施工企业投标优化的问题与对策

通过对某大型施工企业多个铁路、公路施工项目部的调查，总结了企业当前投标优化方面存在的问题。针对企业以铁路、公路项目为主业的特点，提出了优势项目滚动发展、建立有效激励制度、做好投标准备、优化施工组织设计、应用报价技巧等优化对策。对于施工企业改善市场经营效果，提高中标质量，增加项目盈利有重要的借鉴作用。

Points System:An Universal Beneficial System with Multiple Objectives of Reform on Household Registration System

Reform of China's Household Registration system(HRS) has been entering a new stage and deserves us to research.The paper argues that reform of HRS should have multiple objectives.It examines various local efforts and practices of the reform and claims that the point system is one of the most feasible alternative systems for the HRS that can fit those multiple reform objectives.The system could also be treated as the new institutional basic for public welfare provision and rights allocation,and a new governance means for population issues as well in China's transitional period.     

Conditional entropy,entropy density,and strong law of large numbers for generalized controlled tree-indexed Markov chains

In this paper, we first introduces a tree model without degree boundedness restriction namely generalized controlled tree T, which is an extension of some known tree models, such as homogeneous tree model, uniformly bounded degree tree model, controlled tree model, etc. Then some limit properties including strong law of large numbers for generalized controlled tree-indexed non homogeneous Markov chain are obtained. Finally, we establish some entropy density properties, monotonicity of conditional entropy, and entropy properties for generalized controlled tree-indexed Markov chains.

《诗经》中不再押韵的韵脚字,江永把它们归结为方言的不同读音。在《古韵标准》中,江永屡次提到"方音假借"、"方音偶借"的概念,以此为对象,可以研究其与后来段玉裁提出的"合韵"的关系。     

高职国际商务专业人才需求调查分析——基于广东省外贸企业实证调查

对广东134家外贸企业的问卷调查显示,外贸企业对国际商务技能型人才需求量较大,主要集中在业务员、跟单员和单证员三个岗位;企业对人才的实践能力、外语能力、工作态度和沟通能力有较高要求。据此确立了国际商务专业的培养目标,加强学生软能力培养,优化课程体系,加强校企合作。     

翁方纲致黄易手札考释

甘肃省图书馆藏有翁方纲致黄易手札十六通,写于清乾隆五十六年至六十年(1791-1795)期间,内容涉及翁、黄两人在山东的访碑活动以及金石碑拓的鉴赏与心得交流,为研究翁方纲的学术思想及其与黄易的"金石之交"提供了第一手资料。     

Uniform Test for Predictive Regression With AR Errors

Testing predictability is of importance in economics and finance. Based on a predictive regression model with independent and identically distributed errors, some uniform tests have been proposed in the literature without distinguishing whether the predicting variable is stationary or nearly integrated. In this article, we extend the empirical likelihood methods of Zhu, Cai, and Peng with independent errors to the case of an AR error process. Again, the proposed new tests do not need to know whether the predicting variable is stationary or nearly integrated, and whether it has a finite variance or an infinite variance. A simulation study shows the new methodologies perform well in finite sample.     

历史理性与历史感

在史学实践的范围内,历史理性可以理解为人们在把握过去时的精神结构和智力装备,历史感是其中不可或缺的要素。对于人事变易无常的意识、对于过去与现在之间的异同的敏锐感受、健全的历史观、开放而自我克制的历史想象力、微观研究与宏观视野的结合,都是历史感在史家史学实践中的具体体现。分析学派的和叙事主义的史学理论都未能将历史感纳入自身的研究焦点。史学理论的当前转向为历史理性和历史感得到更为清晰的理论阐发提供了契机。
