四川棉花育成品种产量结构分析

采用相关分析和通径分析,对四川10年来育成品种（组合）的单株铃数、单铃重、衣分与皮棉产量的关系进行了分析。其中常规棉各结构因素与皮棉产量均为极显著正相关,而杂交棉仅衣分达极显著正相关,表明杂交棉的产量潜力比常规棉大。在对皮棉产量比CK增产5％以上的常规棉和增产10％以上的杂交棉的分析中,铃重与皮棉产量均为负相关。表明常规棉和杂交棉高产潜力的进一步改良,重点应提高结铃数和衣分。     

Kernel Smoothing Density Estimation when Group Membership is Subject to Missing

Density function is a fundamental concept in data analysis. Non-parametric methods including kernel smoothing estimate are available if the data is completely observed. However, in studies such as diagnostic studies following a two-stage design the membership of some of the subjects may be missing. Simply ignoring those subjects with unknown membership is valid only in the MCAR situation. In this paper, we consider kernel smoothing estimate of the density functions, using the inverse probability approaches to address the missing values. We illustrate the approaches with simulation studies and real study data in mental health.     

同多钼酸掺杂聚吡咯膜修饰微电极的电化学行为及其电催化性能

本文用电化学方法将同多钼酸催化剂固定在导电聚吡咯膜微电极上,从而制得了具有表面功能的同多钼酸掺杂的聚吡咯(IPMo/PPy)膜修饰微电极。该电极不仅保持了同多钼酸的电化学活性和电催化性能,而且在硫酸水溶液中进行电位扫描时具有良好的稳定性。在酸性水溶液中固定在PPy膜内的IPMo能催化还原ClO_3~-和BrO_3~-,并且对BrO_3~-的催化效应比对ClO_3~-的更强。     

皮屑蛋白粉替代蚕蛹饲喂仔猪和生长肥育猪的试验

将115头哺乳仔猪随机分成两组,分别按4.5％的比例加入皮屑蛋白粉和优质蚕蛹粉于相同基础日粮中,进行日增重比较研究,结果皮屑蛋白组日增重为329.6g,对照组为322g,两者差异不显著(P>0.05)。将40头生长肥育猪分成两组,分别按5％的比例加入皮屑蛋白粉和优质蚕蛹粉于相同基础日粮中,进行日增重、料肉比、经济效益比较研究,结果皮屑蛋白组与对照组日增重和料向比差异不显著(P>0.05),皮屑蛋白组每增重1kg的饲料成本比对照组降低5.6％。     

Modeling sensitivity and specificity with a time-varying reference standard within a longitudinal setting

Diagnostic tests are used in a wide range of behavioral, medical, psychosocial, and healthcare-related research. Test sensitivity and specificity are the most popular measures of accuracy for diagnostic tests. Available methods for analyzing longitudinal study designs assume fixed gold or reference standards and as such do not apply to studies with dynamically changing reference standards, which are especially popular in psychosocial research. In this article, we develop a novel approach to address missing data and other related issues for modeling sensitivity and specificity within such a time-varying reference standard setting. The approach is illustrated with real as well as simulated data.     

A fiducial approach for testing the non-inferiority of proportion difference in matched-pairs design

The non-inferiority of one treatment/drug to another is a common and important issue in medical and pharmaceutical fields. This study explored a fiducial approach for testing the non-inferiority of proportion difference in matched-pairs design. Approximate tests constructed using fiducial quantities with a combination of different parameters were proposed. Four simulation studies were employed to compare the performance of fiducial tests by comparing their type I errors and powers. The results showed that fiducial quantities with parameter $0.6\le w_1\le 0.8$ performed satisfactorily from small to large samples. Therefore, the fiducial tests could be recommended for practical applications. The recommended fiducial tests might be a competitive alternative to other available tests. Three real data sets were analyzed to illustrate the proposed methods were competitive or even better than other tests.
