广播电视编导应用型人才培养模式的探索

进入到新世纪以来，我国大众传媒业迅猛发展，作为培养大众传媒人才的广播电视编导专业的学科培养模式至关重要。文章从广播电视编导应用型人才培养模式构建的定位依据与特色研究出发，根据社会对人才的需求变化以及学生个人需求的多样化，着重提出广播电视编导应用型人才的培养模式，实现强能力、宽口径的培养方式，以便及时为社会提供合格的广播电视行业的人才保障。

目前,水资源短缺已成为制约我国社会经济发展的重要因素．水资源的低效配置是造成我国水资源浪费和短缺的重要原因;利用价格手段优化水资源配置是缓解水资源短缺的较为经济的途径．     

Who should care for our kids? The effects of infant child care on early child development

This paper examines the relationship between various types of child care during the first year of a child's life and the child's language and social development measured at age three. A unique contribution of the paper is the estimation of a general selection-correction model that accounts for non-random selection of children into different types of child care. The analysis uses data from the Fragile Families and Child Wellbeing Study (FFCWS), a birth cohort of children born to predominantly low-income single mothers. The results indicate that compared with maternal care, relative care during infancy has more beneficial effects on a child's language development, while day care centers have more beneficial effects on a child's behavioral development.

Ensemble Approaches to Estimating the Population Mean with Missing Response

We propose new ensemble approaches to estimate the population mean for missing response data with fully observed auxiliary variables. We first compress the working models according to their categories through a weighted average, where the weights are proportional to the square of the least‐squares coefficients of model refitting. Based on the compressed values, we develop two ensemble frameworks, under which one is to adjust weights in the inverse probability weighting procedure and the other is built upon an additive structure by reformulating the augmented inverse probability weighting function. The asymptotic normality property is established for the proposed estimators through the theory of estimating functions with plugged‐in nuisance parameter estimates. Simulation studies show that the new proposals have substantial advantages over existing ones for small sample sizes, and an acquired immune deficiency syndrome data example is used for illustration.     

Real-time reliability evaluation of two-phase Wiener degradation process

Reliability modeling and evaluation for the two-phase Wiener degradation process are studied. For many devices, the degradation rates could possibly increase or decrease in a non smooth manner at some point in time due to the change of degradation mechanism. A two-phase Wiener degradation process with an unobserved change point is used to model the degradation process. And we assume that the change point varies randomly from device to device. Furthermore, we integrate historical data and up-to-date observation data to improve the degradation modeling and evaluation based on Bayesian method. The change point between the two phases was obtained based on the Akaike information criterion (AIC) and the criterion of the residual sum of squares. Finally, a real example of liquid coupling devices (LCDs) and a numeric example are discussed to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method. The results show that the proposed method is effective and efficient.
