关键时刻:美国精英眼中的中国、美国与世界

世界转型的深入、中国崛起的效应与美国衰落的焦虑促使中美关系进入关键时刻,其走向考验着两国精英的智慧。与114名美国权威人士的战略对话表明,在如何看待美国、中国、中美关系与世界的未来问题上,美国精英的基本观点是:美国面临严峻的国内外挑战,为维系全球领导地位,美国进行大幅战略调整,以国内稳定发展和亚太主导地位为优先诉求,其战略重心从欧洲大西洋向亚洲太平洋倾斜,并将亚太战略的矛头指向中国,对华战略遏制成分加重。有鉴于此,中国应以长远眼光来审视和处理中美关系,具体包括:清醒认识中美实力差距,坚持和平发展道路;推动战略信任建设,努力消除误解和误判;清晰划定国家利益的底线,坚决维护核心利益,积极扩大共同利益;坚持求同存异原则,妥善处理分歧;注重文化软实力建设,强化对外文化交流机制;积极建立科学完备的中国国家战略体系,加强马克思主义战略理论体系建设。     

How companies cultivate relationships with publics on social network sites: Evidence from China and the United States

This study advances our understanding of relationship cultivation on social media from a cross-cultural perspective. We examined how companies use popular social network sites (SNSs) to facilitate dialogues with publics in two culturally distinct countries: China and the United States. We employed a content analysis of 50 corporate pages with 500 corporate posts and 500 user posts from each country. Overall, companies in both countries have recognized the importance of SNSs in relationship development and employed the appropriate online strategies (disclosure, information dissemination, and interactivity and involvement), but the specific tactics vary across the two markets. Furthermore, cultural differences among the types of corporate posts and public posts on SNSs indicate that culture plays a significant role in shaping the dialogue between organizations and publics in different countries. Implications for corporate relationship management practice in the global market in the digital era are discussed.

<三国演义>"拥刘反曹"的倾向性描写,使一般读者往往以为曹魏一切都在诸葛亮谋算中,曹操伎俩用尽,仍不免被愚弄得可怜而且可笑.其实,这是被作者瞒蔽了.<三国演义>中真正的强者是曹操,三家中一直居战略优势地位的是魏国.曹操不仅乘汉室之危,移都许昌,抢先得"挟天子以令诸侯"的政治优势,而且后期以至其子曾丕称帝后,也与昊国一样,深明"三分天下,鼎足而居,其势莫敢先动"之机,动必联吴,持守待变,总能在诸葛亮的进攻面前保持不败的优势,并为后来晋室统一奠定了基础.这可以说是现实主义在<三国演义>这部有强烈政治倾向性与理想色彩的书中的胜利,由此可以更加深悟小说创作与生活之错综复杂的关系.     

《三国志通俗演义》作者罗贯中为元人及原本管窥——试说庸愚子《序》的考据价值

庸愚子蒋大器《序》是今见研究罗贯中《三国志通俗演义》的第一篇重要文献.其说“前代尝以野史作为评话”云云证明《演义》作者罗贯中为元人；其说“读《书例》曰”云云证明原本有《书例》,数句即《书例》佚文；《演义》原本正名即《三国志通俗演义》；蒋序本《演义》叙事“自汉灵帝中平元年”即公元184年起,嘉靖壬午本《演义》“却说中平元年甲子岁”云云以前千余文字实非蒋序本所有,而是蒋序本《演义》以后,也许就是嘉靖壬午刊本新增的.     

Stein-type estimation in logistic regression models based on minimum ϕ-divergence estimators

In this paper we present a study of Stein-type estimators for the unknown parameters in logistic regression models when it is suspected that the parameters may be restricted to a subspace of the parameter space. The Stein-type estimators studied are based on the minimum phi-divergence estimator instead on the maximum likelihood estimator as well as on phi-divergence test statistics.

Order-restricted Dose-related Trend Phi-divergence Tests for Generalized Linear Models

In this paper a new family of test statistics is presented for testing the independence between the binary response Y and an ordered categorical explanatory variable X (doses) against the alternative hypothesis of an increase dose-response relationship between a response variable Y and X (doses). The properties of these test statistics are studied. This new family of test statistics is based on the family of φ-divergence measures and contains as a particular case the likelihood ratio test. We pay special attention to the family of test statistics associated with the power divergence family. A simulation study is included in order to analyze the behavior of the power divergence family of test statistics.
