我国省级地方政府预算细化与腐败的关联性研究

预算细化会改变现有预算参与方的利益,减少地方政府的寻租腐败空间,从源头上预防腐败.基于我国31个省级地方政府的面板数据,可对预算细化的反腐败效应进行实证检验.研究结果表明:财政透明度与腐败呈显著的正相关;非税收入占财政收入比例的回归系数值为负数且不显著;财政分权与腐败也呈负相关且不显著;公务员工资水平与腐败呈显著的正相关.由此可见,为了提升预算反腐的有效性,应落实全口径预算,将政府的所有收支纳入预算,规范化管理非税收入;并完善财政分权体制,赋予地方政府实质性的财权和事权;同时要健全与完善追究机制、晋升考核机制等相关制度.     

Network diversity,contact diversity,and status attainment

We propose that diversity in social relations measured by network diversity and cross-race/cross-gender contacts affords job seekers higher contact status that in turn brings better status attainment outcomes. Controlling for traditional strength of tie measures and other confounders, the empirical study confirms that (1) network diversity in race and gender are significantly associated with actual utilization of cross-race/cross-gender contacts in job search, (2) use of cross-race/cross-gender contacts is significantly related to higher contact status for nonwhite and female job seekers, but (3) contact status (activated social capital) partially provides jobs of higher SEI scores for white job seekers. Similarly, male job seekers obtain better jobs through female contacts, but the same does not apply to female job seekers. These findings show relative return deficits of social capital experienced by racial minorities and females even when they exert extra effort to obtain heterogeneous social relations and contacts.

同人二次创作是一种新兴的作品创作方式,其产物即为同人二次创作作品。由于对同人二次创作作品的原创性界定不明,这种新的作品类型始终游走在违法与侵权的边缘,既不利于产业的发展,也无法体现著作权法立法的本意。对同人二次创作作品的的独创性界定标准进行研究,试图从界定标准适用的意义、应当遵循的基本原则、界定标准的内容对同人二次创作作品的独创性标准进行界定,并加以规范。     

Assessment of modeling longitudinal binary data based on graphical methods

Longitudinal categorical data are commonly applied in a variety of fields and are frequently analyzed by generalized estimating equation (GEE) method. Prior to making further inference based on the GEE model, the assessment of model fit is crucial. Graphical techniques have long been in widespread use for assessing the model adequacy. We develop alternative graphical approaches utilizing plots of marginal model-checking condition and local mean deviance to assess the GEE model with logit link for longitudinal binary responses. The applications of the proposed procedures are illustrated through two longitudinal binary datasets.

摩天大楼成为近年来中国城市建设的重要特征。摩天大楼时代到来的同时，也带来了高楼建筑的社会问题，如安全问题、能原消耗问题、投资风险等。欧洲城市在建造高楼方面，保持了克制与理智的态度，欧洲国家纷纷制定各种法令限制摩天大楼的建设。作为河北省省会城市，2008年开始的“三年大变样”，使石家庄的城市建设步入摩天时代。2012年，石家庄市城乡规划局出台了《石家庄市城市风貌特色管理暂行规定》，石家庄将加强城市风貌特色管理，提高城市品位。人与高楼的和谐共融才是城市建筑存在的重要意义，如此，高楼大厦才会有灵魂，城市才会有未     

CEO–TMT exchange,TMT personality composition,and decision quality: The mediating role of TMT psychological empowerment

This research draws on the upper-echelons perspective to examine the effects of CEO–top management team (TMT) exchange quality and TMT personality composition on decision quality through the mediation of TMT psychological empowerment. Using survey data from more than 700 executives in 210 firms in a Middle Eastern country and adopting a split-data approach, we find that CEO–TMT exchange quality can advance TMT psychological empowerment. We also find that TMT neuroticism has a negative effect on TMT psychological empowerment, while TMT conscientiousness, extraversion, agreeableness, and openness have positive effects. Moreover, TMT psychological empowerment plays a mediating role in linking CEO–TMT exchange quality and TMT personality composition with decision quality. Our research contributes to the upper-echelons, leader–member exchange (LMX), and decision-making literature by drawing attention to the social dynamics between CEO and TMT members, as well as the psychological characteristics and psychological states of TMT members, and their implications for strategic decisions.     

《蝴蝶君》的个人主体性研究

对于华裔美国作家黄哲伦舞台剧《蝴蝶君》的讨论,普遍着重于后殖民与性别的相关议题。本文则以个人的主体性为主要关注,并肯定本剧实为一出浪漫悲剧。试图借由黑格尔对于浪漫精神的定义与解说,用以诠释加利马在剧中的幡然醒悟,尤其是最后以死明志,透过否定的否定,在其内在的和解,亦即在绝对的精神主体里肯定自身的存在价值,体现黑格尔所谓的浪漫精神。     

Local estimation for varying-coefficient models with longitudinal data

Varying-coefficient models are very useful for longitudinal data analysis. In this paper, we focus on varying-coefficient models for longitudinal data. We develop a new estimation procedure using Cholesky decomposition and profile least squares techniques. Asymptotic normality for the proposed estimators of varying-coefficient functions has been established. Monte Carlo simulation studies show excellent finite-sample performance. We illustrate our methods with a real data example.     

Complete moment convergence and Lr convergence for asymptotically almost negatively associated random variables

In this paper, we investigate the complete moment convergence and L_r convergence for maximal partial sums of asymptotically almost negatively associated random variables under some general conditions. The results obtained in the paper generalize some corresponding ones for negatively associated random variables.
