竞争力来自特色经济和特色文化，并以地区和城市的各项优势为依托。江苏和南京有较好基础，又有某些弱点和不足。增强综合竞争力，应当在物质文明、政治文明、精神文明的建设上不断创新，并把这三种竞争力整合好。     

论习惯

习惯本身不是法律,而是法律的一个渊源。如果法官发现某一规则在人类交往活动中被整个社会或社会的一部分普遍遵守,那么,法官就会把它作为一条规则确定下来。习惯不是意见,而是实践,是相同条件下人们行为的一律性。人们一般认为,习惯早于法官的判决,后者不过是表述前者而已,然而,这并没有多少依据。习惯经常产生于法官的判决。     

Group Incentives and Performance: A Study of Spontaneous Goal Setting, Goal Choice and Commitment

Building on previous results at the individual level, this study tested the differential effects of three forms of group incentives on aspects of group goal setting, and group performance. Relationships among group incentives, spontaneous goal setting, chosen group goal level, goal commitment, and group performance were examined. Results indicate that placing pay at risk increased the level of spontaneous group goal setting. Also, groups with the most pay at risk chose higher goals. For these groups, chosen group goal level mediated the group incentives-group performance relationship.     

Recruitment on the Net: How Do Organizational Web Site Characteristics Influence Applicant Attraction?

The use of organizational web sites for recruitment has become increasingly common. Despite their widespread growth, however, little is known about how these web sites influence recruitment outcomes. In the current paper, we present a model that explicates how job seekers interact with and respond to web site characteristics to predict various job seeker attitudes and behaviors. We suggest that job seekers are initially affected by the facade of a web site, comprised of the web site’s aesthetic and playfulness features. Coupled with system features of the web site, these initial affective reactions then influence perceptions of the usability of the web site. Perceptions of usability and affective reactions work through two key mediating constructs, job seeker search behavior and web site attitude, to ultimately predict applicant attraction. Throughout the paper we present a series of testable propositions that should serve to guide future research.     

日本的东洋史研究

日本的东洋史研究,中国史占绝对多数。回顾东洋史研究,是按王朝和地域确定研究范围;文学的两大中心东京帝国大学和京都帝国大学有着不同的治学风格;对中国各时代的研究都有代表性的学者涌现。最近证实个别问题的研究较多,题目多种;人们关注新发掘的资料;中日历史学界考察、交流情况越来越多。日本除了在大学增设东洋史专业教育外,还拥有专门的研究机构,刊载东洋史的学术刊物陆续涌现。     

血管生成素通过ERK信号通路促进HeLa细胞的增殖

目的通过细胞外信号调节激酶（extracellularregulatedproteinkinases,ERK）通路及NF-xB信号途径探讨血管生成素（angiogenin,Ang）对HeLa细胞的促增殖及抗凋亡作用机制。方法用不同浓度的重组人Ang刺激HeLa细胞,MTr法分析Ang对HeLa细胞的促增殖作用,蛋白质印迹实验检测ERK信号通路相关分子的表达情况。U0126抑制ERK信号通路,检测Ang诱导的ERKl／2的磷酸化及c—myc的表达情况,同时检测Ang对细胞增殖的影响。敲低Ang的表达,检测细胞的凋亡情况。双荧光素酶报告基因检测Ang对NF-KB报告基因的激活。蛋白水平检测Ang刺激的HeLa细胞后,NF—KB通路相关分子的表达。结果Ang能促进HeLa细胞增殖,ERKl／2的磷酸化水平及c—myc的表达随重组人Ang浓度的升高而增加。U0126能抑制Ang诱导的ERKI／2的磷酸化、c—myc的上调及细胞的增殖。Ang的低表达促进HeLa细胞的凋亡,但不影响NF-KB报告基因的激活及NF—KB通路上相关分子的表达。结论Ang能够促进HeLa细胞增殖,并通过活化ERK通路促进细胞的增殖,但其抑凋亡作用与NF-KB通路无关。     

Impacts of collaboration and network indicators on patent quality: The case of Canadian nanotechnology innovation

This article studies the impact of collaboration and co-inventorship network characteristics of Canadian nanotechnology inventors on the quality of their inventions. We investigate the impact of four types of variables on patent quality, using the number of claims as a proxy for quality: (a) the presence of highly central inventors; (b) the presence of star inventors; (c) repeated collaboration; (d) international collaboration. We show that the presence of more central inventors and of stars in the research team has a positive influence on patent quality, while repeated collaboration has a negative impact. Patents owned by foreign organisations, controlling for whether assignees are firm, yields patents of higher quality.
