祠堂,旧时又称"祠庙"或"家庙",广义的"祠庙"不仅仅指"家祠",还包括祭祀自然神祗的建筑类型(如后土祠、城隍庙等)和追缅先贤的建筑类型(如文庙、关帝庙等).祠庙建筑是中国古代礼制建筑的重要内容之一,有着独特的文化内涵和艺术境界.天津现存的古代祠庙是当时天津地方经济发展和技术水平的见证,是地区民俗文化的重要载体.     

跨国公司行为及其治理结构的影响因素分析——一个"8S"的研究框架

对跨国公司治理结构的研究是我国改革开放走向新阶段的需要.从主流的跨国公司行为理论出发,结合跨国公司的发展阶段,构建"8S"模型作为对跨国公司治理结构分析的一般框架,并对这些影响因素及其作用机理进行分析对我国跨国公司的成长具有重要的借鉴意义.     

浅论我国民事诉讼中证据的证明力

证据的证明力在法官依据证据对案件作出裁判时发挥着举足轻重的作用。我国关于证据证明力的有关规定，也有不足之处，需要加以完善。要从判断规定的选择，提高法官素质和证据能力的规定等方面完善我国民事诉讼中的证据证明力。     

"跨文化历史语境"与当今中国文化言说者的基本立场

自鸦片战争以来,中国文化发展一直摇摆于"中体西用论"和"全盘西化论"之间,其间精神上的痛苦和迷失难以言表.如何才能摆脱这种困境呢?只有彻底清理出鸦片战争之后中国文化发展所置身其中的话语场所以及该话语场所的基本面,方能从根底上指出中国文化发展的归路.本文通过20世纪中国文化发展中的三个个案分析,揭示出中国现代文化发展的话语场所就是"跨文化历史语境".因此,摆脱"轴心话语"而走向"跨文化语境",接受"跨文化历史语境"的重新解释、重新编码和重新配置的结构力量,才能对传统和未来命运作出有效规定.     

亲亲相隐:社会组织项目制何以形成“共谋链”——基于M社会工作机构的观察

政府购买社会组织服务会出现执行偏差现象为既有研究所揭示,但相关行动主体之间何以形成“共谋链”现象?本文通过M社会工作机构执行政府购买的社会服务案例,试图揭示社会组织与属地政府、内部员工以及居民在项目实践中通过“目标替代”形成“共谋链”的社会机制。在项目执行过程中,机构通过政府背书来获得稳定的项目资源和生存空间,维护项目发包的委托—代理关系;与社会工作者形成专业建制,完成项目指标,应对委托方的项目验收;通过人情、礼品邀约社区居民完成服务材料,应对项目评估。属地政府的默许与社区居民的支持,使得该“共谋链”成为一种稳定存在的行为模式。研究发现,对政府购买服务的强资源依赖和专业化滞后下市场造血能力不足是社会组织项目制出现共谋的结构性诱因,政府购买服务支持社会组织培育和发展应通过更为规范化、专业化、市场化的方式进行。     

诏敕入令与唐令复原——以《天圣令》为切入点

在对《天圣令》的整理研究中,与令文相关的诏敕发挥了重要的作用。借助诏敕与《天圣令》内容比对研究,判定复原文字和令文形成的时间;就诸多"著于令"的记载,与《天圣令》中现存令文之间关系的分析,能够说明敕文纳入令典的过程以及不同时期制度的变化更替,进而爬梳唐后期刊著活动的点滴记录,以期反映令典编定的延续和变化。     

Trends in Mortality Decrease and Economic Growth

The vast literature on extrapolative stochastic mortality models focuses mainly on the extrapolation of past mortality trends and summarizes the trends by one or more latent factors. However, the interpretation of these trends is typically not very clear. On the other hand, explanation methods are trying to link mortality dynamics with observable factors. This serves as an intermediate step between the two methods. We perform a comprehensive analysis on the relationship between the latent trend in mortality dynamics and the trend in economic growth represented by gross domestic product (GDP). Subsequently, the Lee-Carter framework is extended through the introduction of GDP as an additional factor next to the latent factor, which provides a better fit and better interpretable forecasts.     

Simultaneous estimation and inference for multiple response variables

Multivariate data arise frequently in biomedical and health studies where multiple response variables are collected across subjects. Unlike a univariate procedure fitting each response separately, a multivariate regression model provides a unique opportunity in studying the joint evolution of various response variables. In this paper, we propose two estimation procedures that improve estimation efficiency for the regression parameter by accommodating correlations among the response variables. The proposed procedures do not require knowledge of the true correlation structure nor does it estimate the parameters associated with the correlation. Theoretical and simulation results confirm that the proposed estimators are more efficient than the one obtained from the univariate approach. We further propose simple and powerful inference procedures for a goodness-of-fit test that possess the chi-squared asymptotic properties. Extensive simulation studies suggest that the proposed tests are more powerful than the Wald test based on the univariate procedure. The proposed methods are also illustrated through the mother’s stress and children’s morbidity study.
