城乡统筹发展中的农地流转推进模式探讨——以长沙市大河西先导区为例

土地流转问题一直是影响农村经济发展的关键因素,加快农村土地合理流转,是城乡一体化建设的必由之路.在城乡统筹发展背景下,总结长沙大河西先导区农地流转经验,审视流转中的问题,提出农地流转的“6+6”推进模式.     

工程全寿命期设计流程和准则研究

本文从工程全寿命期的概念出发,构建了工程全寿命期设计的流程;以国家的治国理念作为工程建设的总体指导思想,引导出了工程全寿命期设计的准则,包括可靠性和安全性、可施工性、可维护性、可扩展性、人性化、环境友好型、防灾和突发事件处理、全寿命期费用优化等。本文还以集成化管理思想为原则,构建了工程全寿命期设计的系统集成过程。     

刑罚功能概念论

刑罚功能的概念对于刑罚功能理论极为重要,是刑罚功能理论研究的逻辑起点和基石。目前,对刑罚功能概念的界定纷繁多样、各不相同,而且瑕瑜互见。刑罚功能,可以被界定为:刑罚通过其公布、适用和执行在现实条件中可能产生的与其目的一致的积极的社会作用。刑罚功能与刑法功能、刑罚效益、刑罚效果和刑罚目的等概念既有显著区别又有密切联系。     

论房琯对中唐初期士风与文风的影响

房琯是中唐初期的著名文士之一.他自身道德、才学兼美,同时也继承了前辈文儒所开创的优良传统,乐于提携、培养有才华有操守的士人.开元末期至肃宗时期,房琯一直和文士群体保持着密切的关系.在当时艰险的政治环境中,他利用自己的政治地位和社会声望,尽其可能地帮助、支持、激励包括大批文人在内的正直之士.房琯对当时文士既愤激、抑郁却又坚贞、向上的思想心态和精神品质以及慷慨、沉郁的文学风格的形成有着不可忽视的贡献.     

Estimation with right‐censored observations under a semi‐Markov model

The semi‐Markov process often provides a better framework than the classical Markov process for the analysis of events with multiple states. The purpose of this paper is twofold. First, we show that in the presence of right censoring, when the right end‐point of the support of the censoring time is strictly less than the right end‐point of the support of the semi‐Markov kernel, the transition probability of the semi‐Markov process is nonidentifiable, and the estimators proposed in the literature are inconsistent in general. We derive the set of all attainable values for the transition probability based on the censored data, and we propose a nonparametric inference procedure for the transition probability using this set. Second, the conventional approach to constructing confidence bands is not applicable for the semi‐Markov kernel and the sojourn time distribution. We propose new perturbation resampling methods to construct these confidence bands. Different weights and transformations are explored in the construction. We use simulation to examine our proposals and illustrate them with hospitalization data from a recent cancer survivor study. Bayesian quantile regression for single-index models

Using an asymmetric Laplace distribution, which provides a mechanism for Bayesian inference of quantile regression models, we develop a fully Bayesian approach to fitting single-index models in conditional quantile regression. In this work, we use a Gaussian process prior for the unknown nonparametric link function and a Laplace distribution on the index vector, with the latter motivated by the recent popularity of the Bayesian lasso idea. We design a Markov chain Monte Carlo algorithm for posterior inference. Careful consideration of the singularity of the kernel matrix, and tractability of some of the full conditional distributions leads to a partially collapsed approach where the nonparametric link function is integrated out in some of the sampling steps. Our simulations demonstrate the superior performance of the Bayesian method versus the frequentist approach. The method is further illustrated by an application to the hurricane data.     

牵动思维与表述功能的现代诗歌欧化语言

从外国诗歌语言中借鉴而来的欧化语言贯穿了整个中国现代诗歌的发展过程。这主要表现为欧化词语的介入、语法与句法的更新以及语言表述方式与诗歌功能的拓展三个层面。尽管其命运坎坷，但已经内化为现代诗歌不可离析的一部分。     

The Potential of A College Town As A Retirement Community

ABSTRACT

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the potential of college towns as retirement communities. The uniqueness of college towns as potential retirement communities are identified and discussed. Differences between college towns and Sunbelt state retirement destinations regarding the factors that are most concerned by retiree migrants in their decision-making for relocation were compared. The results showed no differences between the college towns and the Sunbelt state retirement cities. Only a few differences existed among the college town subgroups. The findings are of value to the senior living industry, local government and chamber of commerce in their efforts in marketing college towns as prospective retirement communities.     

Homeownership and Subjective Wellbeing in Urban China: Does Owning a House Make You Happier?

This paper examines the effect of homeownership status on individual subjective wellbeing indicators in urban China using a large nationally representative dataset. It is the first to gauge the relationship between homeownership and individual subjective wellbeing in the setting of China and is also among the few empirical studies concerning developing countries. The results show that the homeownership status does have a strong positive effect on both one’s housing satisfaction and overall happiness in urban China. Even after controlling for housing satisfaction in the equation, the homeownership status still positively affects one’s overall happiness, suggesting that the homeownership status might also contribute to other possible aspects of life satisfaction except for housing satisfaction. In addition, in terms of housing satisfaction, females seem to value much more on owning a house than males, while the subjective benefits of owing a house in large cities seem to be much smaller than in small cities.
