畅通监督渠道强化过程监督——关于侦查监督的若干思考

最近,在中央政法委第十四次全体会议暨司法体制改革第六次专题汇报会上,周永康同志在讲话中谈到侦查监督问题时特别强调,要畅通监督渠道,强化过程监督,完善侦查监督制度①.这段话,应当说高屋建瓴,精辟深刻,既点中了当前我国侦查监督存在问题的要害,也指出了今后完善侦查监督制度的方向,引发了笔者对当前我国侦查监督的若干思考,现付诸文字,与同仁分享、交流.     

公交专用道对车辆间隔时间的影响分析

我国很多大城市都采用公交专用道的形式来缓解公交出行效率低，公交竞争力差的状况，主要研究公交专用道的设置对车辆间隔时间的影响程度。首先对有公交专用道的线路进行了调查取样，通过对样本数据的拟合与检验，并且对比无专用道的公交线路样本数据，得出结论：公交专用道的设置对车辆间隔时间有很大的影响作用。     

Women's Hair Color and Survey Response Rate: A Field Experiment

Previous research found that survey response rates were influenced by physical characteristics of the interviewer. However, the effect of hair color on compliance to a survey request has never been studied. Female confederates wearing blond, brown, black, or red wigs solicited 1,200 male and female pedestrians for a survey. It was found those male passersby, but not the female, agreed more frequently to the confederates wearing blond wigs whereas they agreed less to the same confederates wearing red wigs. Greater youth and healthiness associated with blond hair in women is used to explain these results. The practical interest in face-to-face surveys is addressed.

今天的出版物不仅仅包括被数字化了的纸媒体,比如书籍和杂志,而且还包括所谓的原生数字化出版物.而且在原生数字化出版物当中开始出现越来越多的未经过编辑程序的产品,即网民直接"上传"的内容.手机小说网站为了管理网民上传的作品采取"自我分级制",取得了较好的效果."信息商材"作为一种新生的网络广告信息产品存在着夸大失实的部分,如何加强对"信息商材"的规制成为一项新课题.移动通信业界建立了自主规约联盟,以"自我分级制"为代表的自主规约将为传统文化市场带来革命.     

Nonparametric regression with cross‐classified responses

In this article, we develop regression models with cross‐classified responses. Conditional independence structures can be explored/exploited through the selective inclusion/exclusion of terms in a certain functional ANOVA decomposition, and the estimation is done nonparametrically via the penalized likelihood method. A cohort of computational and data analytical tools are presented, which include cross‐validation for smoothing parameter selection, Kullback–Leibler projection for model selection, and Bayesian confidence intervals for odds ratios. Random effects are introduced to model possible correlations such as those found in longitudinal and clustered data. Empirical performances of the methods are explored in simulation studies of limited scales, and a real data example is presented using some eyetracking data from linguistic studies. 垂直管内汽－液两相间传质及界面对冷凝过程的影响

本文根据冷凝的控制方程和相应的边界条件，得到了传质及界面对冷凝过程影响的解析解，并对影响冷凝过程的机制和主要因素，如表征蒸汽及界面速度的因子Ｂ、表征由传质引起动量传递的因子φ以及反映传质及界面综合作用的因子ω分别进行了讨论．结果表明，传质及界面对冷凝过程有明显的影响，本文解与努塞尔解有显著差别．     

DCT域分形图像压缩编码方法

首先研究了一般分形图像压缩方法存在的缺陷，然后对它进行改进。最后在ＤＣＩ域做进一步的改进。实验结果表明，和原来方法相比较，ＤＣＴ域分形图像压缩编码方法具有明显的优越性。     

Artificial neural networks and center-of-pressure modeling: a practical method for sensorimotor-degradation assessment

Numerous methods for studying the prevention of falls and age-related sensorimotor degradation have been proposed and tested. Some approaches are too impractical to use with seniors or too expensive for practitioners. Practitioners desire a simple, reliable technique. The goals of this research were to develop such an approach and to apply it in exploring the effect of Tai Chi on age-related sensorimotor degradation. The method employed artificial-neural-network (ANN) models trained by using individuals' center-of-pressure (COP) measurements and age. Ninety-six White and Chinese adults without Tai Chi training were tested. In contrast, a third group, Chinese seniors with Tai Chi training, was tested to ascertain any influence from Tai Chi on sensorimotor aging. This study supported ANN technology with COP data as a feasible tool in the exploration of sensorimotor degradation and demonstrated that Tai Chi slowed down the effects of sensorimotor aging.     

实践语境下的“代价”追问——哲学视野中的“代价”问题

当前对“代价”的理解有几种不同范式。但只有将“代价是什么”置于马克思的实践唯物主义语境下考察,才能彰显其本质性意蕴。“追向”的结论是:代价产生于人的实践活动之中,它的消解也只能在实践活动中进行。
