我国书籍出版的总体规模及其演进轨迹

我国书籍出版经过60余年的不断发展,品种和总印数已居于世界首位,总定价和销售额也逐年稳步上升。书籍产业已成为国民经济重要的朝阳产业,并推动国民经济的不断发展,同时也为广大人民提高了文化生活水平,为促进我国的精神文明建设作出了巨大的贡献。为更好地促进书籍出版正常有序稳定的发展,对新中国成立以来书籍的总体增长和产品结构变化进行梳理。总结书籍出版发展成绩与不足,有利于书籍产业的健康持续发展。     

Changes in Irregular Emigration: A Field Report from Fuzhou

This paper is based on case studies in Fuzhou, China, with the aim of exploring the changes in Fuzhou’s irregular emigration activities. The findings indicate that due to changing socio‐economic and historical circumstances, a more legalizing tendency of irregular emigration from Fuzhou can be observed. Among these new developments are the following: less risk, along with the use of safer tactics, is now involved in the process of emigration; emigrants are better supported with resources such as financial support, network support and a higher level of education; “legal” status is cherished in the process of emigration, and fewer and fewer emigrants are likely to be victimized by organized smuggling groups; and migratory waves have decelerated and the passion for emigration has become both more rational and more sensible.     

高职院校强化实践教学的思考

目前,高职院校毕业生就业难与某些岗位空缺并存。造成这种局面的原因是多方面的,其中一个重要原因是高职院校的培养计划与培养目标错位,实践教学力度不够,导致培养出的毕业生不能满足社会对人才的需求。文章对高职院校实践教学存在的问题进行分析,提出对策性建议。     

浅析中国近现代回族报刊的经济功能

由于近现代回族报刊中并没有专门的经济类报刊,因而普通报刊的经济功能被开发出来,对广大回族企业和相关经济活动起到了较好的引导和规范作用。诸如《边铎》《天山》《晨熹》等一系列回族报刊的出现,其中所描述的经济行为,所解析的经济政策等相关内容不仅提供了重要的回族经济史依据,而且还在客观上也大大缓解了当时回族聚居区的经济压力,刺激了当时回族产业的新模式的生成,并促进了当地经济和社区的繁荣,从而协调了部分政治性矛盾,进而推动了一些文化问题的解决。     

分析理性与辩证理性联手运用的智慧——《逻辑的社会功能》读后

(1)形式逻辑(分析理性)的渊源:它从古代论辩术中分离出来,其核心是推理的法则。(2)黑格尔辩证逻辑(辩证理性)的渊源:(a)它直接源于康德的先验逻辑与二律背反(Antinomy)。(b)可进一步追溯到古希腊辩证法的两支:赫拉克利特的生成辩证法与苏格拉底的对话辩证法。(3)辩证逻辑绝无反形式逻辑的特性!那只是假象。(4)分析理性与辩证理性的联手,是化解社会矛盾和科学上悖论的强有力的思想工具。     

Goodness-of-fit test for exponentiality based on spacings for general progressive Type-II censored data

There have been numerous tests proposed to determine whether or not the exponential model is suitable for a given data set. In this article, we propose a new test statistic based on spacings to test whether the general progressive Type-II censored samples are from exponential distribution. The null distribution of the test statistic is discussed and it could be approximated by the standard normal distribution. Meanwhile, we propose an approximate method for calculating the expectation and variance of samples under null hypothesis and corresponding power function is also given. Then, a simulation study is conducted. We calculate the approximation of the power based on normality and compare the results with those obtained by Monte Carlo simulation under different alternatives with distinct types of hazard function. Results of simulation study disclose that the power properties of this statistic by using Monte Carlo simulation are better for the alternatives with monotone increasing hazard function, and otherwise, normal approximation simulation results are relatively better. Finally, two illustrative examples are presented.     

A Risk Analysis Model in Concurrent Engineering Product Development

Concurrent engineering has been widely accepted as a viable strategy for companies to reduce time to market and achieve overall cost savings. This article analyzes various risks and challenges in product development under the concurrent engineering environment. A three‐dimensional early warning approach for product development risk management is proposed by integrating graphical evaluation and review technique (GERT) and failure modes and effects analysis (FMEA). Simulation models are created to solve our proposed concurrent engineering product development risk management model. Solutions lead to identification of key risk controlling points. This article demonstrates the value of our approach to risk analysis as a means to monitor various risks typical in the manufacturing sector. This article has three main contributions. First, we establish a conceptual framework to classify various risks in concurrent engineering (CE) product development (PD). Second, we propose use of existing quantitative approaches for PD risk analysis purposes: GERT, FMEA, and product database management (PDM). Based on quantitative tools, we create our approach for risk management of CE PD and discuss solutions of the models. Third, we demonstrate the value of applying our approach using data from a typical Chinese motor company.

直诉制度从起源时起就承载了中华法文化的许多特质,特别是蕴涵其中的人本主义和人治主义传统.从价值意蕴上看,它体现了"人本"理念下我国古代历代统治者治国对百姓的人文关怀的一面,反映了"仁者爱人"、"民惟邦本"和"道德教化"等人本思想的核心价值.从实证意蕴上看,传统中国直诉的发达,很大程度上反映了人治方式下百姓诉求表达的曲折艰难和君主的制度诉求.对直诉制度进行深层解读有助于发掘并利用其现代价值.

巴塔耶一直试图从自己的普遍经济学的理论出发,建构出一套世界的普遍历史.本文首先对巴塔耶普遍经济学的含义和法则进行了解读,然后对其在此背景下所描述的各种社会形态进行了分析,从而概括了他所建立的普遍历史的形态.     

唐代古文名家独孤及的诗歌创作

独孤及是唐代古文运动的先驱之一。他的散文在当时享有盛名,诗歌并没有引起人们广泛地关注;但在后世评论家的眼中,独孤及的诗歌仍有可取之处,特别是其诗歌中的散文化倾向,可以看作是从杜甫到韩愈之间的一个过渡,他对于推动诗歌革新起到了积极的作用。
