城市增长管理理论及其对中国的借鉴意义

一、城市增长管理概念描述 城市增长管理的理念最初诞生于美国,并在那里形成了较为成熟的理论和政策工具.     

云冈石窟“诗”与“画”的美学对话

学界对云冈石窟在佛学、考古、雕塑等领域探究颇深,本文则从较少涉及的文学和美学层面进行探讨,纵向对自古至今有关云冈的诗文进行美学分析;再从"空间艺术"与"时间艺术"对话的角度来探讨雕刻与文学的碰撞、交融。

治理理论已经是社会科学领域广泛运用、有广泛影响的理论视角.本文从本体论、认知论和方法论角度分析了治理理论的哲学基础,论证其为一种调适的新自由主义理论.进而分析了治理理论的理论假设、核心问题和治理的行为体、单位及类型等,并探讨了治理理论的新发展——整体性治理及其科学哲学基础,和在义务教育领域中的运用.     

Altruism Within the Family: A Comparison of Father and Mother Using Life Happiness and Life Satisfaction

Studies on intra-household allocation of resources show that exogenous increase in mothers’ income has larger effect on children’s outcomes than the same increase in fathers’ income, suggesting gender differences may exist in parents’ altruism towards their children. Using self-reported life happiness and life satisfaction, we investigate the differences by gender in mutual altruism between father and child as well as mother and child dyads in Singapore. We found that mutual altruism exists between mother and child, but not between father and child. These findings are robust to the measure of self-reported well-being. Further, we find that gender difference in altruism of fathers and mothers is not driven by the difference in the extent of future old age support desired by fathers and mothers from their children.     

A simple approach to an integrated single-vendor single-buyer inventory system with shortage

In this article, a simple approach with two basic inequalities (Cauchy–Schwarz inequality and arithmetic–geometric mean inequality) is used to solve the integrated single-vendor single-buyer inventory problem developed by Wu and Ouyang (Wu, K.-S. and Ouyang, L.-Y., 2003. An integrated single-vendor single-buyer inventory system with shortage derived algebraically. Production Planning & Control, 14 (6), 555–561). Without the method of completing perfect square, the proposed approach yields the global minimum of the integrated total cost per year more easily than the algebraic approach used by Wu and Ouyang (2003 Wu, K-S and Ouyang, L-Y. 2003. In addition, for people without the background of calculus, it is more useful to determine the buyer's economic order quantity and the vendor's optimal number of deliveries.     

基于DEMATEL方法的高等教育教学质量影响因素分析

高等教育教学质量关系自主创新的实现和创新型国家的建立.依据高等教育教学自身的特点,构建高等教育教学质量影响因素的层次结构,通过调查确定影响因素间的直接关联,并分析了高等教育教学质量影响因素间的综合关联.教师的业务水平是影响高校教学质量的关键,而教学模式、教学方式和教学方法受到其他因素的影响较大.     

新农村建设中基础公共服务均等化的探析

实施基本公共服务均等化为统筹城乡发展、推进社会主义新农村建设提供有力支撑,研究认为目前中国城乡基本公共服务不均等的原因,主要是公共财政对农村投入不足、公共产品供给主体角色不明晰等,总结出有利于农村公共服务实施均等化推进的理念,理顺了政府、企业和农民的角色定位,以实现公共资源配置的合理性、高效性、归责性和完整性。     

The Cox–Aalen model for left-truncated and right-censored data

We analyze left-truncated and right-censored (LTRC) data using an additive-multiplicative Cox–Aalen model proposed by Scheike and Zhang (2002), which extends the Cox regression model as well as the additive Aalen model. Based on the conditional likelihood function, we derive the weighted least-squared (WLS) estimators for the regression parameters and cumulative intensity functions of the model. The estimators are shown to be consistent and asymptotically normal. A simulation study is conducted to investigate the performance of the proposed estimators.
