东北农业大学生物技术专业建设历史与发展成效

生物技术是21世纪一门高新技术改造、整合提升的交叉性、综合性很强的新兴学科。我校是开设生物技术专业较早的农业院校之一。20年来,该专业在"理农结合、学科交叉、加强基础、重视创新"的办学理念的指导下不断壮大,为国家培养了大批优秀人才。文章总结了我校生物技术专业的建设历史与发展成果,为发展品牌专业建设提供了思路和范例。     

当前高等学校教师业务档案管理的思考

高校教师业务档案是高校重要的信息资源 ,对加强高校管理 ,提高办学质量 ,深化高校教学改革都起着重要的作用。为此 ,加强高校教师业务档案管理工作十分必要 ,其管理措施应是 :高校应加强对档案工作的领导和管理 ;明确责任、规范管理机构 ;制定收集方案 ;确定内容进行科学的分类、整理 ;合理组卷、排列。     

Species richness,phylogenetic and functional structure of bird communities in Chinese university campuses are associated with divergent variables

University campus is an important component of urban landscapes for biodiversity conservation. However, to our knowledge no study has quantitatively assessed the diversity and structure of bird communities in Chinese university campuses, especially from phylogenetic and functional perspectives. Here, for the first time we linked species richness, phylogenetic structure and body mass structure of campus bird communities with contemporary climate, glacial-interglacial climate change, altitudinal range, population density around campus, area and age of campus to test their associations. We found 393 bird species in 38 university campuses (29% of all Chinese bird species, two species are endangered, four species are vulnerable, and 33 species are near threatened). The variables significantly correlated with campus bird species richness, phylogenetic structure and body mass structure were altitudinal range and mean annual precipitation, glacial-interglacial anomaly in temperature, and altitudinal range, respectively. In particular, there were more species in steeper and wetter campuses, more young species clustered in campuses with stable glacial-interglacial climate, and more species with smaller body size in steeper campuses. Our study highlights the importance of considering both phylogenetic and functional information for biodiversity conservation in urban ecosystems.

文章研究了激励及其在高等学校学生管理工作中的意义 ,在对学生管理工作规律进行分析的基础上 ,重点研究了学生管理工作中激励方式、作用机理以及激励手段的运用技巧 ,为新时期高等学校学生管理工作激励机制的建立 ,提供了理论与实践研究的成果。     

生物制药工艺学实验课程体系构建

生物制药工艺学实验是生物制药主干专业实践课之一，针对其实验体系未能充分体现代生物技术的发展步伐及培养大学生素质等环节出现的问题．基于传统实验项目，增加综合性、设计性实验的数量，建立生物制药工艺学完整的实验课程体系，以提高学生的思维创新能力、综合分析及实践能力、就业适应能力，为实验教学的改革和发展提供借鉴。     

网络文化发展困境与柔性管理

网络文化的崛起是新世纪人类文化发展的最重要现象。它的诞生给传统的社会发展和进步带来了诸多挑战。由于互联网及其网络文化的特殊性,传统的政府管理方式陷入两难选择。本文运用博弈论的原理揭示了网络文化的本质和发展规律,指出柔性管理是走出网络文化管理困境的必然选择。     

A Risk Analysis Model in Concurrent Engineering Product Development

Concurrent engineering has been widely accepted as a viable strategy for companies to reduce time to market and achieve overall cost savings. This article analyzes various risks and challenges in product development under the concurrent engineering environment. A three‐dimensional early warning approach for product development risk management is proposed by integrating graphical evaluation and review technique (GERT) and failure modes and effects analysis (FMEA). Simulation models are created to solve our proposed concurrent engineering product development risk management model. Solutions lead to identification of key risk controlling points. This article demonstrates the value of our approach to risk analysis as a means to monitor various risks typical in the manufacturing sector. This article has three main contributions. First, we establish a conceptual framework to classify various risks in concurrent engineering (CE) product development (PD). Second, we propose use of existing quantitative approaches for PD risk analysis purposes: GERT, FMEA, and product database management (PDM). Based on quantitative tools, we create our approach for risk management of CE PD and discuss solutions of the models. Third, we demonstrate the value of applying our approach using data from a typical Chinese motor company.     

对我国少数民族电视发展的思考

对当代少数民族电视业的发展历史进行梳理,其发展历程可分为三个阶段:培育期、发展期、加速期;少数民族电视具有加强祖国统一和民族和谐、促进民族地区经济腾飞、为少数民族群众提供精神食粮、开展对外宣传等社会功能。但是少数民族电视在精品节目、专业人才和盈利模式等方面仍显严重不足。     

《诗经·大雅·民劳》主旨考辨

《诗经·大雅·民劳》的主旨迄今主要有四类观点。之所以产生这四种不同的观点,根源就在于历代学者对诗中的＂小子＂一词以及诗文本内在逻辑的理解有不同。通过综合考察诗中＂小子＂一词的含义与诗文本的内在逻辑关系,得出两点结论：一、诗中的＂小子＂不是指代周王,而是指作者的同僚。二、作者通过此诗表达了对同僚的殷切期望。
