Can We Perceive Near Miss? An Empirical Study

Near misses are a special kind of reinforcement which increases one’s desire to play. The aim of this paper is to examine the perception of near misses in normal population. We used a slot machine simulation running on a PC, where participants had to play four rounds with different near miss ratios (0, 15, 30 and 45%). Our sample consisted of 159 individuals with mean age of 22.8 and with no or little gambling experience. For data analysis we used chi-squared goodness-of-fit test and exact binomial test. Despite the fact, that there was a notable effect of near misses results showed that the subjects could not perceive trials of them.     

合法性悖论:淘宝村民间团体的生存困境

大量淘宝网商在农村集聚,新兴"淘宝村"成为农村转型发展的模式之一,随之带来的是村内代表行业共同利益的民间团体不断涌现,这类新生团体的合法性建构及其面临的困境引人关注。一方面,自下而上发育的民间团体具有公众合法性能达致正常运转,却因无法获得体制合法性而陷入生存困境;另一方面,民间团体在获得体制合法性后却没有如预期般长期享受发展优势,反而动摇了先前的公众合法性,进入体制铁牢笼,同样也陷入生存困境,由此造成"合法性悖论"。公众合法性与体制合法性的冲突造成的"合法性悖论",反映了政府"体制控制"过强而民间团体自身对两类合法性的定位模糊,同时也体现了在市场转型日渐深入的背景下所凸显的"国家"与"社会"的矛盾。淘宝村社会组织的发展与"淘宝村"的未来前景息息相关,如何破解"合法性悖论",在当前背景下发挥民间团体的活力,其路径选择和发展模式也为社会治理提出了新的问题。     

Impact of physical activity and sedentary behaviour on fall risks in older people: a systematic review and meta-analysis of observational studies

The objective of this work was to summarise and evaluate the evidence showing that physical activity is a protector factor as regards falls in older people. Relevant studies were identified through a systematic search in the MEDLINE and Cochrane Library, under the keywords of accidental fall/numerical data and risk factors, and with the bibliographies of retrieved papers. The combined odds ratio (OR) [95% confidence interval] for physical activity was 0.75 [0.64, 0.88] with moderate heterogeneity (I ²?=?33%). For fall injury, it was 0.59 [0.47, 0.74] and, for falls in general, it rose to 0.94 [0.76, 1.17] with nil heterogeneity. The combined OR for sedentary factors was 1.14 [1.10, 1.82] with moderate heterogeneity (I ²?=?36%). Regular physical activity in daily life yields significant reduction in falls in older people, especially falls with injuries.     

残疾人创业的信任环境重构——基于团队特征的视角

推动残疾人成功创业已成为各国促进残疾人就业率提升的一个有效手段,但创业成功并非易事,残疾人创业所面临的信息沟通不畅、信任环境缺失等问题直接影响创业的成功率。本文通过构建相关变量的有调节效应的回归模型,深入探讨了影响残疾人创业的情景因素,研究结果显示,残疾人创业团队的外部信任环境重构和创业团队自信心的建立对创业成功有显著的正向影响。     

Chinese youth performing identities and navigating belonging online

This paper examines the experiences of belonging of young Chinese internet users through an analysis of their online identity practices. Drawing on a qualitative research project about online citizenship practices of 31 young Chinese citizens from mainland China, I explore their experiences of belonging on two online platforms (Weibo and WeChat) and the identities formed and sustained through these experiences. The results show that young people experience different senses of belonging in different social media spaces. Their strategies in navigating these experiences are informed by (a) their perceptions of online spaces as private or public, and (b) using online identity performance as a supplement to or escape from identities in physical life. I argue that young Chinese internet users experience different senses of belonging by flexibly appropriating the affordances of social media platforms for communication and networking; these senses of belonging play a key role in forming and sustaining their identities, and are crucial for their wellbeing.

近些年随着电子游戏的发展,游戏艺术的文学性日益突出,尤其是纯情节类RPG游戏,其文学性主要体现在三个方面:情节是游戏文学性和艺术性的主体部分,也是玩家最不能脱离的游戏基因。游戏画面和背景配音起辅助作用。游戏的世界观构成了玩家对待RPG的基本审美态度,是游戏审美的核心元素。

中亚哈萨克斯坦超级总统制是冷战后中亚民主化进程的产物,它的形成和发展与哈萨克斯坦的经济社会等诸多因素有很大关系。哈萨克斯坦超级总统制走过建构、发展、确立三个阶段,哈萨克斯坦超级总统制模式不仅具有简单效仿西方国家政治制度的主观性,而且呈现制度所赖以生存的客观必然性、总统制权力根基的广泛性、总统制权力属性的非对称性等特质。当然,鉴于哈萨克斯坦的政治、经济、社会等影响,使得哈萨克斯坦超级总统制存在不确定性,严重影响了哈萨克斯坦超级总统制的发展。     

Introvision in der Arbeitsvermittlung für Fallmanager und Arbeitslose

In the context of a pilot study the effects of the educational-psychological intervention Introvision were tested with older long-term unemployed people. The project was accomplished in the time by 1.4.2010 to 31.12.2010 in co-operation between ARGE Paderborn and the research group Introvision. In the context of the project 16 employees of ARGE Paderborn participated in an advanced training to Introvision, 31 customers of ARGE Paderborn began a coaching to get introduction in Introvision and 20 have also finished. Nine customers decided to participate five individual coachings. The results show, that the offers have a high individual use for the participants. To the central changes belong improved handling of stress, decrease of social isolation, improved (self-) perception as well as a higher self-confidence and a more open co-operation between customers and employees of ARGE Paderborn. Besides four participation began a job on the first labour market and two could be connected to a honorary activity.
