习近平民族工作思想的产生、内涵与意义

党的十八大以来,习近平总书记提出了一系列事关民族工作的新思想、新观点和新论断.习近平民族工作思想直面当下做好我国民族工作的新形势与新特点,在深厚的理论基础上形成,并从民族工作的依据、基础、特征、道路、举措、重点、保障、关键和目标等方面进行了深刻的理论阐述,是对马克思主义民族理论继承和发展,是对中国特色社会主义理论的丰富和拓展,有利于形成中华民族命运共同体建设的新格局.     

Firm-bank trusting relationship and discouraged borrowers

Firms can be credit constrained both because banks deny credit when they apply for it and because they refrain from filing for the loan in the first place, anticipating rejection. Interestingly the latter aspect has been only marginally investigated, so far and, no previous research pays attention to firm manager’s trust in the loan manager as a factor that can affect firm’s decision to file for a loan. Present research investigates the role of the trust of firm’s managers in the loan managers as a determinant of not being discouraged from applying for a loan by looking at a strictly randomly selected sample of firms in China. By relying on a structural equation model that investigates both the direct and the mediating role of trust we find that the firm manager’s trust in the loan manager affects the firm’s decision to file for a loan by reducing the firm’s risk of being a discouraged borrower. We also discover that trust mediates the role of the firm manager’s experience and the monitoring activity pursued by the bank.     

Anti-forcing spectra of perfect matchings of graphs

Let M be a perfect matching of a graph G. The smallest number of edges whose removal to make M as the unique perfect matching in the resulting subgraph is called the anti-forcing number of M. The anti-forcing spectrum of G is the set of anti-forcing numbers of all perfect matchings in G, denoted by \(\hbox {Spec}_{af}(G)\). In this paper, we show that any finite set of positive integers can be the anti-forcing spectrum of a graph. We present two classes of hexagonal systems whose anti-forcing spectra are integer intervals. Finally, we show that determining the anti-forcing number of a perfect matching of a bipartite graph with maximum degree four is a NP-complete problem.

Land Politics: Two Points of View and Two Perspectives——The Correlation Research on Rural Land and Politics

对于中国传统经济时期土地与乡村政治之间的关系问题,存在两种观点.“无关论”认为土地与乡村政治之间并没有直接的关系;“有关论”认为小块土地作为传统村庄治理的基础,与乡村政治间存在着因果或相关关系.在“相关论”的前提下,对于土地与乡村政治之间的互动影响机制存在宏观和微观两个分析视角,但已有的研究对小块土地与乡村治理之间的关系研究缺乏直接的因果论证.基于小块土地对乡村治理的实际影响可以发现,农村小块土地不仅产生了重要的经济影响,而且在社会层面上塑造了农民的“五种性格”,同时通过利益、偏好和权威三个机制实现了乡村的政治效应.

大学生考试作弊的动力机制分析

本文利用管理动力机制理论分析大学生考试作弊行为动力机制,并提出改革和创新考试管理机制设计来启动杜绝作弊行为的动力。     

人力资本、劳动力市场分割与性别收入差距

本文利用"中国家庭动态跟踪调查"2010年全国代表性数据,使用多层线性交互分类模型来综合考虑个体人力资本和劳动力市场分割对收入水平和性别收入差距的影响。结果表明,女性劳动者由于受教育水平低而大量在第一产业和非正式劳动力市场中就业是造成性别收入差距的重要原因。职业分割影响性别收入差距主要通过纵向分割,在不同职业内没有发现显著的性别收入差异。女性教育收益率高于男性主要是教育配置作用的结果,较高的受教育程度有助于女性进入收入水平高的行业和部门以及性别歧视程度较低的部门。

把当代青年培养成为中国特色社会主义事业的可靠接班人和合格建设者是高校的育人根本。在文化生态视野中,志愿者服务基地化建设是高校育人走向社会服务和传承文化繁荣的有效途径,通过基地化的志愿服务,把青年服务他人与提升自我、文化传播与强化专业素养、了解社会与立志报国相结合,是实现“以文化人。以文明理”的有效实践。
