Observed Infant Reactions During Live Interparental Conflict

Associations between interparental conflict and infant reactions were examined. Infants' history of exposure to interparental conflict and infant reactive temperament were examined as moderators. A community sample of 74 infants, aged 6–14 months, participated with their parents. Behavioral observations were made of parents' marital conflict and their infants' reactions. Parents reported on their emotional states during conflict, infants' history of exposure to interparental conflict, and infant temperament. Multilevel modeling indicated that infants showed differential responses to marital conflict; destructive and depressive conflict were associated with increased infant discussion attending and negative reactions, whereas constructive conflict was associated with decreased discussion attending and negative reactions. Infants' history of exposure to marital conflict and infant reactive temperament emerged as moderators.     

基于应力吸收层的旧水泥混凝土加铺层结构耦合应力分析

通过三维有限元数值模拟方法,分析了沥青加铺层厚度、模量,基础模量与应力吸收层厚度、模量对破碎后的旧水泥混凝土路面加铺层结构的荷载-温度耦合应力的变化规律.计算结果表明:适当增加加铺层的厚度对防止反射裂缝的产生是十分有效的;但不能用提高加铺层模量的方法来防止反射裂缝;适当控制基础模量可以防止反射裂缝的产生;适当提高应力吸收层的厚度对预防反射裂缝效果明显;提高应力吸收层的模量对预防反射裂缝效果不明显.     

行政事业单位完善内部控制的探讨

内部控制理论是现代管理理论的重要组成部分。我国内部控制规范的制定和实施起步较晚,目前还缺乏一套对行政事业单位行之有效的内部控制指导性规范。随着事业单位体制改革的推进,建立完善高效的内部控制制度变得更加迫切。通过分析行政事业单位内部控制存在的问题,列举了实施内部控制的七项措施,为这类单位内部控制制度的建立提供参考。     

Super-efficiency based on a modified directional distance function

The problem of infeasibility arises in conventional radial super-efficiency data envelopment analysis (DEA) models under variable returns to scale (VRS). To tackle this issue, a Nerlove–Luenberger (N–L) measure of super-efficiency is developed based on a directional distance function. Although this N–L super-efficiency model does not suffer infeasibility problem as in the conventional radial super-efficiency DEA models, it can produce an infeasible solution in two special situations. The current paper proposes to modify the directional distance function by selecting proper feasible reference bundles so that the resulting N–L measure of super-efficiency is always feasible. As a result, our modified VRS super-efficiency model successfully addresses the infeasibility issues occurring either in conventional VRS models or the N–L super-efficiency model. Numerical examples are used to demonstrate our approach and compare results obtained from various super-efficiency measures.

欧阳竟无以"体用简别"思想为依,认为无住涅槃是用,无余涅槃是体。在"即用显体"思想下,重在以无住涅槃彰显大乘佛教的特质。在"即体摄用"思想下,则重在以无余涅槃含摄无住涅槃。在"即体求体"思想下,无住涅槃的地位被不断贬落,无余涅槃则成为唯一宗趣。如果以经典为据,可知欧阳竟无所理解的涅槃义,不仅违背了唯识学教理,也不是受般若中观学或涅槃学影响而有,而是他出于一己之见的理论创说。     

中间品进口种类扩张对企业出口复杂度的影响

中间品进口作为国际技术溢出的主要途径,对促进一国生产及出口结构升级有着非常重要的影响。本文利用2000-2011年中国工业企业数据库和海关贸易统计数据库的合并数据,基于进口产品种类变化的利得视角,考察了中间品进口种类扩张对企业出口复杂度提升的影响效应。研究显示:企业从国外进口更多种类的中间品有助于促进其出口复杂度的提升,该结论在经过内生性处理、更换核心指标测度方法等多种检验后,具有较好的稳健性;从影响机理上看,中间品进口种类扩张主要通过“产品创新”的直接途径和“生产率提升”的间接途径来推动企业出口复杂度的提升;此外,受进口来源国类别、企业所有制形式以及行业技术特征等异质性因素的影响,中间品进口种类扩张对出口复杂度提升的影响程度存在不同。本文从经验上证明了“以进口强出口”发展模式的合理性,对评估我国当前正在实施的“扩大进口”政策的经济效益,以及推动“贸易强国”建设有着重要意义。
