国内外公共突发事件应对研究述评

本文分别回顾了中外有关社会公共突发事件应急和企业危机管理的研究过程,从纷繁的研究文献中概括了有关突发事件应急的研究框架,认为对突发事件应急的研究可以归纳为静态系统和动态过程两个方面。近十几年来的研究重点主要放在了动态过程的研究上,而对静态系统的研究相对比较薄弱。     

江苏省基层医务人员工作压力研究

对905名基层医务人员进行问卷调查,了解基层医务人员工作压力情况及其影响因素,为建立适合基层卫生机构的良性人才发展机制提供依据。基层医务人员整体工作压力得分为56.54分;单因素方差分析显示,不同性别、年龄、婚姻状况、学历、职称、机构类型、工作量、工作年数、受患者尊重程度和社会地位的医务人员工作压力得分差异具有统计学意义;多元线性回归分析结果显示,社会地位、工作量、工作年数、受患者尊重程度、最高学历和性别对基层医务人员工作压力的影响具有统计学意义。需要着重关注乡镇卫生院医生的工作压力情况,重点应放在提升基层医务人员社会地位、及时关注中坚力量等方面,从而减轻其工作压力,提高工作积极性。     

圣地、盟约与杀戮——五台山皇权与佛教关系的民族学考察

本文利用田野资料,结合历史文献,通过对五台山特有的仪式神话作出人类学分析,厘清了皇权的特有结构以及其沿自身逻辑所展开的与佛教关系的复杂面向,通过与坦巴雅的"转轮王模式"进行理论对话,对过去相关研究中普遍存在的转轮王概念在中国的适用性提出质疑。本文旨在证明,佛教始终是基于皇权所规定的祭主/祭司关系而被纳入整体结构的,五台山及文殊信仰是传统国家宗教面向的整体表达,而其中封建原则的运行是理解边疆意识形态的多元性与国家整体之关系的关键所在。     

撬动社会资源： 公益创投评估与SROI实证应用

公益创投项目撬动了社会善的力量,为完善政府与社会协作机制提供了经验,但政府在项目考核时缺乏客观完善的评价指标。由“外来务工人员和困难家庭子女帮教助学项目”和“‘折翼天使’圆梦项目”的具体分析可知,社会投资回报(SROI)分析方法不仅有利于衡量公益创投项目的可持续发展能力,还有利于政府通过绩效评估更加深入地了解弱势群体的实际需要,并据此完善相关工作。基于公益创投项目的运作情况,组织背景、项目目标、受助群体弱势程度的不同都可能影响到项目运行的绩效结果,政府应在现有评价指标中加入对投资回报的测算,并通过公益创投分析项目属性,进行针对性帮扶,同时加强对公益创投项目的过程监测以及基础数据库建设,实现社会资源效用的最大化。     

A class of partially linear transformation models for recurrent gap times

In this article, we propose a general class of partially linear transformation models for recurrent gap time data, which extends the linear transformation models by incorporating non linear covariate effects and includes the partially linear proportional hazards and the partially linear proportional odds models as special cases. Both global and local estimating equations are developed to estimate the parametric and non parametric covariate effects, and the asymptotic properties of the resulting estimators are established. The finite-sample behavior of the proposed estimators is evaluated through simulation studies, and an application to a clinic study on chronic granulomatous disease is provided.     

Passion for a Leisure Activity,Presence of Meaning,and Search for Meaning: The Mediating Role of Emotion

The purpose of this research was to investigate the role of having a passion for a leisure activity on the presence of meaning and the search for meaning in college students’ lives. A path analysis of the results from 322 Chinese university students showed that positive emotions experienced during leisure activities partially mediated the relationship between harmonious passion and the presence of meaning. Negative emotion fully mediated obsessive passion and the presence of meaning as well as obsessive passion and the search for meaning. Obsessive passion was not associated with positive emotion. Implications for the dualistic model of passion, the presence of meaning, and the search for meaning in college students are discussed.     

A New Feature Selection Method for Text Categorization of Customer Reviews

With the rapid development of e-commerce, online consumer review plays an increasingly important role in consumers’ purchase decisions. Most research papers use the quantitative measures of consumer reviews for statistical analysis. Here we focus on analyzing the texts of customer reviews with text mining tools. We propose a new feature selection method called maximizing the difference. Various classification methods such as boosting, random forest and SVM are used to test the performance of the new method along with different evaluation criteria. Both simulation and empirical results show that it improves the effectiveness of the classifier over the existing methods.     

“粉色浪潮”——拉丁美洲左翼政党的兴衰

上个世纪末,在国际局势变化、"第三波民主化浪潮"以及外生经济冲击等因素的综合作用下,许多拉美国家的左翼政党掌握了政权,迎来了被称作"粉色浪潮"的左翼运动高潮。然而,近两年来,由于经济不景气和左翼政党任期内的政策失误与腐败等问题,拉美主要国家的左翼执政党正面临一场严重的危机,可能导致"粉色浪潮"的消退。由于中国在拉美有大量的投资和贷款,"粉色浪潮"的消退可能导致中国的经济利益严重受损,亟需调整经济与外交政策予以应对。
