山西省女大学生就业力的现状及对策

随着高等教育制度的改革和社会的不断发展，女大学生人数也逐年增加，越来越多的女大学生毕业后找到工作，为社会发展贡献着自己的力量。然而，目前我国女大学生在就业中则呈现“弱势”。这既有高等教育的问题，也有传统社会环境的因素，还有女大学生自身的问题。提升我省女大学生就业力水平，需要建立政府、高校、用人单位紧密配合、整体推动的就业体系。

2012年6月8日,历史文化名城镇江隆重举行赛珍珠诞辰120周年纪念活动暨赛珍珠国际学术研讨会,纪念这位中国人民的朋友.在这次研讨会上,大量赛珍珠研究的新方法、新思路以及新生力量呈现出来,研究思路较以前有很大拓宽,不仅仅局限在传统的文学研究领域,研究重点从对赛珍珠作品的研究转向多个方面.     

新型现代农业技术推广困境的话语分析——以水稻强化栽培体系（SRI）在四川省Y村的推广为例

文章从水稻强化栽培体系在四川省Y村推广初期取得良好效果之后未能得到可持续应用的现象出发,以SRI为例分析了导致新型现代农业技术话语弱化的因素及其对新型现代农业技术推广和应用产生的不利影响.研究发现,推广主体权力的弱化和农户对知识体系的模糊性认识导致新型现代农业技术无法建构起有效的话语,而农民在考虑到技术“比较效益”之后选择的外出务工和“消遣经济”的道路,则进一步弱化了新型现代农业技术话语,同时,也对我国农业经济的发展和进步造成了严重影响.     

Estimating survival curves with left truncated and interval censored data via the ems algorithm

It is well-known that the nonparametric maximum likelihood estimator (NPMLE) of a survival function may severely underestimate the survival probabilities at very early times for left truncated data. This problem might be overcome by instead computing a smoothed nonparametric estimator (SNE) via the EMS algorithm. The close connection between the SNE and the maximum penalized likelihood estimator is also established. Extensive Monte Carlo simulations demonstrate the superior performance of the SNE over that of the NPMLE, in terms of either bias or variance, even for moderately large Samples. The methodology is illustrated with an application to the Massachusetts Health Care Panel Study dataset to estimate the probability of being functionally independent for non-poor male and female groups rcspectively.     

The sociolinguistics of exogamy: Dialect acquisition in a Zhuang village

Adult dialect acquisition is typically studied in relatively idiosyncratic situations where adults happen to move to another community. But how does dialect acquisition play out in indigenous minority societies that have systemic adult migration due to exogamy? Do the in‐married spouses acquire the local variety? Why or why not? How much do they acquire? We investigated an indigenous Zhuang community in southern China. Sociophonetic analyses of in‐married women and local villagers show that the in‐married women acquired the local variety in most respects but not in aspirated consonants. To the limits of their phonological ability as adult learners, the wives followed the local sociolinguistic norm: they acquired the husbands’ variety. By contrast, in societies experiencing greater external cross‐cultural contact, exogamous women sometimes use their liminal status to challenge such gendered sociolinguistic expectations. Comparing the present study with outcomes in different societies, we lay the foundation for a typology of the sociolinguistics of exogamy. In this way, we help expand the study of language and gender toward new horizons and under‐represented social settings.     

日本住房保障及市场调控政策分析

日本战后经济逐渐恢复并高速发展，也曾经经历过住房的紧缺等现在我们中国面，临的状况。本文阐述了日本的住房建设和消费模式，认真分析了日本的住房保障体系和住房市场调控管理措施，在此基础上提出了对中国当前的住房问题的一些启示。     

垂直管内汽－液两相间传质及界面对冷凝过程的影响

本文根据冷凝的控制方程和相应的边界条件，得到了传质及界面对冷凝过程影响的解析解，并对影响冷凝过程的机制和主要因素，如表征蒸汽及界面速度的因子Ｂ、表征由传质引起动量传递的因子φ以及反映传质及界面综合作用的因子ω分别进行了讨论．结果表明，传质及界面对冷凝过程有明显的影响，本文解与努塞尔解有显著差别．
