十八大以来习近平青年工作思想及其意义

党的十八大以来,习近平青年工作思想是在继承和发展马克思列宁主义青年工作思想、中国共产党高度重视青年工作优良传统的基础上,回应新时代青年工作不断发展创新的现实需要而提出的。这一思想强调青年理想信念教育、本领学识培养、成长成才服务和青年组织深化改革,实现了中国共产党青年工作思想的与时俱进,进一步推动了我国青年组织的优化升级,为广大青年的健康成长提供了正确指引。     

新时代背景下幼儿教师对问题儿童接纳态度的探讨分析

学前教育是基础教育中的重中之重,幼儿教育中的问题儿童是幼儿园教育过程不可避免和忽视的一个特殊群体,而幼儿教师对问题儿童的接纳态度是其进行其他教学活动的重要因素。本研究试图通过分析西藏自治区拉萨市幼儿教师队伍的构成状况、幼儿教师目前薪资水平、社会地位这三个因素,探讨其对问题儿童接纳态度的影响,并提出相关对策与建议。     

Tolerance of Uncertainty: Links to Happenstance,Career Decision Self‐Efficacy,and Career Satisfaction

This study investigated the extent to which tolerance of uncertainty affects the relationship between happenstance skills and career satisfaction via career decision self‐efficacy. Moderated mediation analysis was conducted on data collected from 321 graduates (175 men, 146 women) of Korean universities making the school‐to‐work transition. Results showed that career decision self‐efficacy fully mediated the relationship between happenstance skills and career satisfaction. Furthermore, the moderation effect of tolerance of uncertainty had a significant impact on the relationship between happenstance skills and career decision self‐efficacy. Tolerance of uncertainty should be considered an important variable in happenstance career theory and intervention. Unplanned influences should also be considered important factors in the career decision‐making process.     

Assessing Risk‐Based Upper Limits of Melamine Migration from Food Containers

Melamine contamination of food has become a major food safety issue because of incidents of infant disease caused by exposure to this chemical. This study was aimed at establishing a safety limit in Taiwan for the degree of melamine migration from food containers. Health risk assessment was performed for three exposure groups (preschool children, individuals who dine out, and elderly residents of nursing homes). Selected values of tolerable daily intake (TDI) for melamine were used to calculate the reference migration concentration limit (RMCL) or reference specific migration limit (RSML) for melamine food containers. The only existing values of these limits for international standards today are 1.2 mg/L (0.2 mg/dm²) in China and 30 mg/L (5 mg/dm²) in the European Union. The factors used in the calculations included the specific surface area of food containers, daily food consumption rate, body weight, TDI, and the percentile of the population protected at a given migration concentration limit (MCL). The results indicate that children are indeed at higher risk of melamine exposure at toxic levels than are other groups and that the 95th percentile of MCL (specific surface area = 5) for children aged 1–6 years should be the RMCL (0.07 mg/dm²) for protecting the sensitive and general population.     

文艺复兴和宗教改革视域下的欧洲社会转型

在社会转型理论的视域下,社会转型的过程实质上就是其实现现代化的进程。文艺复兴和宗教改革宣告了中世纪神学统治时代的终结,成为欧洲社会转型的进发号和西方世界现代化的肇始点。通过文艺复兴和宗教改革,世俗社会和宗教世界由后者独大实现了二元融合,促进了资本主义萌芽的发展、近代民族国家和现代政治形态的形成、文艺事业的复兴繁荣和信仰世界的内在旨归,从而深远地导引着欧洲社会的经济发展、政治走向、文化选择和价值重构,全方位奠定了西方现代文明的基础性格局。     

中央企业竞争力提升与重组策略选择

中央企业重组作为国有经济改革的重要环节,其中一个重要的目的在于提升企业竞争力。文章从企业核心竞争力及动态能力理论出发,创新性地分析了二者与中央企业重组策略选择的内在机理,从重组模式、资源整合、技术革新、制度构建及外部环境优化等方面对中央企业竞争力提升与重组策略选择进行探讨,促使中央企业通过重组获得持续发展能力,最终提升国际竞争力,实现国有资产保值增值。     

中国英语专业大学生汉英口译逻辑显化研究——基于PACCEL语料库分析

基于PACCEL语料库分析了中国英语专业大学生在汉英口译过程中的逻辑显化现象。通过对汉英口译过程中逻辑连接词使用的数量和频数进行统计分析,研究结果表明:(1)在汉英口译过程中,逻辑关系连接词的使用频繁在很大程度上影响了语句关系的显化程度;(2)汉英口译逻辑显化的主要原因在于汉英两种语言形式化程度的不同、形合与意合的差异以及口译自身的典型特征。     

场域视野下社区工作的主体建构

社区在一定意义上就是一个场域,社区工作展现着两个分别体现各自场域的主体人群即社会工作者和社区居民之间的相互影响。社区工作中确定谁是场域主体,有助于社会工作者对自身角色的定位及对社区工作不同阶段策略和方法的把握。社区工作准备阶段,侧重于社区居民的主体场域;社区工作预估与服务策划方案制定阶段,侧重于社区工作者的主体场域;社区工作服务策划方案执行阶段,是社区工作者场域与社区居民场域互为主体;社区工作评估阶段,则侧重于社区居民的主体场域。     

Why do participants in voluntary organizations leave? Exploring the relationship between value congruence and length of stay

Recognizing the importance of values and the specific characteristics of participants and situations in voluntary organizations, we examine how value congruence—the fit or compatibility of values between participants and the organization, or among participants—interacts with personal and situational factors to predict participants' length of stay in their organizations. Introducing the case of a voluntary organization that offers shared housing, we measure value congruence through textual similarity in the self‐introduction documents of 49 participants and the organization's mission statement. This approach differs from the self‐reported measures based on participants' perceptions or recalled interactions used in previous studies. In line with expectation‐disconfirmation theory, participants with the strongest beliefs in organizational values had shorter lengths of stay. The amount of intraorganizational communication also moderated the relationship between value congruence and length of stay. This study provides theoretical and methodological implications for nonprofit management by considering personal and situational factors and evaluating value congruence by textual similarity.
