关于社会主义核心价值体系理论与实践研究——以江苏省为例

本文结合江苏建设中国特色社会主义的生动实践,揭示了社会主义核心价值体系在江苏表现出的鲜明特色及丰富内涵.论文认为,突显核心价值体系的区域追求,是新的历史条件下推进江苏省思想道德建设需要着力的方向,并对如何推进思想道德建设,形成科学的社会主义核心价值体系建设格局,提出了富有建设性的对策.     

以"重、大、国、高"优化提升"轻、小、民、加"——浙江产业转型升级的思路和政策选择

改革开放以来,浙江逐渐发展形成了"轻、小、民、加"的产业结构特点和竞争优势,但也相应带来"低、小、散、弱"的问题.站在新的历史起点,浙江要顺应发展阶段的新变化,加快推进经济转型升级,必须改变原有的发展路径,以发展"重、大、国、高"来优化和提升"轻、小、民、加",再创浙江发展的新模式和新优势.     

思想社会教育:高校思想政治教育的现代转型和现代建构

高校思想政治教育要与时俱进,实现现代转型,成为思想社会教育.这是为了适应意识形态教育隐性化、去除"泛政治化"倾向、相关课程名实相符和顺应现代社会轴心领域变迁的需要.建构思想社会教育的现代内容,需要实现思维方式变革,要由培养学生聚拢性思维转变到培养学生发散性思维和聚拢性思维并重上来.同时,思想社会教育要贯彻总体性原则,贯穿科学精神、人文精神和民主精神.     

当前西藏社会阶层分化对高等教育机会获得的影晌初探

不同社会阶层,因其所拥有的经济资源、文化资源和组织资源的差异,对高等教育入学机会的获得产生不同的影响.为此,文章正确认识当前西藏高等教育入学机会问题,并从理论和实践层面提出一些有益对策.     

Can the minimum living standard guarantee scheme enable the poor to escape the poverty trap in rural China?

The rural Minimum Living Standard Guarantee (Dibao) Scheme is the most important social assistance programme in rural China. However, how the rural Dibao programme affects household expenditures and whether it can enable the poor to escape the poverty trap are questions that remain largely unexplored. This study used data from the 2012 Rural Household Survey in China to investigate the impact of the rural Dibao programme on household expenditures. We found that the programme significantly improved the well‐being of low‐income households. Particularly, the programme significantly increased household expenditures on housing, education and health; furthermore, the impact was greater for households with educated household heads. However, the programme did not significantly affect household expenditures on food, transportation or farming inputs. The results imply that participation in the rural Dibao programme induces household investment in human capital, which could help to break the inter‐generational transmission of poverty and raise long‐run welfare.     

教育与娱情:中外戏剧价值论永恒的内部角力——以曹禺剧作批评史为中心

“戏剧何为”是曹禺剧作的批评者共同关注的焦点问题之一.耐人寻味的是,在不同历史阶段,研究者们于曹剧的思想价值与艺术价值之间总是有意无意地突出一方而非等而视之——要么肯定一方而否定另一方,要么将一方视为另一方的附属产品.这一现象首先与曹禺在个人创作倾向和时代、社会要求的冲突中所生发的价值犹疑有关——作者在“教育”和“娱情”两大功能之间的摇摆直接导致了其剧作价值倾向的模糊.更进一步说,由于戏剧自身的艺术特性及其不同于其他文类的受众特征,“教育”和“娱情”之间的角力始终潜隐于古今中外戏剧价值论内部,曹剧中两大功能之间的“暗斗”恰是其具体表现之一.     

Family Relationships,Social Connections,and Depressive Symptoms Among Chinese Older Adults in International Migrant Families

This study explored whether and how family relationships and social connections influence depressive symptoms of older migrants and older adults in transnational families using the data gathered from a cross-sectional survey in Los Angeles, California, United States, and Beijing, China. Regression results showed that the older migrants reported significantly higher levels of depression than the elders in transnational families. The findings highlight the importance of maintaining close family relations and having large friendship networks for older adults in international migrant families.     

Variable selection in partially linear additive models for modal regression

Based on B-spline basis functions and smoothly clipped absolute deviation (SCAD) penalty, we present a new estimation and variable selection procedure based on modal regression for partially linear additive models. The outstanding merit of the new method is that it is robust against outliers or heavy-tail error distributions and performs no worse than the least-square-based estimation for normal error case. The main difference is that the standard quadratic loss is replaced by a kernel function depending on a bandwidth that can be automatically selected based on the observed data. With appropriate selection of the regularization parameters, the new method possesses the consistency in variable selection and oracle property in estimation. Finally, both simulation study and real data analysis are performed to examine the performance of our approach.     

清末哈密“改土归流”研究

光绪三十三年,哈密通判陈天禄在清末边疆危机形势之下,利用哈密地区民众开展了"改土归流"运动,它反映了清末边疆民族地区的政治、经济矛盾和政治一体化的历史趋势。虽囿于诸多因素,此次运动最终失败,但是其对哈密地区影响深远。     

行为责任价值存在样式的几种演变

行为责任存在的演变经历了道德律、伦理性以及社会性等几种样式。道德律排斥了行为责任实践性的一面,将价值的产生归结于道德律,这意味着行为主体在实践过程中失去了主动性、自为性,行为责任价值的应然性取决于对道德律的服从。社会存在形式的去魅化,价值标准从终极型存在形式转化为实践中伦理应然性的存在。伦理的价值应然性要求行为主体将行为责任价值产生划归己有,重新回归行为主体实践价值之中,并通过主体自为性与行为主体之间理性价值关系得以确立。现代社会的价值要求,标准行为责任价值存在的真正实现必然要通过行为主体将行为责任的应然性委托于社会,并最终以社会价值的形式加以表达,应然价值的行为责任存在形式得以超越,实现自我价值存在的延伸即行为责任社会价值的真正实现。
