中共三代领导集体国防教育思想的历史探索

研究表明，中国共产党的三代领导集体对国防教育都很重 视，特别是在和平建设年代，中共领导人能随着国际国内形势的变化而适时调整其国防教育 思想的主要内容，从而使党的国防教育思想更趋成熟，向科学化、系统化、制度化迈进。     

我校医学影像专业实施素质教育的实践与探索

三峡大学医学院开办医学影像专业有 16年历史 ,经历了从专科向本科转型过度。在素质教育和创新意识培养方面经过了多年的探索实践。大专层次的教育为社会培养了一批临床应用型专业人才 ,缓解了市场需求的压力 ,但部分学生客观上存在着知识面较窄小 ,缺乏后劲的问题。实施本科教育全面提高学生的综合素质需要在多方面下工夫 :转变教育思想 ,更新教育观念 ;转变培养模式 ;优化组合构建新的课程体系 ;强化科研 ,以科研促教学 ;通才教育与专才教育并举。探索本科生素质教育 6年 ,取得了可喜成绩 ,积累了一些经验     

A Bayesian Adjustment for Covariate Misclassification with Correlated Binary Outcome Data

Estimated associations between an outcome variable and misclassified covariates tend to be biased when the methods of estimation that ignore the classification error are applied. Available methods to account for misclassification often require the use of a validation sample (i.e. a gold standard). In practice, however, such a gold standard may be unavailable or impractical. We propose a Bayesian approach to adjust for misclassification in a binary covariate in the random effect logistic model when a gold standard is not available. This Markov Chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) approach uses two imperfect measures of a dichotomous exposure under the assumptions of conditional independence and non-differential misclassification. A simulated numerical example and a real clinical example are given to illustrate the proposed approach. Our results suggest that the estimated log odds of inpatient care and the corresponding standard deviation are much larger in our proposed method compared with the models ignoring misclassification. Ignoring misclassification produces downwardly biased estimates and underestimate uncertainty.     

基于PCI总线的DMA高速数据传输系统

提出了基于PCI总线接口技术实现DMA数据传输系统的通用设计方法。该方法应用于雷达接收机综合测试仪,当雷达接收机工作时,采用DMA方式的数据传输速率可以稳定地达到70MB/s,能够有效地采集并保存雷达各种参数,供主机快速进行雷达故障分析与判断。还重点介绍了数据传输系统中基于PCI总线的接口电路设计及基于WDM的PCIDMA驱动程序的开发。     

侵权诉讼的膨胀及对策

侵权纠纷是民事诉讼机制解决的主要对象。随着社会的发展,侵权案件逐渐增多,过量的侵权诉讼会带来很多不良后果,不仅是对法律制度本身的损害,更对经济发展产生严重的负面影响。要解决侵权诉讼的膨胀问题,必须找到控制侵权诉讼的正确途径。     

说一切有部的弥勒观

学界一般认为古代龟兹是小乘说一切有部文化中心,克孜尔中心柱窟图像构成是小乘僧人一佛一菩萨(弥勒)崇拜的反映.本文探讨了说一切有部对弥勒菩萨的态度.从与说一切有部相关的典籍中检索出有关弥勒的文献并进行分析,最后发现这个部派其实反对弥勒崇拜,这使我们重新审视传统理论的两个方面--克孜尔石窟的教派属性,以及弥勒菩萨的图像志.     

浅析高校普通话水平测试工作的科学化管理

高校普通话水平测试（PSC）工作的科学化管理能够保证测试质量、完成高水平测试工作，同时可以营造良好的学校语言文字氛围和推广及普及普通话。针对目前高校在PSC管理方面存在的问题，本文提出了制定健全的管理制度、实现普通话测试管理的科学化与信息化、积极探索现代化的普通话测试手段、加强对普通话测试员队伍的综合管理以及普通话测试的检查督导工作等措施。通过这几方面的措施确保PSC工作走向制度化、规范化、科学化。     

普芬道夫法哲学思想论析

赛缪尔·普芬道夫是17世纪德国法哲学的开创者,是近代世界范围内最杰出的自然法学思想家.普芬道夫对法学的贡献主要表现在他对自然法的捍卫上,作为古典自然法学派在德国的主要代表,其著作中处处充满着自然法思想,尤其是契约论思想更是影响深远.在自然法学说方面,普芬道夫的思想联结着格老秀斯和霍布斯.与其他古典自然法思想家不同,他特别重视对义务的研究.     

Backfitting Random Varying-Coefficient Models with Time-Dependent Smoothing Covariates

Abstract.  In this paper, we propose a random varying-coefficient model for longitudinal data. This model is different from the standard varying-coefficient model in the sense that the time-varying coefficients are assumed to be subject-specific, and can be considered as realizations of stochastic processes. This modelling strategy allows us to employ powerful mixed-effects modelling techniques to efficiently incorporate the within-subject and between-subject variations in the estimators of time-varying coefficients. Thus, the subject-specific feature of longitudinal data is effectively considered in the proposed model. A backfitting algorithm is proposed to estimate the coefficient functions. Simulation studies show that the proposed estimation methods are more efficient in finite-sample performance compared with the standard local least squares method. An application to an AIDS clinical study is presented to illustrate the proposed methodologies.
