和谐是科学发展观与统一战线的共性价值理性

“和谐”是中国的传统智慧,但是这一智慧只有在当今中国才上升为整个国家的发展观念。和谐是衡量发展的一个公正尺度,是对客观规律的尊重和体现;和谐是一种重要而积极的社会资本,可以降低社会摩擦成本,提高经济效益和社会效益;和谐能为创新提供良好环境,有利于创新思维和创新精神的培养。以人为本的科学发展观内在地蕴含着和谐理性,而统一战线与科学发展观在和谐理性方面高度契合,和谐是科学发展观与统一战线共同的价值理性。统一战线就是以人为本做人的工作,就是在承认多样性和多元主体利益的前提下,主张大团结、大联合,凝聚人心,团结力量,目的是实现我们国家经济社会全面、协调、可持续发展。当前统战工作要按照科学发展观的要求,体现“和谐”理性,需要着重做到“内外和谐”、“前后和谐”、“上下和谐”和“社会和谐”。

The new treatment mode research of hepatitis B based on ant colony algorithm

Hepatitis B (HB) is a deadly disease that has a severe impact on infected individuals. In China, not only are the incidence and infection rates of HB very high, but also many HB patients suffer from mental illness associated with anxiety and fear because of HB-associated symptoms. This exacerbates the patients’ condition, potentially increasing the risk of mortality. In this paper, we propose a new treatment mode to improve the therapeutic efficiency and patients’ satisfaction with their healthcare. In a single process of this new treatment, several patients with similar disease symptoms are treated by one doctor at the same time. This new treatment mode can not only relieve the anxiety and fear of HB patients, and improve patients’ cognition rate of HB, but also reduce the HB infection rate, slow down the progression of disease symptoms, and shorten the course. If patients with similar disease symptoms are to be grouped together, there is a need to determine the optimal patient batch combination, which can be solved in the new mode, called patient combined problem (PCP). We also constructed a mathematical model of PCP, and present the ant colony (AC) algorithm and Enhanced AC with a P-3-exchange operator for PCP in the new treatment mode in this paper. We also performed an experiment that showed that our proposed algorithms are very fast and effective for solving this problem.

     

政治仪式铸牢中华民族共同体意识的四个维度

铸牢中华民族共同体意识的核心,是引导各族人民牢固树立“休戚与共、荣辱与共、生死与共、命运与共”的共同体理念。政治仪式作为国家政治社会化途径之一,本身就是以国家为单元的共同体凝聚机制。在铸牢中华民族共同体意识的全过程中,政治仪式作为重要形式与展开路径,以其特有的时间性、空间性、公共性、共同性特征,推动了在中华民族主权国家内以“中华民族共同体”为中心的记忆刻写、在场体悟、价值引导、文化信仰、情感认同、行为规范等叙事实践,多维多层次彰显中华民族共同体意识的共同性内核。在以铸牢中华民族共同体意识推动中华民族共同体建设的新时代,需要充分认识政治仪式的政治社会化功能,挖掘其承载的共同性价值,拓展其民族共同体建设途径。     

共同富裕的指标体系构建与应用

本文以新发展阶段共同富裕的理论内涵为指导,从总体富裕、均衡水平、弱势保障三个维度入手,构建了共同富裕的评价指标体系。综合使用省级数据、地级市数据和微观调查数据,运用熵值法对我国24个省份2013至2019年间隔年份的共同富裕水平进行了测度。研究表明：我国各省共同富裕水平自2013年起大幅提升;2019年,浙江、江苏、吉林共同富裕水平列全国前三,河南、广西、广东三省共同富裕水平列全国末位;此外,本文对2019年各二级指标的得分排名进行分析,厘清各地区当前共同富裕的驱动因素和阻碍短板,为各省进一步推动共同富裕指明方向。     

Lifestyle Options and Economic Strategies: Subsistence Activities in the Mississippi Delta1

Abstract "Subsistence" and "informal economy" are contrasted in their utility as sociological concepts and their ability to explain a variety of activities in two rural Mississippi Delta communities. Literature on subsistence stresses that the desired outcome of participation is not an increase in income but the social rewards of participation itself. Two underlying dimensions of participation in these activities are documented through the literature and through a confirmatory factor analysis of empirical data: life-style choice and economic strategy. These were constructed into indexes and examined individually and in combination as dependent variables using regressors at the community, household, and individual levels. Community ties were weakly associated with participation in such activities. Whites and those with higher incomes participated more in lifestyle choice oriented activities. Participation in general was statistically related to households needing less weekly income and being of larger size. Potential connections with persistent rural poverty are discussed.
