从"个人构成社会"到"社会构成个人"——论马克思人学视角的历史性转换

马克思的人学观经历了由人本主义向历史唯物主义的转换,人本主义的人学观把个人看成是彼此孤立的个体,主张"个人构成社会",社会就是由这些孤立的个体组成的单个人的集合体.而历史唯物主义则把社会看成是个人彼此间相互联系或关系的总和,主张"社会构成个人",个人是由社会所规定、制约的.由于这一人学视角的转换,马克思不再诉诸对社会的理性批判,而是诉诸对社会的改造,从而以此实现人的自由解放.     

Case–control genome-wide joint association study using semiparametric empirical model and approximate Bayes factor

We propose a semiparametric approach for the analysis of case–control genome-wide association study. Parametric components are used to model both the conditional distribution of the case status given the covariates and the distribution of genotype counts, whereas the distribution of the covariates are modelled nonparametrically. This yields a direct and joint modelling of the case status, covariates and genotype counts, and gives a better understanding of the disease mechanism and results in more reliable conclusions. Side information, such as the disease prevalence, can be conveniently incorporated into the model by an empirical likelihood approach and leads to more efficient estimates and a powerful test in the detection of disease-associated SNPs. Profiling is used to eliminate a nuisance nonparametric component, and the resulting profile empirical likelihood estimates are shown to be consistent and asymptotically normal. For the hypothesis test on disease association, we apply the approximate Bayes factor (ABF) which is computationally simple and most desirable in genome-wide association studies where hundreds of thousands to a million genetic markers are tested. We treat the approximate Bayes factor as a hybrid Bayes factor which replaces the full data by the maximum likelihood estimates of the parameters of interest in the full model and derive it under a general setting. The deviation from Hardy–Weinberg Equilibrium (HWE) is also taken into account and the ABF for HWE using cases is shown to provide evidence of association between a disease and a genetic marker. Simulation studies and an application are further provided to illustrate the utility of the proposed methodology.     

明清之际哲人与基督教的人性论对话——兼论对话对中国哲学发展的影响

明清之际耶稣会传教士与中国学者就人性论问题展开了深入的对话,争论的主要问题是:如何看待人性与兽性的区别以及"灵"与"肉"的关系?如何看待基督教的"原罪"说和作为"善恶之原"的自由意志?道德之善是"率性"还是"克性"、是"复其初"还是在实践中生成?对话既使西方学者加深了对中国哲学人性论的理解,也从多方面启迪了中国哲人的思想,深刻地影响了李贽、徐光启、杨廷筠、王夫之、黄宗羲、戴震、焦循、赵翼等人的理论创造.在这一过程中,中国哲人既吸取了西方哲学的精华,又在会通中西的基础上加以淋漓酣畅的创新,从而把中国哲学的人性论提高到了一个比基督教哲学更高的水平.     

中国海岸城市带形成与新世纪地缘政治研究

中国历史上的中心城市多分布于大陆内地,但自19世纪以来的两百年间,在海岸线上出现了众多的中、大及特大城市,构成为一条蔓延1.8万公里的海岸城市集合群。中国海岸城市带的形成,不仅带来了国内社会经济文化全方位的深刻变化,刷新了中华传统文明中的海洋篇章,也将对于21世纪的东亚地缘政治以及全球化国际关系诸方面,发挥出越来越巨大的影响,值得从多重角度加以研究。     

Wavelet density estimation for negatively associated stratified size-biased sample

This paper provides upper bounds of wavelet estimations on L^p (1≤p<∞) risk for a density function in Besov spaces based on negatively associated stratified size-biased random samples. It turns out that the classical theorem of Donoho, Johnstone, Kerkyacharian and Picard is completely extended to more general cases. More precisely, we consider the model with multiplication noise and allow the sample negatively associated. Our theory is illustrated with a simulation study.

蟒河口水库工程天然来水量较小，开发目标高，采取有效的防渗处理措施才能保证水库开发要求的蓄水量．工程中采用三维有限元渗流模拟计算对防渗处理措施进行复核．根据计算结果，对防渗措施进行调整、优化，确定了经济、高效的防渗方案．通过工程经验类比知，计算所采用的方法和最终得到的结果是满意的．
