边远民族地区应本着科学发展观,努力发展本地区的民族特色工业。边远民族地区发展工业经济应遵循以资源市场为导向、延长产业链,发展特色产业等,正确处理好工业经济与社会发展、三次产业之间以及经济发展与环境保护之间的关系。     

生态环境与云南藏族的文化适应

本文在对云南藏族进行深入调查的基础上 ,从生产方式、生活方式、自然资源管理机制和婚姻家庭模式等方面 ,阐述了云南藏族对其所处生态环境的文化适应。文章认为 ,文化是一个民族对周围的自然环境和社会环境的适应性体系。文化与自然的互动或文化对自然的适应可被称为生态文化 ,生态文化是一个民族对生活于其中的自然环境的适应性体系 ,它包括民族文化体系中所有与自然环境发生互动关系的内容 ,主要是这个民族的宇宙观、生产方式、生活方式、社会组织、宗教信仰、风俗习惯等。为适应迪庆高原特殊的生态环境 ,云南藏族早在历史上就通过文化调适 ,形成了一整套与自然环境良性互动的生态文化体系。面向未来 ,云南藏族生态文化中符合时代要求的内容必将得到复兴 ,其中的古老智慧必将与现代化的科学技术和全球化市场体系相结合 ,成为推动云南藏族走上可持续发展道路的关键     

关于宗教与社会主义社会相适应的思考

引导宗教与社会主义社会相适应是我国宗教工作的出发点和落脚点,是我国宗教工作方针的重要组成部分。本文从宗教与其所处的社会相适应是宗教历史和发展的必然、引导宗教与社会主义社会相适应原则的确立是马克思主义宗教观的丰富和发展、宗教从其自身条件来看是能够与社会主义社会相适应的以及探索宗教与社会主义社会相适应的途径和方法四个方面阐述了宗教与社会主义社会相适应这一论断的科学内涵和现实意义。

Penalized proportion estimation for non parametric mixture of regressions

Abstract

In this article, we propose a penalized local log-likelihood method to locally select the number of components in non parametric finite mixture of regression models via proportion shrinkage method. Mean functions and variance functions are estimated simultaneously. We show that the number of components can be estimated consistently, and further establish asymptotic normality of functional estimates. We use a modified EM algorithm to estimate the unknown functions. Simulations are conducted to demonstrate the performance of the proposed method. We illustrate our method via an empirical analysis of the housing price index data of United States.     

不同震级作用下的设备 结构动力相互作用体系地震反应分析

为研究是否考虑设备 结构动力相互作用在不同地震阶段的差别,对建筑结构中常见的设备 结构相互作用体系进行了小震、中震和大震阶段的地震时程反应分析。分析了不同震级作用下考虑相互作用后给结构与设备的地震反应带来的变化。结果表明：考虑设备 结构动力相互作用与不考虑相互作用相比,结构的地震反应有较明显的区别,设备的地震反应有很大的区别,处于完全失真的状态。大震阶段由于设备和结构均进入了弹塑性阶段,刚度等主要参数发生了变化,导致动力相互作用的影响降低。虽然设备质量占结构总地震质量的比例很小,但仍会对结构位移与内力造成较大的影响。     

基于财政竞争力分析的福建省经济发展策略研究

财政对经济增长起着不可替代的促进作用,而财政竞争力也是经济综合竞争力的重要组成部分,分析福建省各地市的财政竞争力以寻找经济发展策略,对促进福建省经济有重大意义。本文对各地市财政收支现状进行初步比较,构建财政竞争力三级指标体系以分析财政竞争力水平,同时利用主成分因子得分分析财政竞争力与经济发展之间的关系。研究结果表明,厦门、福州及泉州财政竞争力较强,以这三个地市为例,从财政竞争实力和竞争潜力两个方面提出进一步提升财政竞争力的建议。     

Testing Serial Correlation in Partially Linear Additive Errors-in-variables Models

This article considers testing serial correlation in partially linear additive errors-in-variables model. Based on the empirical likelihood based approach, a test statistic was proposed, and it was shown to follow asymptotically a chi-square distribution under the null hypothesis of no serial correlation. Finally, some simulation studies are conducted to illustrate the performance of the proposed method.     

Robust Smoothed Rank Estimation Methods for Accelerated Failure Time Model Allowing Clusters

Smoothed Gehan rank estimation methods are widely used in accelerated failure time (AFT) models with/without clusters. However, most methods are sensitive to outliers in the covariates. In order to solve this problem, we propose robust approaches based on the smoothed Gehan rank estimation methods for the AFT model, allowing for clusters by employing two different weight functions. Simulation studies show that the proposed methods outperform existing smoothed rank estimation methods regarding their biases and standard deviations when there are outliers in the covariates. The proposed methods are also applied to a real dataset from the “Major cardiovascular interventions” study.
