符号学视野下体育与少数民族的国家认同构建

体育与少数民族国家认同问题是一个重要的研究课题,学界目前主要就体育现象本身进行对比或论证少数民族国家认同,而缺乏符号学这一简约方法的深层次解读。国家认同是各种象征符号的集合。体育是一种天然的符号,具有丰富的文化象征含义。因而从符号学视野探究体育与少数民族国家认同具有重要的理论与现实意义。少数民族的国家认同核心是政治认同与文化认同,体育的物源符号化、自然寓意、伴随文本意义、元语言解读、共同记忆塑造功能,有力促进现代国家少数民族国家认同。认清体育符号的标出性历史反转趋势,采取适当宽幅的文化选择,加强体育元语言的解读,充分利用体育符号媒介作用,增强少数民族文化自觉与自信、强化中华“多元一体”认识,厘清国家政治边界,从而有力促进少数民族国家认同的构建。     

An elastic-net penalized expectile regression with applications

To perform variable selection in expectile regression, we introduce the elastic-net penalty into expectile regression and propose an elastic-net penalized expectile regression (ER-EN) model. We then adopt the semismooth Newton coordinate descent (SNCD) algorithm to solve the proposed ER-EN model in high-dimensional settings. The advantages of ER-EN model are illustrated via extensive Monte Carlo simulations. The numerical results show that the ER-EN model outperforms the elastic-net penalized least squares regression (LSR-EN), the elastic-net penalized Huber regression (HR-EN), the elastic-net penalized quantile regression (QR-EN) and conventional expectile regression (ER) in terms of variable selection and predictive ability, especially for asymmetric distributions. We also apply the ER-EN model to two real-world applications: relative location of CT slices on the axial axis and metabolism of tacrolimus (Tac) drug. Empirical results also demonstrate the superiority of the ER-EN model.     

Outlier detection and robust variable selection via the penalized weighted LAD-LASSO method

This paper studies the outlier detection and robust variable selection problem in the linear regression model. The penalized weighted least absolute deviation (PWLAD) regression estimation method and the adaptive least absolute shrinkage and selection operator (LASSO) are combined to simultaneously achieve outlier detection, and robust variable selection. An iterative algorithm is proposed to solve the proposed optimization problem. Monte Carlo studies are evaluated the finite-sample performance of the proposed methods. The results indicate that the finite sample performance of the proposed methods performs better than that of the existing methods when there are leverage points or outliers in the response variable or explanatory variables. Finally, we apply the proposed methodology to analyze two real datasets.     

绿色贸易壁垒对广西农产品出口的影响及其法律对策

随着关税等传统壁垒在国际贸易中作用的减弱,绿色贸易壁垒逐渐成为国际贸易中的主要保护措施。广西是一个经济欠发达地区,其农产品出口近年来遭受了绿色贸易壁垒的打击。广西应采取完善国际性的环境保护公约内容,完善国内的环境保护立法,积极推行ISO 14000国际系列标准,完善外商投资规则,加速绿色食品的生产,积极起诉明显带有歧视性的绿色贸易壁垒等法律对策。     

应用现代教育技术提高教育教学质量

现代教育技术朝着智能化、多媒化、网络化的方向发展,具有教学信息资源和信息渠道多元化、课堂教学开放化、教学手段智能化以及教学过程情景化等特点。而课堂教学现代化是提高教学质量的有效途径,通过合理应用现代教育技术手段,使教学效果达到最优化。     

Hard thresholding regression

In this paper, we propose the hard thresholding regression (HTR) for estimating high‐dimensional sparse linear regression models. HTR uses a two‐stage convex algorithm to approximate the ?₀‐penalized regression: The first stage calculates a coarse initial estimator, and the second stage identifies the oracle estimator by borrowing information from the first one. Theoretically, the HTR estimator achieves the strong oracle property over a wide range of regularization parameters. Numerical examples and a real data example lend further support to our proposed methodology.     

An omnibus two-sample test for ranked-set sampling data

We develop an omnibus two-sample test for ranked-set sampling (RSS) data. The test statistic is the conditional probability of seeing the observed sequence of ranks in the combined sample, given the observed sequences within the separate samples. We compare the test to existing tests under perfect rankings, finding that it can outperform existing tests in terms of power, particularly when the set size is large. The test does not maintain its level under imperfect rankings. However, one can create a permutation version of the test that is comparable in power to the basic test under perfect rankings and also maintains its level under imperfect rankings. Both tests extend naturally to judgment post-stratification, unbalanced RSS, and even RSS with multiple set sizes. Interestingly, the tests have no simple random sampling analog.     

论国有资本初始委托人缺位问题

在国有资本委托代理关系的两级体系中,初始委托人是全体公民。初始委托人缺位使得两级体系的链条处于"断裂"状态。国有企业改革的总体思路应当转变到第一级委托代理体系(从公民到政府的委托代理关系)的改革上,目标是让初始委托人到位,使两级体系的委托代理链趋于完整。     

程敏政“道一”论与阳明心学的形成

探究明朝中期王阳明心学思想的成因,是宋明理学研究的重要议题。阳明心学之源既有远承孟子和陆九渊的心学因素,也有同时代周边学者的商讨切磋之功。而作为王阳明的座主,程敏政以"道具于心"的"道一"思想,曾深刻地影响了王阳明学术的致思趋向,为心学的兴起导引先路,提供了契机。可以说,程敏政"道一"论是阳明心学形成的源头之一。     

论可持续发展视野下的环境教育立法

转变发展观、实施可持续发展战略离不开在全社会广泛、深入地开展环境教育.环境教育立法在环境教育的发展中起着关键性保障作用,世界上环境教育卓有成效的国家无一不从法律制度上明确了环境教育的目的、模式和实施机制.我国环境教育立法目前已具备了充足的理论依据和立法依据,应借鉴发达国家尤其是美国在环境教育立法方面的成功经验,确定政府主导、社会参与的环境教育模式,着手制定<中华人民共和国环境教育法>.
