我效能感间接预测抗挫折能力。     

Parent Psychological Distress: A Moderator of Behavioral Health Intervention Outcomes among Justice‐Involved Adolescents

We examined whether pre‐existing parent psychological distress moderated juvenile offenders’ substance use, sexual risk, and mental health outcomes in a randomized trial. Forty‐seven parent–adolescent dyads received either Family‐based Affect Management Intervention (FAMI) for adolescent substance use and HIV prevention or adolescent‐only Health Promotion Intervention (HPI). Parents’ self‐reported distress at baseline significantly moderated adolescents’ self‐reported marijuana use and alcohol use but not other outcomes at 3 months postintervention, producing crossover interactions. FAMI outperformed HPI when parents reported high‐level distress, whereas HPI outperformed FAMI when parents reported low‐level distress. This finding that the relative efficacy of interventions depends on the severity of parent psychological distress could inform efforts to match substance‐using, justice‐involved adolescents with the intervention most likely to benefit them.     

制度､组织､价值三维视角下党的优良政治生态构建

在党的治国理政战略中,党的政治生态问题成为学术研究的重要领域.党的政治生态系统主要是指党内政治生态,其核心要义是指党的执政与领导、党员政治作风在长期政治实践过程中形成的政治习性,它具有系统性与整体性、动态性与平衡性、传导性与脆弱性等特性.当前党的政治生态整体态势良好,但部分地区、部分领域政治生态严重恶化,构建党的优良政治生态是党治国理政的必然,需要制度、组织、价值整合联动、统筹推进.为此,要不断健全制度,强化制度落实,树立制度权威,形塑制度精神;以政治建设为统领,强化组织建设,规范党内政治生活,严格组织监督;坚定理想信念,坚守人民立场价值,建设积极健康的党内政治文化.     

Approximation strategy-proof mechanisms for obnoxious facility location on a line

In the facility location game on a line, there are some agents who have fixed locations on the line where an obnoxious facility will be placed. The objective is to maximize the social welfare, e.g., the sum of distances from the facility to all agents. On collecting location information, agents may misreport the locations so as to stay far away from the obnoxious facility. In this paper, strategy-proof mechanisms are designed and the approximation ratio is used to measure the performances of the strategy-proof mechanisms. Two objective functions, maximizing the sum of squares of distances (maxSOS) and maximizing the sum of distances (maxSum), have been considered. For maxSOS, a randomized 5/3-approximated strategy-proof mechanism is proposed, and the lower bound of the approximation ratio is proved to be at least 1.042. For maxSum, the lower bound of the approximation ratio of the randomized strategy-proof mechanism is proved to be 1.077. Moreover, a general model is considered that each agent may have multiple locations on the line. For the objective functions maxSum and maxSOS, both deterministic and randomized strategy-proof mechanisms are investigated, and the deterministic mechanisms are shown to be best possible.     

劳动力缺失背景下新型农村养老保险需求及其影响因素研究

新型农村养老保险试点工作的全面开展、制度优化完善必须充分考虑农村现实状况和农民实际需求,本文以劳动力缺失、老龄化加剧、家庭养老功能弱化为背景,对陕西省西安市10个涉农区县开展实地调查,通过问卷设计与数据收集,获取1156个有效样本,综合运用描述性统计、相关分析和二分类、多分类逻辑回归分析方法,从参保意愿和支付能力的二维视角实证研究新型农村养老保险需求及其影响因素,结果表明：养老风险意识、新农保政策了解程度、新农保政策效果和缴费原则认可程度、耕地面积、期望养老金额是新农保参保意愿的显著影响因素,而表征经济状况的农民家庭年总收入、年基本支出与新农保支付能力之间具有显著的因果关系。     

错误记忆的研究新进展

错误记忆是记忆研究的一个较为重要的领域,近几十年的研究历史中,经过研究者的不断努力,取得了丰硕的成果。现阶段对于错误记忆主要的研究范式有联想研究范式和无意识知觉研究范式以及误导信息干扰和k-k研究范式。错误记忆的影响因素研究主要集中在加工水平、无意识作用、情绪作用、加工通道等方面。
