濒危语言与文化多样性

给丰富多彩的文化以平等的表现舞台是我们追求的目标,在全球文化多样性的语境下,保持语言种类的多样性对文化多样性极其重要.目前,保持语言种类多样性的难点,更多地集中在那些语言活力开始衰退的语种上,如何以更广阔的视野对程度不同的濒危语言进行研究,不仅有利于语言种类的保持,也是对文化多样性的贡献.     

Organizational Identity and Legitimacy under Major Environmental Changes: Tales of Two UK Building Societies

We studied how organizational identity (OI) and organizational legitimacy (OL) interplayed within two British building societies during drastic environmental changes over two decades. Four salient phases of environmental changes were identified in the British building society sector over the last two decades (introduction of new regulatory framework, recession, demutualization threats and post‐demutualization era). Comparative analysis of the two firms' responses to the environmental changes found that, employing distinct specific strategies, both firms accorded tremendous attention and efforts to OI narration and re‐narration in order to regain OL. Four properties were identified regarding the interplay between OI narrative and OL: level, locus, mechanism and approach. Our study contributes to the literature by (a) empirically demonstrating the role of the OI/OL interplay in understanding the relationship between organizations and external changes; (b) empirically demonstrating the valence of a narrative approach to OI as a useful perspective to study organizational change and OL; and (c) identifying the role of narrative in leading and directing such changes.     

"收入差距"的最优标准与启示

要"合理调整收入分配关系,努力扭转城乡、区域、行业和社会成员之间收入差距扩大趋势",就要正确对待居民的"收入差距"合理与否问题.然而,目前衡量"收入差距"的理论与方法以及判断指标,不是存在理论上的不足,就是因属于"他人""经验"而被怀疑"不服中国水土".所以,分析收入分配的"公平理论"并进行现代经济理论的改进,提出帕累托最优是收入分配效率与公平有机统一的标准,建立判断"收入差距"合理与否的"普适的"帕累托最优的"理论"很有必要.     

UN Rescuing Child Soldiers Programme (UN-RCSP) Return the Childhood to Children

Child soldiering is not only a security issue, but also a humanitarian issue. The UN Rescuing Child Soldiers Program (UN-RCSP) is a coordinative and complementary institution for child soldiers’ governance. Although UN-RCSP is different from functional organizations which are prevalent in today’s global governance, it bears the same responsibility and similar missions with them. It does not mean to duplicate the works which have been done by other organizations, but tries to help all of the active IGOs, NGOs and government entities in this area become more efficient and coordinated.     

中心城区工业用地退出路径与机制——以上海为例

上海作为中国经济快速发展的城市,面临的城市问题也是富有挑战性的。随着上海城市功能的转型,中心城区工业用地逐步退出,或保留转向都市产业和创意产业,或整体拆除重建,不断改变着城市的空间结构。在国内外相关研究的基础上,梳理了上海中心城区工业用地多元化的退出路径,从政府、市场、社会三个层面分析工业用地退出机制。     

May Fourth Writers’ Reconstruction of Traditional Chinese Literary Classics

The classics are at the heart of traditional literature, and play an important role in its transmission. May Fourth writers did not totally reject traditional literary classics; rather, they selectively preserved and reinterpreted them, setting up a new canon based on the criteria of evolution, humanism, human relationships, popular culture, etc. To a certain extent, the May Fourth reconstruction of the classics inherited late Qing thought and views of literature, but it was more of an embodiment of new intellectual horizons; a modern spirit acting through the rediscovery and recreation of traditional literature. The reconstruction of the classical canon revealed a close connection between the New Literature and traditional literature, thereby effectively facilitating the acceptance of New Literature by the masses. It also provided writers with national resources for literary creation, thus preventing New Literature from descending to nihilistic understanding of Chinese tradition. This mode of discovering and creating the modern while being rooted in their native soil enabled such writers to step out of the binary opposition between “making China Western” and “Sinicizing the West,” and thus has methodological significance for the relation between Chinese and Western cultures from the late Qing on. Literary classics have a profound meaning for writers’ creations and for literature and cultural tradition. Despite its shortcomings, the May Fourth reconstruction of the traditional classics can inspire us even today.     

Shanghai still the Favorite City for Expats

Shanghai topped the list as foreigners＇ favorite city in the Chinese mainland in 2013, according to a survey released early November. Shanghai excelled over 29 candidate cities with the highest recognition in terms of working and living environment, expat-friendly policy and administrative capacity. The survey was jointly published by the Beijing magazine hternational Talent Monthly and the China Association for International Exchange of Personnel.     

我国转型期就业问题及其背景分析

就业不充分是当前就业领域中最突出的难题,总量不足与结构矛盾并存,隐性就业与隐性失业并存,学历失业逐渐增多。产生这些就业困难的原因,体制转型是大背景,同时,经济和投资的高增长没能相应带动劳动就业的高增长、庞大的就业人口压力以及国有企业和乡镇企业吸纳劳动能力的下降,都是非常重要的因素。     

出生高峰、人口结构与住房市场

文章通过对1960~2010年我国出生人数的分析,发现2001年左右,随着80后出生高峰步入婚配,住房价格面临上升的压力;2014年左右,随着90后出生低谷一代步入婚配,住房需求逐年下降,住房价格面临下降的波动。通过一个住房市场均衡的理论框架,文章仅考察人口的年龄结构对住房市场的影响。仿真结果显示:随着80后出生高峰和90后出生低谷相继进入婚配,房价会呈现一个倒U型的轨迹。符合经济现实的仿真结果显示:房价将在2014年左右下降,同时在80后出生高峰人群进入成年的时间段内,我国住房的需求和供给缺乏弹性且相差不大。故人口结构的改变对住房市场具有实质性的影响。在对住房市场进行调控时,应考虑到出生高峰引致的人口结构的改变。     

微公益对青少年身心发展影响研究

微公益是指从微不足道的公益事件入手,强调由少聚多的公益行为。微公益注重社会共同参与创造社会价值,它本身的微特征为其有效地实施完成提供了可能性。微公益活动具有动员能力强、及时性、利他性等特点,符合青少年的心理特征和行为实施能力,对青少年的自身身体健康、人生观、价值观以及自我形成、自我监控等多方面起到潜移默化影响作用。良好的微公益活动有益于青少年身心健康发展,要从观念上肯定其重要性,在实践中积极落实青少年的微公益行动。
