社会建设与民生社会学——访著名社会学家、上海大学邓伟志教授

童潇：邓老,您好!非常感谢您能在百忙之中,接受我对您的访谈.对于这次访谈,应该说期待已久,是我作为后学向您的一次求教机会.我曾经仔细拜读过您的简历,我发现在众多学者之中,您是简历非常丰富的一位,我有这样两个印象：一是您人生经历跨度长,您出生于1938年,可以说,您出生至今,经历了抗日战争、解放战争、新中国成立、文化大革命、改革开放等多个重大历史时期;二是职业经历多,曾经当过小“游击队员”,送过鸡毛信做过工,务过农,做过干部,还当选过民主党派中央的领导人,又从事理论工作,在理论研究中,既研究过自然科学,又研究过社会科学.     

影响我国医患关系的角色与制度

在众多的民事法律关系中,医患关系的复杂性恐怕最为人们低估,时下医患关系的紧张状态也证明了这点.除了医方、患方外,法院在我国的医患关系中是不可或缺的角色.但是法院能够解决其中的部分问题,仍然有不少问题需要留给其他角色.其中需要一个客观中立的医疗事故的"鉴定者",还需要一个成熟的医疗责任保险的"风险分担者".只有医方、患方、法院、"鉴定者"和"风险分担者"的一应到场和各司其职,方能奏响一曲和谐的交响乐章,仅有前三者的到场恐怕演出闹剧的可能性很大.     

儒家天人合一思想的内涵与实质

天人合一思想是中国传统文化的精粹。北宋哲学家邵雍甚至强调:学不际天人,不足以谓之学。儒家天人合一思想包含着积极的养分,但不是一种科学的和谐观,有较多的糟粕。其内含的天人关系是一种主奴关系,主张的天人和谐是一种高压专制下的所谓和谐,其根本目的是为封建君权、封建伦理的神圣不可侵犯提供理论依据,其实质是维护封建专制制度。对其进行剖析,旨在恢复人的主体地位,落实以人为本,实现人与人、人与社会的真正和谐。     

从历代古文选本看欧阳修散文的经典化过程

本文对欧阳修文集和历代欧阳修文选集作了比较详细的考察,特别是通过对历代20个选本的全面分析和比对,清晰地描述出了欧文在历代选本中入选的演变过程,而这一过程也正是欧文经典化中的一个重要方面。可以这样认为:历代的选家与评论家和作家共同推进并完成了欧阳修散文经典化这一系统工程,而在这一系统工程的推进过程中,历代选家在其中的作用是不可低估的。因为这些选家一方面代表了一个时代文学审美价值取向,是这个时代文学时尚的风向标;另一方面,他们又是文学传统的传承者和弘扬者。所以,欧阳修古文创作的经典地位,在一定程度上是从历代选本中得到体现的,欧文的经典作品确立,在很大程度上也是由历代选本来完成的,而且这些经典作品的确立,同时也反映了不同时代对古文的审美需求和价值判断,反映了这一时代对欧阳修散文中的优秀作品的普遍认同。     

社会学理论本土化的反思

自社会学创立之初,中国也随后积极地加入了社会学的学科研究行列中,并在当时取得了相当大的成效.由于新中国发展过程中的曲折性,国内的社会学研究始终与世界的主流研究存在着一定的差距.在国内三代社会学家努力提倡的"社会学本土化"愿望中,社会学真正的本土化标志应该在于理论的本土化.但目前中国的理论研究还处于起步阶段,在历史发展的境遇和学科理论发展的逻辑中寻找突破口,应是新时期我们社会学理论本土化的反思新路径.     

体制转型与我国新一轮固定资产投资加速增长

我国新一轮固定资产投资加快增长是在已初步建立的市场经济体制框架下由投资、需求结构升级拉动的自主过程。这个过程经历了恢复性增长和热度增长两个阶段,在恢复性增长阶段,非国有经济和一部分国有经济是固定资产投资增长的拉动者;在热度增长阶段,处在升级产业链中的企业是固定资产投资的强劲拉动者。由于市场经济体制是初步的,此轮固定资产投资增长过程又带有体制转型的痕迹。     

Mitigating Inventory Overstocking: Optimal Order‐up‐to Level to Achieve a Target Fill Rate over a Finite Horizon

Service level agreements (SLAs) are widely adopted performance‐based contracts in operations management practice, and fill rate is the most common performance metric among all the measurements in SLAs. Traditional procedures characterizing the order‐up‐to level satisfying a specified fill rate implicitly assume an infinite performance review horizon. However, in practice, inventory managers are liable to maintain and report fill rates over a finite performance review horizon. This horizon discrepancy leads to deviation between the target fill rate and actual achieved fill rate. In this study, we first examine the behavior of the fill rate distribution over a finite horizon with positive lead time. We analytically prove that the expected fill rate assuming an infinite performance review horizon exceeds the expected fill rate assuming a finite performance review horizon, implying that there exists some inventory “waste” (i.e., overstocking) when the traditional procedure is used. Based on this observation and the complexity of the problem, we propose a simulation‐based algorithm to reduce excess inventory while maintaining the contractual target fill rate. When the lead time is significant relative to the length of the contract horizon, we show that the improvement in the inventory system can be over 5%. Further, we extend our basic setting to incorporate the penalty for failing to meet a target, and show how one can solve large‐scale problems via stochastic approximation. The primary managerial implication of our study is that ignoring the performance review horizon in an SLA will cause overstocking, especially when the lead time is large.     

Bayesian analysis for confirmatory factor model with finite-dimensional Dirichlet prior mixing

Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) model is a useful multivariate statistical tool for interpreting relationships between latent variables and manifest variables. Often statistical results based on a single CFA are seriously distorted when data set takes on heterogeneity. To address the heterogeneity resulting from the multivariate responses, we propose a Bayesian semiparametric modeling for CFA. The approach relies on using a prior over the space of mixing distributions with finite components. Blocked Gibbs sampler is implemented to cope with the posterior analysis. Results obtained from a simulation study and a real data set are presented to illustrate the methodology.     

A note on the finite-dimensional Dirichlet prior

As an approximation to the Dirichlet process which involves the infinite-dimensional distribution, finite-dimensional Dirichlet prior is a widely appreciated method to model the underlying distribution in non parametric Bayesian analysis. In this short note, we present some key characteristics of finite-dimensional Dirichlet process and exploit some important sampling properties which are very useful in Bayesian non parametric/semiparametric analysis.     

以色列贝都因人的原住民话语:发展与争议

以色列自建国后没收了贝都因人在以色列南部内盖夫地区的大量土地,将这些土地犹太化,内盖夫地区的土地权争议与族群矛盾由此催生。与此同时,促进和保障原住民权利的国际组织机构相继出现;多元文化主义加剧了以色列的社会分裂;以色列知识精英不断批判犹太复国主义的霸权政治;非政府组织大量涌现,公民社会中的不平等现象日益引起关注。在此背景下,以色列贝都因人提出他们作为内盖夫原住民的话语,要求以色列政府承认他们在内盖夫的土地权。政府对此做出相关举措,解决贝都因人的土地权诉求。政府对待贝都因原住民的态度是以色列处理境内族群矛盾的缩影。
