宗喀巴《密宗道次第广论》的哲学思想探析

宗喀巴指出,佛陀所创正法,唯在于“教”“证”两种,“教”是指佛教教理,“证”为修道中的证悟。宗喀巴《密宗道次第广论》具有鲜明的“教”与“证”相结合的特色。此著在“教”方面体现为本体论、佛性论、人生论、道德论、方法论等哲学思想,贯穿于《密宗道次第广论》的哲学主线是中观应成派一切诸法缘起性空论。通过灌顶、诵咒、观想及借助坛城、法器等修各种瑜伽,以亲证或体现这些哲学思想。诸如此类的哲学思想是《密宗道次第广论》所论述的各种修行实践的深刻内涵,而各种修行实践是其外在表现形式。     

新冠肺炎疫情下对完善快递末端配送体系建设的思考——以重庆市为例

自新冠肺炎疫情发生以来,快递业为应急救援物资和人民群众日常基本生活物资运输和寄递服务、畅通经济循环、满足民生需要等方面做出了重要贡献,为疫情防控提供了强有力的支撑;但同时也暴露出了一些问题,集中体现在末端配送体系不健全、末端收投不畅等方面。在对电子商务和快递业发展现状进行分析的基础上,对快递末端配送的主要模式和发展趋势进行了论述,结合重庆市的实际情况,分析了其末端配送存在的不足,并从公共服务平台搭建、智能化无接触式配送构建、乡村快递服务网络完善、快递员队伍建设等方面提出了对策建议,以助推重庆经济社会高质量发展。     

Parental stress and parenting in Chinese immigrant families: The mediating role of social support

As the population of Chinese immigrants has been growing rapidly in the United States, it has been understudied on the parenting behaviours as well as the roles parental stress and social support playing in parenting in this group. This study investigated whether parental stress was associated with parenting and whether this relationship was mediated by social support in a sample of 255 Chinese immigrant parents from the Survey of Asian American Families in New York City. Regression analyses with a rich array of control variables found that a higher level of parental stress and the presence of one or more stressors such as unemployment, low income, and low education were positively associated with the use of harsh discipline and parent–child conflicts and negatively associated with positive parenting practices. Social support functioned as a significant mediator in the relationships between parental stress and positive parenting practices but not in the relationships of parental stress with parent–child conflict or the use of harsh discipline.     

Racial/Ethnic Minority Community College Students' Critical Consciousness and Social Cognitive Career Outcomes

A need exists to better understand how racial/ethnic minority students' critical consciousness development in response to marginalization may be involved in their educational and career development. We therefore examined the link between critical consciousness development and career decision self-efficacy and career outcome expectations among racial/ethnic minority community college students. Following social cognitive career theory's conceptual pillars, we developed a testable model integrating critical consciousness and social cognitive variables. This model was tested with 135 racially and ethnically diverse community college students. Data analysis included path analyses and tests of model fit using structural equation modeling. Results suggested that (a) higher critical agency is linked to higher career decision self-efficacy and outcome expectations and (b) critical action and reflection have a bidirectional link and predict higher critical agency. Implications for research and practice aiming to close educational and career gaps among racial/ethnic minorities are discussed.

论我国国际私法的渊源结构--司法解释应成为我国国际私法的渊源

司法解释在我国调整涉外民事关系中扮演着重要的角色,但其作为国际私法渊源的地位却没有给予明确的肯定。无论从我国的实际和国际私法立法的特征来看,还是法律规则发展来看,司法解释应当成为我国国际私法的重要渊源,使其成为我国,国际私法渊源结构中的重要组成部分。     

"雄王"、"雒王"之"雄"、"雒"考辨——从南越"雄鸡"木简谈起

有学者认为,《旧唐书》等文献中的"雄王"是从《水经注》中的"雒王"讹变而来,这种认识是不正确的.本文通过文献学和语言学的分析,认为2005年初广州出土南越木简中"雄鸡"简反映的命名特点与交趾地区"厥气惟雄"的风俗不仅地域上同在南越国境内,而且时代相同,应有紧密联系.南越木简的发现表明,《旧唐书》等文献中"雄王"的写法是正确的.

人在脱离了动物界进入社会之后,在人的生物进化中止(基本中止)的地方,开始了人类更加迅速且不断加速的社会进化,实验手段、数学工具和与之相联系的物理想象力始终是人类社会进化的重要条件,它们为人的认识通向感官接触不到的领域开辟着无限深广的道路。科学认识的人类学特征在生物学意义上的不可超越性,决不意味着它在社会学意义上也是不可超越的,只是给这种超越加上了人类学的形式,和必须投影到人类实践平面上的要求。
