我国高等教育大众化阶段的质量政策研究

多样性、发展性、辩证统一原则是我国制定大众化阶段高等教育质量政策应遵循的基本原则,因此,应统筹规划高等教育结构,建立健全相应质量政策,改革人才培养模式,实施人才质量工程;以市场为导向,以学生为中心,构建新的质量评估体系,实现评估主体多元化;加大对民办高等教育扶持力度,营造公平公正的民办高等教育质量政策环境。     

Bayesian computation for Log-Gaussian Cox processes: a comparative analysis of methods

The Log-Gaussian Cox process is a commonly used model for the analysis of spatial point pattern data. Fitting this model is difficult because of its doubly stochastic property, that is, it is a hierarchical combination of a Poisson process at the first level and a Gaussian process at the second level. Various methods have been proposed to estimate such a process, including traditional likelihood-based approaches as well as Bayesian methods. We focus here on Bayesian methods and several approaches that have been considered for model fitting within this framework, including Hamiltonian Monte Carlo, the Integrated nested Laplace approximation, and Variational Bayes. We consider these approaches and make comparisons with respect to statistical and computational efficiency. These comparisons are made through several simulation studies as well as through two applications, the first examining ecological data and the second involving neuroimaging data.     

关系行政对政府政策运行影响分析——以泰安地区民办教师政策运行为例

人际关系渗透到政治生活中，就会产生关系行政。政府政策运行活动作为政治行为的一种，难免深陷“人情陷阱”。根据对泰安地区民办教师政策运行过程的研究分析和对近年针对民办教师“转正”“清退”等政策研究成果的梳理发现，在现代社会，个人或团体为维护自身利益,破坏正常的政策约束，严重情况下，关系的影响力甚至将强于政策本身影响力。通过关系行政对政府政策运行过程的影响作用进行分析，为政府政策措施的制定和实施执行探寻合理思路以及高效的途径。     

秦皇岛市大学生影视欣赏现状研究

以秦皇岛市10所高校的大学生为调研对象,对秦皇岛市大学生的影视欣赏现状进行了调查研究和数据分析。调查发现：秦皇岛市大学生存在影视欣赏渠道狭窄、影视欣赏品位较低、影视文化素质薄弱等问题,建议通过拓宽影视欣赏渠道、营造良好的影视文化环境、举办校园影视文化活动、提高高校影视教育质量等方式解决这些问题。     

对上海理工大学健美操教学情况的调查分析

为了解上海理工大学健美操教学情况,以97、98、99级女生为研究对象,进行问卷调查,结果表明,健美操教学能提高学生的身体素质,陶冶学生的情操,但教师应加强有关理论知识的传授,教材的选择要新颖,要适合学生的口味.     

对美洲自由贸易区建立的政治经济学分析

从世界经济矛盾演进的历史中分析了南北自由贸易区建立的障碍及可能性,认为在日益开放的世界体系中,南美各国以及美国、加拿大都应该从长远的角度考虑,积极促成美洲自由贸易区的成立。对南北美当前所处的经济位置以及经济合作进行了分析并提出了若干政策建议。     

Reflexive Risk-Education and Cosmopolitanism in the Risk Society

Abstract

The extreme environment that students face, in terms of the global risk society, is the unintentional and high-risk consequence of the development of modern society. This paper, therefore, aims to discuss the possible strategies beyond traditional school practices for educators to think and act upon based on sociologists’ theoretical views of and empirical studies on the risk society. I will indicate that current education systems are an accomplice in producing modern risks, and will attempt to analyze the gaps between current education and reflexive risk-education. The gaps are: the experiential gap between individuals and the global society, the public-sphere gap between school and society, and the epistemological/cultural gap between eastern/nonwestern and western cultures. Three possible strategies to develop reflexive risk-education are discussed: developing an integrated curriculum through ‘critical glocal pedagogy’, assembling the social network through collaborations, such as with NGOs, and creating new social imaginations.     

How to Use Technical Terms in Ads? An FCB Grid Perspective

Research on the optimal use of technical terms in advertising can help sponsors effectively communicate complex technical concepts to consumers. This study therefore examined how technical terms, and the extent to which they are explained, influence advertising effectiveness for four product types in the FCB grid. The sample comprised 436 college students. The analytical results of this study indicate that using two technical terms together with detailed explanation of the terms improves consumer attitudes towards the ad and consumer evaluation of the advertised product for thinking (products meeting consumer utilitarian needs) and high involvement products. For thinking and low involvement products, using two technical terms together with detailed/rough explanation improves consumer attitudes towards the ad and consumer evaluation of the advertised product. Moreover, using two unexplained technical terms improves consumer attitudes towards the ad for feeling (those providing consumer gratification, social acceptance and sensory satisfaction) and high involvement products. Using no technical terms improves consumer attitudes towards the ad for feeling and low involvement products. Finally, theoretical and managerial implications and future research directions are discussed.     

论大学生信息能力的培养与高等院校图书馆建设

本文基于现代信息环境下高等院校对人才培养的要求考虑,就大学生信息能力的培养内容与可行性作初步探讨。同时,结合高等院校图书馆在实现自身建设上,从大学生信息意识的导向培养、图书馆信息资源建设、大学生文献检索课教学及图书馆人才队伍建设等方面,提出了一些具体的实施途径与策略。最后,建议应构建一个大学生信息能力培养的评价标准体系,并提出了一些合理化的建议。对培养具有适应信息社会下的高素质的大学生人才,具有一定的现实意义。     

设立青少年犯罪刑事惩罚的新方法

本文考察了上海市长宁区少年法庭的司法实践,提出应确立适应国际化和国情化的我国青少年犯罪刑罚的新方法,以预防、教育为主,服务、处罚为辅,青少年犯罪刑罚的首位和主体应该是矫治功能.
